Definitions
- the invention relates to a Syndetwasch Division Multiple Access (SBA) Program.
- Syndetwasch Division Multiple Access (MEC) Program with cleansing and skin care property based on at least one or more synthetic surfactants as detergent ingredients.
- Syndetasch Such Syndetasch conductede have long been known.
- the term "syndet” is derived from “synthetic detergent”. This is understood to mean soap-like pieces, which are mostly used for body cleansing or cleansing of the skin.
- anionic, amphoteric or non-ionic surfactants are usually used, wherein the dermatological properties of a Syndetasch publishedes also depend substantially on the particular surfactant used.
- the wash should have virtually no tendency to undesirable changes in the external appearance such as color changes or crystallization of constituents and thus have a high long-term stability even in the presence of moisture.
- microcrystalline waxes and / or paraffin waxes have been used variously, but these have only an inadequate skin compatibility.
- the washing piece in the washing process should have a certain water absorption and adapted dissolving properties, so that during the usual washing process, a sufficient amount of syndet is dissolved by the water and unfolds its washing action.
- "shrinkage" of the wash piece which is the property of the laundry is understood that in contact with water (eg when stored in the soap dish), the outer areas in a soft, swollen state, which no longer Cleaning can be used and represents an undesirable abrasion.
- the swollen (mop) surface layer can then be removed manually or mechanically easily from the unswollen core of a syndet piece.
- the WO 01/72947 describes syndet soaps containing sugars and surfactants, wherein cetearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate may be present.
- the WO 92/13060 describes syndetic shells containing long-chain alkyl sulfates such as cetearyl sulfates in combination with a selected binder system containing selected free fatty acids, monoglycerides and polyethylene glycol.
- the DE 30 11 813 A1 describes a process for improving the performance characteristics of particulate detergents, which may include salts of metals of the third and / or fourth group of the periodic table.
- the wash can contain glycerine stearate.
- the DE 1 792 029 describes bar shaped synthetic detergents containing in combination paraffin wax, hard wax and beeswax.
- the US 3,766,097 describes washing compositions containing beeswax, polyhydric alcohols, polyoxyethylene ethers and coconut oil fatty acid esters of sodium isethionate.
- the GB 2 317 396 describes washes with a weight fraction of soap of 30-90%, wherein hydrocarbons having a melting point of greater than 25 ° Celsius may be present.
- the invention has for its object to provide a Synduschasch Culture; which solves the above objects, in particular has a high long-term stability even in the presence of moisture and very good Versumpfungseigenschaften and at the same time has a very good skin compatibility, and very pleasant handling properties, is particularly tolerated by the skin and is pleasant to the consumer when washing.
- a washing piece according to claim 1 which contains constituents which form a homogeneous wax melt with a melting point of 50-60 °, or by a wash piece containing such homogeneous wax, and which contains at least inulin or a D- Contains fructose-containing polysaccharide as a crystallization inhibitor, which inhibits crystallization of the homogeneous wax melt-forming constituents.
- the melt forming the melt can also be homogeneous and long-term stable at room temperature.
- Beeswax, fatty acid esters c) and fatty alcohols d), to which the above statements apply, may be provided as constituents which form a homogeneous wax melt.
- the presence of such homogeneous wax melts is furthermore particularly advantageous since it is then possible to effect the presence of paraffin waxes and / or microcrystalline waxes in the composition as far as possible or completely.
- the skin compatibility is thereby significantly improved.
- the wash contains ⁇ 2-5 wt .-% and / or ⁇ 2-5 wt .-% microcrystalline waxes, or the total content of paraffin and microcrystalline waxes ⁇ 2-5 Ges.- % based on the weight of the washing piece or the Syndetgrundmasse.
- Microcrystalline waxes are paraffin waxes having a melting point of between 60 and 90 ° C, predominantly iso-paraffins and naphtha-substituted aromatics, and are finely crystalline at room temperature.
- compositions with homogeneous wax melts having a melting point of 50-60 ° C have proven to be particularly effective, it may happen that certain constituents of the wax melt crystallize out in certain compositions. This can lead to an undesirable roughness of the washing pieces, wherein the crystallized components can be partially visible even by visual inspection. It has therefore been found to be advantageous to add crystallization inhibitors which suppress crystallization of constituents of the homogeneous wax melt. Surprisingly, it has been found that in the presence of such crystallization inhibitors and the Versumpfungseigenschaften the piece of laundry can be significantly improved. Surprisingly, the Versumpfungseigenschaften already significantly improved, even if no crystallization by visual inspection is perceptible. This may be due to the fact that through the Crystallization inhibitors already the formation of crystal nuclei or microcrystals is prevented and so the swelling properties of the wash on a microscopic basis but also significantly improved overall.
