Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur dezentralen energetischen Verwertung von Altöl. Das Altöl wird aus einer Sammeltankanlage (1) in einer Reinigungseinrichtung (2) gereinigt, insbesondere entwässert und gefiltert. Anschließend wird das Altöl einer Probentankanlage (3) zugeführt. Durch Entnahme einer Probenmenge aus der Probentankanlage (3) wird die Qualität des in der Probentankanlage (3) vorhandenen Altöls überprüft. Sofern das Altöl die geforderte Qualität aufweist, wird das Altöl in der Vorratstankanlage (4) gefördert. Aus der Vorratstankanlage (4) wird das Altöl zur energetischen Verwertung einer Brennkraftmaschine (5) zugeführt. Hierbei erfolgt unmittelbar vor dem Zuführen des Altöls ein Vorwärmen. Vorzugsweise erfolgt das Vorwärmen mittels eines Wärmetauschers (13) der mit dem Kühlmittelkreislauf der Brennkraftmaschine (5) verbunden ist. The invention relates to a method and a device for the decentralized energy recovery of waste oil. The waste oil is purified from a collection tank system (1) in a cleaning device (2), in particular dewatered and filtered. Subsequently, the waste oil is fed to a sample tank system (3). By taking a sample quantity from the sample tank system (3), the quality of the waste oil present in the sample tank system (3) is checked. If the waste oil has the required quality, the waste oil in the storage tank system (4) is promoted. From the storage tank system (4) the waste oil for energetic utilization of an internal combustion engine (5) is supplied. This is done immediately before the supply of waste oil preheating. Preferably, the preheating by means of a heat exchanger (13) which is connected to the coolant circuit of the internal combustion engine (5).
