Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Führung von Unterstempeln über den Unterstempelkopf in einer einen Rotor aufweisenden Rundläuferpresse im Bereich einer Befüllvorrichtung, wobei eine Füllkurve zwischen einer in Produktionsrichtung gesehen vorangehenden Auswerferkurve und einer höhenverstellbaren Dosierkurve angeordnet und so ausgebildet ist, daß die Köpfe der mit dem Rotor umlaufenden Unterstempeln vom Niveau am Ende der Auswerferkurve auf ein tiefer liegendes Übergangsniveau der Dosierkurve abgesenkt werden, wobei ein pressenfestes erstes Füllkurvenelement mit einem sich an die Auswerferkurve anschließenden ersten Führungskurvenabschnitt versehen ist, an dem allein die Unterstempelköpfe auf der der Rotorachse zugekehrten Seite im Anschluß an die Auswerferkurve geführt sind, ein verstellbares zweites Füllkurvenelement vorgesehen ist, mit einem zweiten Füllkurvenabschnitt, an dem die Unterstempelköpfe allein auf der der Rotorachse abgekehrten Seite geführt sind, bevor sie auf die Dosierkurve treffen, das zweite Füllkurvenelement zwecks Verstellung der Fülltiefe entlang einer vorgegebenen Verstellsteigung sowohl vertikal als auch in Umfangsrichtung des Rotors verstellbar ist und erstes und zweites Füllkurvenelement dritte schraubenlinienförmige Füllkurvenabschnitte aufweisen, die zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Füllkurvenabschnitt und sich teilweise gegenüber liegen und die Unterstempelköpfe über eine bestimmte Strecke gemeinsam führen, wobei die Steigung der dritten Füllkurvenabschnitte der Verstellsteigung entspricht.