- Crystallization inhibitors in this case has been shown to be inulin alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates, in particular those having a C8 to C22 upper to C30 fatty alcohol, particularly preferably a C10 to C16 or C12 to C14 fatty alcohol, most preferably a coconut oil fatty alcohol, can be used in particular in combination with inulin available.
- the alkali metal salts may in each case in particular be sodium salts, if appropriate also potassium salts.
- inulin other D-fructose containing polysaccharides or other predominantly or exclusively beta (1,2) -glykosidisch linked polysaccharides can be used, even if inulin has been found to be particularly preferred.
- alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates in particular sodium cocoyl glutamate, very effectively reduces crystallization of constituents of said composition which contains homogeneously melting waxes in the temperature range from 50 ° C to 60 ° C, which at the same time leads to very pleasant washing properties.
- the alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates may each be esterified with the fatty alcohol on the carboxyl group of the C1 or C4 atom.
- beeswax is part of these waxes.
- an alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate of a C 10 to C 16 fatty alcohol may be contained, or the glutamate may exclusively be one.
- an ethoxylated alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate may be included in the composition.
- the weight fraction of ethoxylated fatty alcohol glutamates ⁇ 50 wt .-% or ⁇ 10-20 wt .-% than that of the nonethoxylated glutamates or these are not present.
- inulin is present in a proportion of 0.1-10% by weight, preferably 0.2-5% by weight, based on the total weight of the wash piece or the syndet base.
- the content of inulin may in particular also be 0.2-2% by weight, particularly preferably 0.5-2% by weight.
- the content of alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates may, based on the total weight of the wash piece or the Syndetgrundmasse 0.1-5 wt .-%, preferably 0.5-4 wt .-% or 1-3 wt .-% amount.
- the washing piece preferably contains beeswax, particularly preferably in combination with one or more fatty acid esters c) and / or at least one or more fatty alcohols d).
- the fatty acid ester c) and / or the fatty alcohol d) is contained in a higher proportion of weight percent in the wash piece or the Syndet groundmasse than the beeswax.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a Syndetwaschstück with cleansing and skin care property based on at least one or more synthetic surfactants as detergent ingredients.
Such Syndetaschstücke have long been known. The term "syndet" is derived from "synthetic detergent". This is understood to mean soap-like pieces, which are mostly used for body cleansing or cleansing of the skin. As washing-active substances anionic, amphoteric or non-ionic surfactants are usually used, wherein the dermatological properties of a Syndetaschstückes also depend substantially on the particular surfactant used.
At the same time, such syndicate pieces used instead of conventional bar soaps have to meet a multitude of constantly increasing requirements, in particular with regard to the cleaning capacity and the care effect of the same. So should such laundry pieces prevent drying of the skin, greasy and in particular also have good skin compatibility. Furthermore, such washing pieces should have pleasant washing properties, ie form sufficient foam and cause a pleasant feeling on the skin. Furthermore, the properties of the Syndätaschstückes themselves are becoming increasingly high Requirements made. So should the washing on the one hand during drying have no or only a very low tendency to cracking. This is also significantly influenced by the water delivery capacity of the wash piece. Furthermore, the wash should have virtually no tendency to undesirable changes in the external appearance such as color changes or crystallization of constituents and thus have a high long-term stability even in the presence of moisture. To achieve a high long-term stability microcrystalline waxes and / or paraffin waxes have been used variously, but these have only an inadequate skin compatibility.
Furthermore, the washing piece in the washing process should have a certain water absorption and adapted dissolving properties, so that during the usual washing process, a sufficient amount of syndet is dissolved by the water and unfolds its washing action. On the other hand, however, to avoid excessive "shrinkage" of the wash piece, which is the property of the laundry is understood that in contact with water (eg when stored in the soap dish), the outer areas in a soft, swollen state, which no longer Cleaning can be used and represents an undesirable abrasion. The swollen (mop) surface layer can then be removed manually or mechanically easily from the unswollen core of a syndet piece. The optimization of this abrasion and the swelling properties of Syndätaschstückes are of dermatological and economic importance: if a piece of laundry is too soft and the shrinkage too high, so each wash is applied too much surfactant for cleaning on the skin, which worsen the dermatological properties. At the same time consumer acceptance decreases because the wash consumes too quickly. If, on the other hand, the washing piece is too hard, this is considered to be unpleasant and the washing piece to be too "edgy". At the same time, sufficient surfactant does not dissolve and it usually results in an undesirably high tendency to crack, since the wash piece dries too quickly. In addition, the hard and rough surface of the laundry items when washing by the consumer is perceived as unpleasant.
