Description
Haarbehandlungsmittel enthaltend anionische Tenside und kationische Polymere
Die Erfindung betrifft reinigende Haarbehandlungsmittel, beispielsweise Haarshampoos, enthaltend sowohl anionische Tenside als auch kationische Polymere.
Durch oftmaliges Bleichen, Dauerwellen und Färben, aber auch durch häufiges Waschen der Haare mit entfettenden Tensiden kommt es zu einer Schädigung der Haarstruktur. Das Haar wird spröde und verliert seinen Glanz. Weiterhin lädt sich das Haar beim Kämmen elektrostatisch auf, und die angerauhte, entfettete
Haaroberfläche verursacht Verfilzungen sowie Verknotungen der Haare. Hierdurch wird das Kämmen erschwert. Trotzdem besteht bei vielen Verbrauchern aufgrund eines gestiegenen hygienischen Bedürfnisses der Wunsch sich täglich die Haare zu waschen. Zur Pflege der Haare werden nach der Haarwäsche, in einem zweiten Schritt, häufig Nachbehandlungsmittel angewendet. Als so genannte Haarkuren, in der Form von Haarpflegespülungen, Aerosolschäumen oder auch in Emulsionsform als so genannte Creme-Rinses werden diese nach einigen Minuten Einwirkzeit mit Wasser aus dem Haar ausgespült. Leave-on Produkte, z.B. in der Form von Conditioner Sprays, Hair Fluids oder Styling-Produkten, zur Formgebung und Pflege, verbleiben auf dem Haar.
Derartige Produkte enthalten als Wirkstoffe zur Verbesserung der Haarstruktur unter anderem kationische Polymere oder Kationtenside, also quatemäre Ammoniumverbindungen, wie Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid allein oder in Kombination mit verschiedenen wachsartigen Zusätzen, wie zum Beispiel Kohlenwasserstoffen, Fettalkoholen und Fettsäuren, welche auf das Haar aufziehen und dessen Kämmbarkeit und Glanz verbessern.
Aufgrund des Bedürfnisses der Verbraucher nach einer schnelleren und einfacheren Haarpflege wurden auch so genannte two-in-one Produkte entwickelt, durch welche die Haarwäsche und Pflege gleichzeitig erfolgen. Zur Herstellung derartiger konditionierender Shampoos stehen eine Reihe von pflegenden Wirkstoffen zur Verfügung.
Dazu zählen Öle und ölähnliche Substanzen wie beispielsweise flüssige Kohlen¬ wasserstoffverbindungen, Fettalkohole, Monocarboxysäureester (monocarboxylic acid ester), Polyalkoholester, Silikone, sowohl lösliche, wie beispielsweise dimethicone copolyols, und unlösliche Silikone, beispielsweise Polydimethylsiloxane, sowie kationische oberfächenaktive Mittel und kationische Polymere.
Haarshampoos enthaltend anionische Tenside sowie kationische Polymere sind aufgrund der Reaktion dieser Komponenten unter Bildung von Elektroneutralsalzen jedoch nicht klar bzw. nicht stabil zu formulieren.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, reinigende und gleichzeitig konditionierende, pflegende Haarbehandlungsmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche sowohl anionische Tenside und kationische Polymere enthalten und trotz der Unverträglichkeit der Komponenten stabil sind und klare Lösungen bilden.
Es wurde nun überraschenderweise gefunden, dass dieses Ziel durch ein Tensidsystem erreicht werden kann, in welchem enthalten sind: die Aniontenside Alkylethersulfat und/oder Alkylsulfat, das Aniontensid sekundäres Alkansulfonat, Betain und/oder Alkylethercarboxylat und ein nichtionisches Tensid.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind also Haarbehandlungsmittel, vorzugsweise Shampoos, enthaltend a1) Alkylethersulfat oder a2) Alkylsulfat oder deren Mischung b) sekundäres Alkansulfonat, d ) Betain oder c2) Ethercarboxylat oder deren Mischung, d) ein oder mehrere nichtionische Tenside und e) ein oder mehrere kationische Polymere aus der Gruppe der Homo- bzw. Copolymere von Diallyldimethyl-ammoniumchlorid, oder der Reaktionsprodukte von Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Ammoniumsalzen
oder Cyanamideπ mit Aldehyden und Monoaminen oder Monoaminen und/oder Polyaminen mit Epichlorhydrin oder Polyaminen mit Cyanamiden und Amidoschwefelsäure.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist außerdem die Verwendung einer Mischung der genannten Mischung der Komponenten a1 ) oder a2), b), d ) oder c2), d) und e) als Tensidsystem in Haarbehandlungsmitteln.
