The disadvantage of such an arrangement proves the fixation of the receiving element on the helmet. As a result, the helmet is not easily replaceable - what, for. damage may be required - or the receiving element can not be easily removed from the helmet - what, for. may be desirable for uses without viewing device for weight reasons. The loose cable routing over the helmet also increases the risk of damage caused by hanging. Furthermore, due to the fixed cable length, an adaptation to different helmet sizes is not possible.
As - without tools, such as tools - detachably mountable on a headgear shots, for example, recordings are known, which are clamped between two sides of the headgear. For this purpose, the recording is attached or fixed on one side of the headgear and stretched to the other side by means of a headband guided over the headband, wherein the tension band is attached or fixed on the other side. The attachment to the headgear is done by lashing the strap on the head covering by means of a clamping lever. The cable is led under the tension band.
In this arrangement, however, the problem often arises that the clamping lever is inadvertently actuated and the connection is thereby released. For example, the unwanted operation is carried out by scrub and branches, or when the user hits his head somewhere. This is also the cable one Danger with respect to hanging, if it is not taut under the strap and hanging out - such as in a tightened strap on a smaller helmet.
To overcome the drawback of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a mountable on a headgear receptacle for accessories for viewing devices, which allows a more compact arrangement on the headgear and thus increased stability and increased comfort. Another, or alternative, object is to provide a headgear-mountable receptacle that reduces the likelihood of accidental release of the fastener. Furthermore, or alternatively, a receptacle that can be used on headgear of different sizes should be provided.
These objects are achieved by a receptacle for additional equipment, in which the characterizing features of
According to the invention, an attachment receptacle is provided with a tensioning device for fastening the receptacle via a tensioning element on a headgear, respectively for forming a retaining connection via the tensioning element. This no longer requires more fasteners on the head covering or on the clamping element. As a result of the design according to the invention, the receptacle, after attachment to the headgear, forms an extremely compact arrangement with the viewing device arranged on the opposite side of the headgear. By both recording and clamping device facing the viewing device, an increased weight balance and thus increased comfort is achieved.
Furthermore, the side of the headgear on which the viewing device is arranged is referred to as the first side or the front side, and the side of the receptacle correspondingly as the second side or the rear side.
The headgear on which the receptacle according to the invention is worn in the position of use, for example, represents a helmet. Likewise, the receptacle on a face mask, as it is known for military applications, or a, e.g. belt-like, carrying frame can be used as headgear.
The tensioning element is for example a plastic or textile strap. It may be multi-part and / or differently shaped areas - e.g. made of different materials, which are preferably mechanically or slightly stretchable - have. In one embodiment of the invention, the clamping element is a two-part strap, wherein the first part is designed as a textile band and the second part as a plastic band with a toothing and the parts are connected together.
For attaching the inventive accessory recording on the headgear at least one fastening component, such as a support plate, and the clamping element is provided, wherein the receptacle with the fastening component and the clamping element, in particular releasably, is connectable. Furthermore, the receiving and clamping element are preferably designed so that the clamping element in or on the receptacle - at least along a clamping range, respectively Verstellbereichs - is displaced, whereby an adaptation of the connection produced via the clamping element is made possible to different headgear sizes. By means of the fastening component, the receptacle on the back of the headgear is set or positioned. About the clamping element a connection to the front and / or the display unit is made. The fastening component is on the back, the clamping element on the front side held the headgear, for example, each by means of hook-shaped brackets. If the receptacle is positioned on the headgear in this way, a firm holding connection is produced via the tensioning element by means of the tensioning device of the receptacle.
For this purpose, the tensioning device has in particular a - e.g. Clamping or clamping-like acting - locking element for locking and possibly clamping the clamping element, so that the clamping element is firmly held in a position in which the recording firmly - substantially non-displaceable - rests on the headgear. A clamping or clamping-like acting locking element can be designed as a conventional clamp or clamp, so that the clamping element can be held in the locked position by clamping or pinching. The fixation on the headgear can be enhanced if the tension element is lashed and tightened by tension. To remove the recording, the locking element is brought out of the locking position, the clamping element released and thus solved the holding connection. With a clamping element displaceable in or on the receptacle, it is possible by displacement, e.g. Pull out, the clamping element, the connection can be further solved. After releasing the connection, the receptacle - optionally in connected to the fastening component and / or the clamping element position - be removed from the headgear.
