- Said organizer 60 internally comprises, as symbolically represented in FIG. 10, a receiver circuit 61 capable in particular of receiving positioning information from terrestrial or satellite beacons and from deducing therefrom a geographical position of said receiver 61.
- the organizer is equipped with a multiplexer 62 receiving the information decoded by the receiver circuit 61 and routing the information according to their nature to control devices of information conversion means received in analog physical quantities.
- the multiplexer 62 notably receives the geographical position information.
- the multiplexer 62 is equipped in particular with an output 63, receiving the geographical position information.
- the output 63 of the multiplexer 62 is connected by a link 65 to a server 64 for controlling the touch device 10.
- the organizer further comprises a memory 66 on which is loaded a map, two or three dimensions. A route is also loaded.
- a tactile display control software module 67 controls the touch pads 11 of the touchpad 10 in order to reproduce the geometrical shape of the route according to this route information.
- a plot corresponding to the actual geographical position of the receiver 61 is controlled in an agreed manner, for example a particular frequency of vibration.
- the organizer thus provided, allows a visually impaired person to locate in a natural environment.
- the movements of the visually impaired person are retranscribed through the GPS receiver 61 and the software module 67 on the displayed route and a touchpad vibrating in the agreed manner moves on the touchpad 10.
- the obstacles are designated either with pads tactile that vibrate at a different frequency or touch pads controlled in relief mode. This allows the visually impaired person to locate himself at least in a relative way in a given environment. It is also possible to display messages of type direction by sending word meaning for example "all right" or "left” etc. Each word obviously corresponds to a particular pattern as indicated above.
- FIG. 11 represents another device 70 on which is implanted a tactile display comprising a touch pad 10 and its control server.

- a touch pad 10 is present on a portion of the surface 78 that a user can touch with portions of his hand, this touch pad 10 may be located on one or both of the mouse buttons. It can also be located on both sides of the mouse since these are areas that are also in contact with the fingers during a grip of the mouse.
- Said mouse 70 internally comprises, as symbolically represented in FIG. 12, a receiver circuit 71 for receiving information for positioning an index controlled by maneuvers of said mouse.
- a multiplexer 72 receives in particular the positioning information decoded by the receiver circuit 71.
- the multiplexer 72 controls the information according to their nature to control devices of information conversion means received in analog physical quantities. This may include visual information to display for example a position according to a particular symbol depending on the position, sound information or other.
- An output 73 of the multiplexer 72 makes it possible to connect the multiplexer 72 of the mouse via a link 75 to a control server 74 of the touch device 10.
- the server 74 is equipped with a software module 77 which then controls a tactile display according to the position of the mouse and the nature of the position. By nature of the position one understands the positions corresponding to the various commands or icons or limits of window or others.
- a software module transforms a text file into an asci character into a braille file. Said file is then displayed in letter-of-a-letter or word-by-word or line-to-line sequence according to the surface 1 of the key plate 10 on said surface 1.
- tactile words as defined above, and other tactile information allowing a better interaction of the user with his operating system or during an Internet type application.
- Figures 14 and 15 show another device 90 on which is implanted at least one touch display comprising a touch pad 10 and its control server. This time it is a steering wheel 90 of a vehicle.

- the touch plate 10 is in the shape of a contour of the steering wheel.
- a plurality of tactile pads are distributed for example over the entire contour of the steering wheel or only a part thereof, for example a lower part on which the driver usually rests hands. The driver can thus perceive tactile information when taking control of the steering wheel.
