Abstract
Description
- This invention is described in the main title of this descriptive report; it refers to a device you can adjust by the conical part. It gets a quick use and, with this invention, you can incapsule (cloak) rivets and screws without the needing of changing the 'mouthpiece'. It would be necessary only to change the adaptable device, in the capsule's measures (diameters) if need be (depend on needs).
- Like other device already showed, this invention works by fastening preassure. By the conical part you can adjust it to the different 'mouthpieces' we can find within the market to get a perfect and secure assembly.
- It also allow you to exchange different capsules, because of the easy adaptability of the inventions. It is important the cleaning and the rapidity in the different works that concern aviation and planes-making, that it is the main object of this adaptable device.

- By this way, you could use different diameters with the same 'mouthpiece'. In 'part 3', you can notice the inner side of the device with its spiral (helical or crockscrew). In 'part 4', you see the device to incapsule (cloak) the rivets and screws. In 'part 5', you see a chamfered zone to give it a bevel (gets bevelled). In 'part 6' you see that the inner zone (side) of the capsule has a conical form to give the incapsulated (cloaked) a more geometrical view. In 'part 7' you can see how the hood ('small bell') and the spiral joining zone are connected, for the joining of the already mentioned 'mouthpieces' that you assemble by manual or mechanical air guns you can find within the market.
Claims (1)
- ADAPTABLE CAPSULE DEVICE FIG.2, that being made like a 'one-piece-only' device (3), in its inner zone (side) has a spiral (helical or crockscrew) that became a closing devise and join (adjust) the 'mouthpiece' in FIG. 1 in that zone (2), the conical part where the joining is perfect because of it is made in plastic material (stuff). (4) This device of incapsulated (cloaked) is lightly conical to give a more geometrical ending to the incapsulated (cloaked). (5) The inner side of this device has a chamfered form to give it a bevel (get bevelled). (6) Here, you can see the inner zone (side) of the device, that connect (3) and (6) by where the stuff (product) will be applyed. (7) In this sectioned view of the device, you can see the inner zone (side) of the invention, where you can clearly notice by where the product that is going to be applyed cross it (like silicones or sealing materials).
The numerous advantages of this device, like others already showed devices, are that the materials used in aviation (making planes) are highly toxic and could cause skin allergy because you are in touch with them; the reason is the products within the market, nowadays, are paintbrushes and metallic 'mouthpieces' you have to reuse over and over again, you have to clean them with dissolving products or MEK, etc.
This is a disposable device because it is more expensive the cleaning product than the adaptable plastic device.