If the locking element is displaceable along a range, then the clamping element can be lashed by the clamping element by means of the locking element - for example by clamps, clamps or claws - is held, and the locking element is moved by applying a force along the range such that the Connection is made closer. By moving the clamping element is lashed and pressed the receptacle to the headgear. In this position, the clamping element is then determined.
If the clamping device has a locking element, an actuating element for the locking element is preferably also provided. The actuator is e.g. a leverage or tension-type actuator, such as a clamping lever, the clamping device for the locking element, wherein under an operation of the locking element bringing the same is to be understood in the position for locking and releasing the clamping element and optionally in an intermediate position for partial release of the clamping element. With appropriate design of the clamping device can rotate, pivot or pull the actuator cause a force transmission to the locking element.
Does the clamping element locking elements and the locking element latching elements for interacting with the locking elements, respectively engaging in the same, on, so the locking element can engage in the locking elements and moved in the locked position, determined and so the clamping element are lashed. The locking elements are for example a toothing on the clamping element, openings / holes or loops. The latching elements are corresponding to the latching elements, e.g. designed as a ratchet knife, bolt or hook. The tensioning element is, for example, band or rope-shaped, optionally also asymmetrical in shape. Preferably, the clamping element is made of low-stretch material, such as plastic.
By the clamping device is arranged in or on the receptacle, the arrangement can be carried out so that no components protruding or protruding - that the forms of clamping device, or externally accessible parts of the clamping device, such as an actuator, and recording so to speak "merge "- For example, by means of a close fitting to the recording or a cover of the recording forming or integrated into a cover of the recording actuator. In one embodiment of the invention, the receptacle has a tensioning device with a tensioning lever as an actuating element or actuating device, and a housing, wherein the Clamping lever in locking position on the housing fits tightly and is additionally engaged on the housing. With such adapted to each other or in each other mingled outer forms recording as in relation to the attachment to the headgear made extremely secure against displacement, as an arrangement with a substantially uniform surface no or little opportunities to attack from the outside, so an adjustment or release of the recording on or from the headgear is almost impossible due to hanging in or tearing off elements of the recording.
An accessory receptacle according to the invention may comprise further components, e.g. a housing or housing components for receiving the accessories, have. Likewise, the receptacle for attaching housings of the accessories may be formed.
The accessories are integrated or integrated into the receptacle and include an energy source, such as batteries, for powering the viewing device. The electrical connection to the viewing device takes place in particular by means of a guided from the recording to the viewing device cable. The accessories may include other electrical, electronic and mechanical components. Electronic components are e.g. for the processing of signals delivered via interfaces providable. A printed circuit board with SMD components and chips can represent such an electronic component. The chips can be designed, for example, for converting video signals into signals for a display device display. Signals supplied via interfaces, such as plug connectors, may also include GPS signals, e.g. from a pocket computer, or video signals from cameras or thermal imagers.
If the viewing device is a night-vision device, a control unit for a light amplifier of the night-vision device is also preferably provided as an additional device. Optionally, the accessories have components that serve to turn on and off the light amplifier and / or video signal.
If the viewing device is a pair of binoculars with measuring and / or recording functions, then the power supply of a laser, a camera or a computing unit, e.g. for a distance meter, and / or further signals, such as position signals for insertion into the binoculars, are provided.
The optionally used cable for connecting the accessories to the viewing device is designed according to the type and number of additional devices. For power supply is sufficient a power cable. The transmission of several signals can be done with a ribbon cable, respectively interface cable. Optionally, a connection of the accessories to several viewing devices, e.g. by means of several cables, providable. According to the invention, the cable can be guided in the clamping element, whereby a complete protection against environmental influences and hanging is achieved. Furthermore, according to the invention, for a displaceable in the receptacle clamping element, the cable in the receptacle in a loop is guided so that when moving the clamping element in a first direction -. Extracting the clamping element - the loop is unrolled and when moving in the opposite direction - insertion of the clamping element - the clamping element is rolled back into the loop. So the cable can be adjusted with the clamping element, without ever being unprotected.
