Abstract
The hose bag equipped with the handle slot (6) enabling its manipulation positioned in the upper part is formed by winding up the packaging foil (1) into the hosepipe (13). The bag is sealed by a set of two transverse welds. There is the opening longitudinal weld (5), positioned between external edge (8.1) of the packaging foil (1) and its internal edge (8.2) on the bag. There is a fixed longitudinal weld (4) between the opening longitudinal weld (5) and the manipulation opening separating the bag into the sealed part (2) and the opening part (3) equipped with the lock enabling re-sealing and re-opening. The lock enabling re-opening and re-sealing is either both sided adhesive tape or zip fastener (7.2). There is a manufactured interlayer (10) leading into the opening part of the bag (3) situated on the packaging foil (1) in the opening part (3) of the bag, in the position contrary the fixed longitudinal weld (4). External edges (11) of the interlayer (10) are reinforced by means of stiffening welds (12).
Description
- The invention relates to the hose bag equipped with the handle slot and manufactured in the packaging machine from a plastic packaging foil adjusted to re-opening.
- There are known hose bags manufactured by rolling the plastic packaging foil into the hosepipe with edges connected by longitudinal weld and sealed by the cross weld at lateral sides. Hose bags display handle slots located in the upper part made for handling of the bag, when dealing with it in a shop or at the side of an end user. A certain disadvantage of such hose bags appears to be in arduous opening. To open the bag mostly needs some tool, which will distort a part of the hose bag or remove it. In such a case, problems start occurring if the end user tries to re-seal such a distorted hose bag, for instance, in order to prevent spilling of unconsumed contents.
- There are bags also known for not having the handle slots intended for the purpose of their comfortable re-opening or re-sealing equipped with an opening weld, or with both sided adhesive tape, zip fastener or a special label, respectively. The disadvantage of these hose bags is that they do not enable any manipulation opening.
- Stated deficiencies are up to a certain scope replaced by the hose bag with the handle slot sealed by a set of two transverse welds at lateral sides and furnished by a flexible opening of the longitudinal weld located centrally between the external and internal edges. The subject matter of the invention is based on the fact that the bag is crossed by the solid longitudinal weld and forms a sealed bag part with an opening for manipulation. The flexible part of the bag is located in the area of the overlap between the external and internal edges of the plastic packaging foil, fitted with opening longitudinal weld or by a sealing enabling re-sealing and re-opening of the flexible bag part, as well. External edges of the plastic packaging foil positioned on a standing bag are leading downwards. Concerning some alternative structure, the external edge is leading upwards.
- The sealing enabling re-sealing and re-opening of the flexible bag part is formed by a both sided adhesive tape positioned in the area between the external edge of the plastic packaging foil and the opening longitudinal weld. On the other hand, the sealing suitable for re-sealing and re-opening of the flexible bag part allows manufacturing as a zip-fastener located in between the internal edge of the plastic packaging foil and the opening longitudinal weld. In the flexible bag part on the packaging foil in the position opposed to the solid longitudinal weld, there is a manufactured sticker for the purpose of an alternative option leading into the flexible opening of the bag part. The layout is also efficient if there is a sticker in the position opposed to the solid longitudinal weld on the plastic packaging foil in the flexible bag part, which leads into the flexible opening bag part with regard to the fact that the external edges of the sticker are reinforced by stiffening welds.
- Amenity of the hose bag that is divided by fixed longitudinal weld into a sealed part and an opening part, is a possibility to open it with comfort and ease, or alternatively sealing of the opening part of the bag regardless the need to use a tool. Based on the layout of the external edge of the plastic packaging foil, the bag enables to be opened by pulling the external edge of the packaging foil either downwards or upwards. It is impossible to damage the bag at its opening and the possibility of a user injury caused by the opening tool is excluded, as well. The fact that the sealing of the flexible bag part re-sealing and re-opening enables the end user to open the hose bag repeatedly, select a part of the packaged goods and seal it over again. It prevents spilling of the rested bag contents or potentially a modification of sensory features of bag contents. Zip fasteners are suitable for powder articles, both sided adhesive foil for fine piece goods producing no powder. The handle slot in the sealed part of the bag makes a comfortable manipulation with the bag, trouble free both at the distribution and the end user's manipulation, as well. The sticker positioned in the flexible opening of the bag part makes the bag stationary. Vertical hose packaging machines are applied to package into hose bags, whereas the hosepipe winds up around the vertical tube or a horizontal packaging machine wrapping articles into the horizontally folded strap of the plastic packaging foil.