Die einzelnen Komponenten werden im Folgenden beschrieben:
a1) Alkylethersulfate.
Es handelt es sich um wasserlösliche Salze oder Säuren der Formel RO(A)m SO3M, worin R einen unsubstituierten CiO-C24-Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest, bevorzugt einen Ci2-C2O Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest, besonders bevorzugt Ci2- Ci8-Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest darstellt.
A ist eine Ethoxy- oder Propoxyeinheit, m ist eine Zahl größer als 0, vorzugsweise zwischen ca. 0,5 und ca. 6, besonders bevorzugt zwischen ca. 0,5 und ca. 3 und M ist ein Wasserstoffatom oder ein Kation wie z.B. Natrium, Kalium, Lithium, Calcium, Magnesium, Ammonium oder ein substituiertes Ammoniumkation. Spezifische Beispiele von substituierten Ammoniumkationen sind Methyl-, Dimethyl-, Trimethylammonium- und quaternäre Ammoniumkationen wie Tetramethylammonium und Dimethylpiperidiniumkationen sowie solche, die von Alkylaminen, wie Ethylamin, Diethylamin, Triethylamin oder Mischungen davon abgeleitet sind. Als Beispiele seien Ci2- bis Ci8-Fettalkoholethersulfate genannt wobei der Gehalt an EO 1, 2, 2.5, 3 oder 4 mol pro mol des
Fettalkoholethersulfats beträgt, und in denen M Natrium oder Kalium ist.
a2) Alkylsulfate
Dies sind wasserlösliche Salze oder Säuren der Formel ROSO3M, worin R ein Cio-C24-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, bevorzugt ein CiO-C2O-Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest, besonders bevorzugt ein C12-Ci8 Alkyl- oder Hydroxyalkylrest ist. M ist Wasserstoff oder ein Kation, z.B. ein Alkalimetallkation (z.B. Natrium, Kalium, Lithium) oder Ammonium oder substituiertes Ammonium, z.B. Methyl-, Dimethyl-
und Trimethyl-ammoniumkationen, Alkanolammonium, z.B. Triethanolammonium und quaternäre Ammoniumkationen, wie Tetramethylammonium- und Dimethylpiperidinium-kationen und quartäre Ammoniumkationen, abgeleitet von Alkylaminen wie Ethylamin, Diethylamin, Triethylamin und Mischungen davon. Die Komponenten a1 und a2 werden einzeln oder in beliebiger Kombination untereinander in Konzentrationen von 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zu 2 bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt zu 3 bis 12 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt zu 4 bis 10 Gew.-% eingesetzt.
b) Sekundäre Alkansulfonate.
In sekundären Alkansulfonaten kann die Alkylgruppe entweder gesättigt oder ungesättigt, verzweigt oder linear und gegebenenfalls mit einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert sein. Die Sulfogruppe kann an einer beliebigen Position der C-Kette stehen, wobei die primären Methylgruppen am Kettenanfang und Kettenende keine Sulfonatgruppen besitzen. Die bevorzugten sekundären Alkansulfonate enthalten lineare Alkylketten mit ca. 9 bis 25 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt ca. 10 bis ca. 20 Kohlenstoffatome und besonders bevorzugt ca. 13 bis 17 Kohlenstoffatome. Das Kation ist beispielsweise Natrium, Kalium, Ammonium, Mono-, Di- oder Triethanolammonium, Calcium oder Magnesium. Es können auch Mischungen verschiedener Kationen eingesetzt werden.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist sekundäres Ci3-i7-Alkansulfonat, Na-SaIz, welches z.B. unter den Handelsnamen Hostapur® SAS (Clariant), Leuna-Alkansulfonat bzw. Emulgator E30 (Leuna-Tenside GmbH) oder Marion® PS (Sasol) erhältlich ist.
