Abstract
Zur Optimierung eines mehrzonigen Elektrofilters wird ein Verfahren mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten vorgeschlagen:
a) Absenkung der elektrischen Leistung in allen Zonen des Elektrofilters bis am Ausgang der letzten Zone ein vorgegebener Emissionswert erreicht wird,
b) nacheinander für jede der Zonen: schrittweise Erhöhung der elektrischen Leistung der Zone und Erfassung des jeweils zugehörigen Emissionswertes am Ausgang des Filters für jede Erhöhung,
c) Ermittlung der Änderung der Emission bei Änderung der Leistung für jede der Zonen.
To optimize a multi-zone electrostatic precipitator, a method is proposed with the following process steps:
a) Reduction of the electrical power in all zones of the electrostatic precipitator until a predetermined emission value is reached at the exit of the last zone,
b) successively for each of the zones: incrementally increasing the electrical power of the zone and detecting the respective associated emission value at the output of the filter for each increment,
c) Determining the change in emission as the power varies for each of the zones.