- The bag, with the
handle slot 6 that enables gripping, is produced from a continuous band ofpackaging foil 1 joined by heat.Packaging foil 1 is shaped by a known method in the packaging machine into thehosepipe 13, and it forms the bag (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). The external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 situated on the forehead of the bag overlaps the internal edge 8.2 of thepackaging foil 1. The bag is sealed on both side sections by a set of twotransverse welds 14. There is an openinglongitudinal weld 5 located between external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 and its internal edge 8.2. A fixed weld is manufactured 4 on the bag outside of the space of the overlapping edges 8.1 and 8.2 of thepackaging foil 1. Thefixed weld 4 splits the bag into a sealedpart 2 and openingpart 3. In the sealed part of thebag 2, manufactured by a fixedlongitudinal weld 4 and situated above the fixedlongitudinal weld 4, formed theopening 6 to enable some manipulation. In the flexible part of thebag 3, located bellow fixedlongitudinal weld 4 is a packaged article not depicted in figures. The flexible part of thebag 3 is sealed lengthwise, both by the fixedlongitudinal weld 4 and by overlapping edges of thepackaging foil 1, whitch are mutually joined by the openinglongitudinal weld 5.Transverse welds 14 reinforce the bag vertically. To enable repeated opening and sealing of theflexible bag part 3, there is a lock between external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 and internal edge 8.2 of thepackaging foil 1. The lock suitable for repeated sealing and opening of theflexible bag part 3 is formed, e.g. by a both sided adhesive tape 7.1 or a zip fastener 7.2. The lock can be positioned either between openinglongitudinal weld 5 and external edge 8.1 of the packaging foil 1 (Fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 15, fig. 16), or between openinglongitudinal weld 5 and internal edge 8.2 of the packaging foil 1 (Fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 11, fig. 12, fig. 17, fig. 18). Overlap of the external edge 8.1 and internal edge 8.2 of thepackaging foil 1 is structured in such a way to enable to view the standing bag and its external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 leading downwards (Fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 6, fig. 8, fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 14, fig. 16, fig. 18). Concerning some alternative layout (fig. 19), the external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 would be leading upwards. Based on suggested needs of the end user, the bottom of theflexible bag part 3, is manufactured in a great variety of designs. Hose bags not requesting to hold a stationary position prior to their opening or upon their sealing (Fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 19) are equipped with a simple bottom. Bags suggested to hold the stationary position have the bottom part reinforced (Fig. 7, fig.8, fig.9, fig.10, fig.11, fig. 12, fig. 13, fig. 14, fig. 15, fig. 16, fig. 17, fig. 18)). On thepackaging foil 1 in the opening part of thehosepipe 3 and in the position contrary the fixedlongitudinal weld 4 towards opening part of thehosepipe 3, there is a manufactured interlayer in the bottom 10, which enables to position the bag vertically. There is theinterlayer 10 formed on thepackaging foil 1 withexternal edges 11 reinforced by reinforcingwelds 12. It is located in the flexible part of thehosepipe 3, and in the opposite position to the fixedlongitudinal weld 4 in order to assure a greater strengthening of the bottom bag part (Figures 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19). - Bags with
handle slots 6, not suggested to repeated opening and sealing during taking out packaged goods several times upon each other (Fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 13 and fig. 14), are equipped with fixedweld 4 andflexible opening weld 5. To open theopening part 3 of the bag, it is necessary to pull the external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 and make theflexible weld 5 open. Thus, the opening formed between external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 and internal edge 8.2 of thepackaging foil 1 will access packaged goods. Fixedweld 4, which separates sealedpart 2 of the bag from theopening part 3 of the bag, assures that the sealed part of thebag 2 having thehandle slot 6 holds intact. The purpose of the openingweld 5 is to provide a lump-sum initial opening of the open-able part 3 of the bag. Upon opening of theflexible weld 5, the bag keeps open and closes only by flopping the external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 over. Bags with ahandle slot 6 enabling the grip, which are required to be opened and sealed several times after their first opening, are equipped with the lock for re-sealing and re-opening of theflexible part 3 of the bag. Unless the lock defined for repeated sealing and opening is manufactured from both sided adhesive tape 7.1, then by pulling the external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1, first will be separated theflexible opening weld 5 and simultaneously parts oftransverse welds 14 from external edge 8.1 reaching up to the fixedweld 4. The cover strip is removed from the adhesive tape 7.1 and thus, the adhesive layer 7.1 becomes bare. The way how to perform the re-sealing and re-opening of theflexible opening part 3 of the bag is done by separating and sticking of both sided adhesive tape 7.1 and internal side of thepackaging foil 1 within the space determined by external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 and theflexible opening weld 5. In case, the lock enabling re-sealing and re-opening, is manufactured from the zip fastener 7.2, then by pulling first the external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 opens the openingweld 5 as well as parts oftransverse welds 14 will be separated from external edge 8.1 of thepackaging foil 1 reaching up to the zip fastener 7.2. Thereupon, the zip fastener 7.2 opens. Re-sealing and re-opening of theflexible opening part 3 of the bag is done only by opening and sealing of the zip fastener 7.2. The bag and thehandle slot 6 for gripping, unless causing any damage to it, fulfils its function, hereinafter. - With respect to the hose bag having the flexible opening and the handle slot enabling gripping, allows application in packaging of various kinds of piece as well as powder articles, such as feeding of domestic animals, frozen vegetables, washing powders, etc.