Overall, an optimal Syndetwaschstück, thus meet a variety of mutually contradictory requirements.

The invention has for its object to provide a Syndätaschstück; which solves the above objects, in particular has a high long-term stability even in the presence of moisture and very good Versumpfungseigenschaften and at the same time has a very good skin compatibility, and very pleasant handling properties, is particularly tolerated by the skin and is pleasant to the consumer when washing.
Surprisingly, this object is achieved by a washing piece according to claim 1, which contains constituents which form a homogeneous wax melt with a melting point of 50-60 °, or by a wash piece containing such homogeneous wax, and which contains at least inulin or a D- Contains fructose-containing polysaccharide as a crystallization inhibitor, which inhibits crystallization of the homogeneous wax melt-forming constituents. The melt forming the melt can also be homogeneous and long-term stable at room temperature. Advantageous developments emerge from the subclaims.
It has been found that such a melt is adapted in a special way to the requirements of a Syndetwaschstückes and not only when washing by the user as pleasant "soft" is felt and at the same time surprisingly also has a very good dissolution behavior and particularly favorable Versumpfungseigenschaften. It is believed that homogeneous wax achieves that the composition absorbs water less or less quickly, thus improving the dulling properties. The homogeneous wax thus also influences the swelling properties; of the washing piece in total. In contrast, it seems to be the case, for example, with microwaxes, that on the microcrystalline structure the water absorption and the swelling properties are less favorable, since, for example, water can more easily diffuse between the phase boundaries or the crystallite surfaces.
Beeswax, fatty acid esters c) and fatty alcohols d), to which the above statements apply, may be provided as constituents which form a homogeneous wax melt.
The presence of such homogeneous wax melts is furthermore particularly advantageous since it is then possible to effect the presence of paraffin waxes and / or microcrystalline waxes in the composition as far as possible or completely. The skin compatibility is thereby significantly improved. For some applications, it may be acceptable if the wash contains ≤ 2-5 wt .-% and / or ≤ 2-5 wt .-% microcrystalline waxes, or the total content of paraffin and microcrystalline waxes ≤ 2-5 Ges.- % based on the weight of the washing piece or the Syndetgrundmasse. Microcrystalline waxes (microwaxes) are paraffin waxes having a melting point of between 60 and 90 ° C, predominantly iso-paraffins and naphtha-substituted aromatics, and are finely crystalline at room temperature.
Although compositions with homogeneous wax melts having a melting point of 50-60 ° C have proven to be particularly effective, it may happen that certain constituents of the wax melt crystallize out in certain compositions.
Crystallization inhibitors in this case has been shown to be inulin alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates, in particular those having a C8 to C22 upper to C30 fatty alcohol, particularly preferably a C10 to C16 or C12 to C14 fatty alcohol, most preferably a coconut oil fatty alcohol, can be used in particular in combination with inulin available. The alkali metal salts may in each case in particular be sodium salts, if appropriate also potassium salts. Optionally, instead of inulin, other D-fructose containing polysaccharides or other predominantly or exclusively beta (1,2) -glykosidisch linked polysaccharides can be used, even if inulin has been found to be particularly preferred. Surprisingly, inulin or the combination with alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates, in particular sodium cocoyl glutamate, very effectively reduces crystallization of constituents of said composition which contains homogeneously melting waxes in the temperature range from 50 ° C to 60 ° C, which at the same time leads to very pleasant washing properties. The alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates may each be esterified with the fatty alcohol on the carboxyl group of the C1 or C4 atom. At the same time, surprisingly, particularly favorable sumping properties of the wash piece result. Preferably, beeswax is part of these waxes.
As the alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate, an alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate of a C 10 to C 16 fatty alcohol may be contained, or the glutamate may exclusively be one.
Optionally, at least partially, in place of or in addition to the alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate, an ethoxylated alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamate may be included in the composition. Preferably, the weight fraction of ethoxylated fatty alcohol glutamates ≤ 50 wt .-% or ≤ 10-20 wt .-% than that of the nonethoxylated glutamates or these are not present.
