According to this present invention, an air conditioner comprises; a display unit including a display panel; an air conditioning unit which bonds with the display unit and includes a heat exchange unit and a ventilator to purify the air; and a housing, in which the display unit and air conditioning unit are received, including an air inlet and outlet provided therein.
