Diese Ausgestaltungen haben sich in der Praxis zwar bewährt, eine Steigerung der Zerstäuberleistung ist hierbei aber nur durch eine Erhöhung des Förderdruckes möglich. Durch die vorgesehenen Vertiefungen und/oder Erhöhungen wird nämlich der Luftwiderstand an den Oberflächen der Bauteile verringert. Je nach Art und Anordnung der Vertiefungen und/oder Erhöhungen können Steigerungen der Fördermengen bis zum 30 % erzielt werden.
