Claims (13)

  1. Appareil (24) destiné à une station mobile (10), pouvant être sélectivement connecté par une connectivité de communication avec un réseau de communication, ledit appareil (24) comprenant :

    un moyen d'autorisation de connexion (38), conçu pour recevoir une indication des calculs effectués par ledit calculateur de vitesse de changement (42) et ledit calculateur de moyenne (34), ledit moyen d'autorisation de connexion (38) étant configuré pour autoriser sélectivement la connexion de la station mobile (10) au réseau de communication suivant que la vitesse de changement dépasse un seuil sélectionné et que la valeur moyenne pondérée dépasse un niveau sélectionné.
  2. Appareil (24) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'indication reçue par ledit identificateur de métrique de performances du signal (28) comprend des indications du signal reçu qui a été émis par le réseau de communication pendant une pluralité de périodes de temps.

    recevoir des indications d'un signal reçu qui a été émis par le réseau de communication pendant au moins une première période de temps ;
    calculer des vitesses de changement des représentations des indications reçues pendant ladite étape de réception ;
    calculer une valeur moyenne pondérée des indications reçues dans ladite étape de réception, une pondération respective étant attribuée à chacune desdites indications ; et
    autoriser la connexion de la station mobile au réseau de communication suivant que la vitesse de changement dépasse un seuil sélectionné et que la valeur moyenne pondérée dépasse un niveau sélectionné.
  12. Procédé (82) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les indications du signal reçu sont constituées de mesures de qualité du signal.
