Description

Das erfindungsgemäße Protheseninnenschaftsystem mit einem Innenschaft, der in einem Prothesenaußenschaft mit Aufnahmeeinrichtungen für weitere Prothesenkomponenten verbindbar ausgebildet ist und zumindest eine Ausnehmung zur Durchleitung myoelektrischer Signale einer an dem Innenschaft gelagerten Elektrode aufweist sieht vor, dass die Elektrode in einer die Ausnehmung dichtend abschließenden Halterung befestigt ist. Durch die luftdichte Montage der Halterung mit der Elektrode an dem Innenschaft bleibt ein Vakuumeffekt des Schaftes erhalten, so dass ein besserer Kontakt zwischen dem Stumpf und der Elektrode sowie ein sicherer Halt des Innenschaftes an dem Stumpf gewährleistet sind. Darüber hinaus wird die Herstellung des Innenschaftes erleichtert, der als laminierter oder tiefgezogener Innenschaft ausgebildet sein kann, indem die Ausnehmung nach dem Herausschlagen des Innenschaftes aus dem Stumpfmodell hineingefräst wird.