Sekundäre Alkansulfonate werden zusätzlich zu den Komponenten a1 und/oder a2 eingesetzt. Das Mischungsverhältnis sek. Alkansulfonat : (a1 und/ oder a2) beträgt dabei im allgemeinen 9,9 : 0,1 Gew.-Teile, bevorzugt 9,8 bis 5 : 0,2 bis 5 Gew.-Teile, besonders bevorzugt 4,9 bis 2,5 : 5,1 bis 7,5 Gew.-Teile. und ganz besonders bevorzugt 2,4 bis 0,1 : 7,6 bis 9,9 Teile.
c1) Betaine
Betaine können sowohl Carbobetaine als auch Sulfobetaine sein. Bevorzugt sind die Carboxymethyl-ammoniumbetaine, insbesondere C8- bis Ci8- Alkyl-dimethyl-carboxymethyl-ammoniumbetaine, Cs- bis C-i8-Alkylamidopropyl- dimethyl-carboxymethyl-ammoniumbetaine und C8- bis C18-Alkyl-dipolyethoxy- carboxymethyl-ammoniumbetaine.
Weitere geeignete Betaine sind z.B. die den zuvor aufgeführten Verbindungen analogen N-Carboxyethyl-ammoniumbetaine zu deren Synthese anstelle Chloressigsäure bzw. deren Salze die Chlorpropionsäure und deren Salze eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind die Ci2-Ci8-Alkyl-aminopropionate und Ci2-C18-Alkyl-iminodipropionate als Alkali- und Mono-, Di- und Trialkylammonium- Salze. Ein bevorzugtes Sulfobetain ist C^-C-is-Alkyl-dimethyl-sulfopropyl-betain.
c2) Ethercarboxylat
Ethercarboxylate haben vorzugsweise die allgemeine Formel
R-(O-CH2- CH2)n -Q-CH2 -COOX
wobei R = n-Alkyl-, iso-Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkylaryl-, Arylalkyl-, und/oder Aryl- sein kann. Bevorzugt enthält der Rest R 8 bis 18 C-Atome und leitet sich von Fettalkoholen, Ziegleralkoholen, Oxoalkohoien, Guerbetalkoholen und Alkylphenolen ab. Bevorzugt sind dabei C8- bis C-is-Alkylethercarboxylate, und Octyl-, Nonyl-, sowie Tributyl-phenolethercarbonsäuren. Besonders bevorzugte Reste R sind C8-Alkyl-, C-12/14— Alkyl-, iso-Ci3-Alkyl-, C-14/15-Oxoalkyl-, Ci6/is-Alkyl-, Lauryl-, Oleyl-, und/oder Talgfettalkyl. Der Index n = 1 bis 20, bevorzugt 1 bis 15, besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 12 und ganz besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 10. X steht für Wasserstoff, Natrium, Kalium, Ammonium und/ oder Alkanolammonium, insbesondere Triethanolammonium.
In den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel werden die Komponenten d und c2 einzeln oder in Kombination in einer Konzentration von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%,
d) Nichtionische Tenside
Als nichtionische Tenside kommen insbesondere die Ethoxylate langkettiger, aliphatischer, synthetischer oder nativer Alkohole mit einem C8- bis C22-Alkylrest in Betracht. Diese können ca. 1 bis ca. 25 mol Ethylenoxid enthalten. Die Alkylkette der aliphatischen Alkohole kann linear oder verzweigt, primär oder sekundär, gesättigt oder auch ungesättigt sein.
Bevorzugt sind die Kondensationsprodukte von C10- bis C18-Alkoholen mit ca. 2 bis ca. 18 mol Ethylenoxid pro mol Alkohol. Die Alkoholethoxylate können eine enge ("Narrow Range Ethoxylates") oder eine breite Homologenverteilung des Ethylenoxides ("Broad Range Ethoxylates") aufweisen.
Besonders bevorzugt sind der Cg-C-n Oxoalkohol mit 6 bis 10 mol EO und der C-i2/ci4-Fettalkohol mit 5 bis 9 mol EO.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind das Cn-Oxoalkohol-8EO-ethoxylat und das C12/i4- Fettalkohol-7EO-ethoxylat. Die oxethylierten Alkohole weisen vorzugsweise einen HLB-Wert von 10 bis 15, bevorzugt 11 bis 14 auf..