As previously mentioned, the attachment component for fixing the attachment recording on the headgear in the use position - on the headgear of a user - with the recording medium or immediate, preferably releasably connected. To fix the recording on the headgear, the fastening component is firmly attached to the headgear, eg by means of hooks or alternative contact elements or brackets. For example, the fastening component is designed as a carrying plate with hook-shaped holding straps. For a connection of recording and mounting component, the recording and the mounting component middle or directly corresponding connection partners - such as hooks and slots or guides and rails - have, preferably for connection by a releasable positive connection, such as by snapping, clicking, snapping, insertion or via a detachable screw.
The attachment component can also - be part of the recording - medium or immediate. An immediate part of a receptacle could be, for example, a receiving housing or housing part designed as a fastening component or simply a support plate designed for attaching accessory housings.
For specially designed headgear, the attachment component may optionally form part of the headgear - for example, a helmet with hooks or alternative attachment hardware may be used as attachment component for attachment - e.g. for latching, clicking, insertion or connection via a rotary closure - the receptacle or be formed by corresponding parts of the receptacle. With such an integrated into the headgear fastening component, the recording is determined by the connection with the fastening component on the headgear. It is understood that for such an embodiment the connection should be solvable.
Alternatively, a special headgear can also have attachment parts for attaching the attachment component, such as hooks or alternative attachment parts for attachment - eg, for engagement, click-in, insertion or connection via a twist-lock - the attachment component, which is correspondingly provided with corresponding parts. Thus, the determination of the recording on the headgear is achieved by connecting the fastening component with the headgear over the connecting parts thereof and connecting the receptacle with the fastening component.
Optionally, the fastening component with the headgear be firmly connected, for example by means of screws. A firm connection, however, is a limitation in terms of removing or replacing the attachment component or transferring it to another headgear.
A with respect to an adaptation to different sized headgear improved accessory receptacle is provided with a receptacle which is connected via a connecting element with a fastening component, wherein connecting element and fastening component are formed as mutually differently positionable. The fastening component constitutes one of the previously described alternatives, with the exception of the fastening component as the immediate part of the receptacle. The connecting component is preferably a component of the receptacle, such as a retaining plate or a housing rear wall. The fastening component and connecting element can be positioned relative to one another along an imaginary connecting line, which leads from the back over the middle to the front of the headgear, so that the receptacle on the headgear can be adjusted in height. Such a flexible reception is adaptable, for example, to helmets of different countries, which can differ significantly in their sizes, or to individual needs for weight distribution. Together with a displaceable tensioning element as described above, an even further adaptation range of the auxiliary device receptacle is made possible.
Positionability is achieved via positioning elements. The positioning elements may be separate components and be detachably attachable to the fastening component and connecting element. Likewise, they may be firmly attached or attached or formed as a unit, for example in one piece, with fastening component and connecting element. For example, the fastening component has hook elements and the connecting element slot elements as positioning elements. If the Attached fastening component in the use position on the headgear - or attached - is, the hook elements can be clicked depending on the size of the helmet in the appropriate height in the slot elements. Of course, a plurality of conventional positioning elements, by means of which a connection, in particular by releasable positive connection, for example a snap or locking connection, can be produced, can be used. The connecting element could also be displaceable and fixable in different positions in a rail of the fastening component. In the case of the previously designed special headgear with integrated fastening component, the fastening component can form the positioning elements (eg several slots in or hooks on a helmet). In the case of the special head coverings with connecting parts described above, the connecting parts can represent further positioning elements - thus positioning of the receptacle relative to the head covering is possible by positioning the fastening component relative to the head covering and positioning the connecting element relative to the fastening component.

The clamping device comprises the actuating element designed as a
The tensioning
If the clamping lever is moved from the second position S2 to the first position S1, the
In the intermediate position SZ the pawls are 44a, 44b on the teeth, so that the