It has proved to be advantageous if inulin is present in a proportion of 0.1-10% by weight, preferably 0.2-5% by weight, based on the total weight of the wash piece or the syndet base. The content of inulin may in particular also be 0.2-2% by weight, particularly preferably 0.5-2% by weight.
The content of alkali metal fatty alcohol glutamates may, based on the total weight of the wash piece or the Syndetgrundmasse 0.1-5 wt .-%, preferably 0.5-4 wt .-% or 1-3 wt .-% amount.
Furthermore, the washing piece preferably contains beeswax, particularly preferably in combination with one or more fatty acid esters c) and / or at least one or more fatty alcohols d). Preferably, the fatty acid ester c) and / or the fatty alcohol d) is contained in a higher proportion of weight percent in the wash piece or the Syndetgrundmasse than the beeswax. As a result, the wash has significantly improved Versumpfungseigenschaften and at the same time a very good skin compatibility. This is also surprising insofar as beeswax is often described as disadvantageous in terms of skin tolerance. Furthermore, the washing piece can be virtually free of paraffin and / or microcrystalline waxes, which further improves the skin compatibility.
As is known, beeswax is a wax having a melting point of 61-68 ° C, which consists essentially of a mixture of complex wax esters (usually about 65-75 wt .-%, usually about 70% by weight of the beeswax), normal fatty acids and hydroxyfatty acids (usually about 12-15% by weight, usually about 13-14% by weight) and also hydrocarbons (usually about 5-15% by weight). %, usually about 10-14 wt .-%) exists. The wax esters may be esters of C 16 to C 36 acids, in particular palmitic and cerotic acids, it being possible for a total of about 50 to 70 different esters or more to be present. The alcohol component may consist of a mixture of C24 to C36 alcohols and in particular also contain 1-triacontanol. As wax esters of hydroxyfatty acids, especially cerylhydroxypalmitate (optionally also stearate) may be present (usually about 6-11% by weight, usually about 8-9% by weight). 14-Hydroxypalmitin as well as 16-Hydroxy- and 17-Hydroxystearinsäure are mostly also components of beeswax. In particular lignocerin, cerotinic and melicic acid can occur as free wax acids. It goes without saying that beeswax as a natural raw material is subject to fluctuations in its composition and, if appropriate, that some of the constituents can be outside the above-mentioned ranges without substantially changing the properties of the beeswax as a whole.
Synthetic beeswax may also be used instead of or in addition to natural beeswax if this has a comparable melting point and comparable composition, in particular as defined above, and results in comparable or identical properties of the washing piece, in particular with regard to the skin feel and hardness thereof and with respect to the dulness.

In particular, the shrinkage can be mediated quantitatively as a percentage weight loss in the form:
whereby the shrinkage under defined standard conditions NTP is to be determined. For this purpose, in particular the washing piece a defined size and shape (eg cuboid wash piece with about 15 g weight and edge lengths 35 mm x 25 mm x 12 mm) in a 30 ° C warm water (eg deionized water) and 22 hours in the water to hang freely (without Tempering the water). The pieces are then removed and the swollen soft layer is rubbed off manually. Subsequently, the pieces are smoothed with a cloth and dried at 60 ° C for 45 min, then cooled to room temperature and weighed. Dumping is determined as a percentage of weight loss as indicated above. The used washing pieces of a test series should have the same size and shape.
The inventive wash pieces can generally under the conditions defined above (size and shape of the specimens, swelling of 22 hours in water at 30 ° C, abrasion of the swollen layer to the unswollen core, drying for 45 min at 60 ° C) a shrinkage of ≦ 60%, in particular ≦ 55% or particularly preferably ≦ 50%. Damping may be ≥ 30% or ≥ 40% under the conditions mentioned.
Soap pieces were pressed and their respective properties were investigated on the basis of the compositions or formulations mentioned below.
The results are summarized in Table 1. The compositions reference 1-4 are not comparative examples according to the invention.
The calcination values are determined as indicated as weight percent of the abrasion in grams relative to the weight of the wash before swelling in grams (expressed in weight percent). With regard to the further conditions, reference is made to the above.
As can be seen from the table, the inventive washing pieces have significantly lower impregnation values than Comparative Example 1. At the same time, the washing pieces are felt to be comfortable and not too hard to handle.