Die Einsatzkonzentration liegt im allgemeinen bei 1 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 20 Gew.-%.
Das Mengenverhältnis Aniontenside zu nichtionischen Tensiden beträgt im allgemeinen 1:4 bis 4:1 , bevorzugt 1 :2 bis 2:1 , ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,8:1 bis 1,5:1.
e) Kationische Polymere
Kationische Polymere die in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittels bevorzugt eingesetzt werden sind Homo- und Co-Polymere auf Basis von Diallyl- dimethyl-ammonium-chlorid (DADMAC).
Copolymere auf Basis DADMAC enthalten als weitere Komponenten andere vinylische Monomere wie z.B. Vinylimidazol, Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylalkohol, Vinylacetat, (Meth-)-Acrylsäure(-ester), Acrylamid, Styrol, Styrolsulfonsäure, Acrylamidomethylpropan-sulfonsäure (AMPS) usw.
Homopolymere auf Basis DADMAC sind auch erhältlich unter den Handelsnamen Dodigen® 3954, Dodigen 4033 und Genamin® PDAC (Fa. Clariant).
Polykondensate, die als kationische Polymere eingesetzt werden können, werden durch die Umsetzung von Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Ammoniumsalzen und/oder Monoaminen, durch die Umsetzung von Monoaminen und/oder Polyaminen mit Epichlorhydrin, oder durch die Umsetzung von Polyaminen mit Cyanamiden und Amidoschwefelsäure erhalten.
Die eingesetzten Monoamine können primäre, sekundäre und tertiäre Amine sein.
Dabei kann es sich um aliphatische Amine wie z.B. Dialkylamine, insbesondere
Dimethylamin, alicyclische Amine wie z.B. Cyclohexylamin und aromatische Amine wie z.B. Anilin handeln. Die verwendeten Amine können aber auch gleichzeitig aliphatische, alicyclische und aromatische Substituenten besitzen.
Ferner können auch heterocyclische Verbindungen wie z.B. Pyridin eingesetzt werden.
Der Begriff Polyamine umfasst hierbei z.B. Diamine, Triamine, Tetraamine, usw., sowie die analogen N-Alkyl-polyamine bzw. die N,N-Dialkyl-polyamine.
Beispiele hierfür sind Ethylendiamin, Propylendiamin, Butylendiamin,
Pentylendiamin, Hexylendiamin, Diethylentriamin, Triethylentetraamin und höhere
Polyamine.
Besonders bevorzugte Polyamine sind Ethylendiamin, Diethylentriamin und Dimethylaminopropylamin.
Bei den Ammoniumsalzen handelt es sich um Salze des Ammoniaks, insbesondere um Ammoniumchlorid oder der oben erwähnten Amine bzw.
Polyamine mit verschiedenen anorganischen oder organischen Säuren oder auch um quartäre Ammoniumsalze.
Bei den Cyanamiden kann es sich um Cyanamid oder um Dicyandiamid handeln.
Aldehyde, die zur Synthese der Polykondensate eingesetzt werden können, sind zum Beispiel aliphatische Aldehyde wie z.B. Formaldehyd, Acetaldehyd, Propionaldehyd, Butyraldehyd; Dialdehyde wie z.B. Glyoxal; ungesättigte
Aldehyde wie z.B. Acrolein, Crotonaldehyd und aromatische Aldehyde wie z.B. Benzaldehyd. Besonders bevorzugt sind die aliphatischen Aldehyde, insbesondere Formaldehyd.
Die kationischen Polymere Können in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln zu 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zu 0,5 bis 3 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt zu 0,5 bis 1 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel als Lösungsmittel Propandiol, Glyzerin oder Ethanol in Konzentration von 1 bis 10 Gew.~%, bevorzugt von 1 bis 5 Gew.-%.
In einer weiteren besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird der pH-Wert der Formulierungen durch die Zugabe saurer oder alkalischer Stoffe auf einen Wert zwischen 5 und 12 eingestellt. Saure Stoffe können z.B. anorganische oder organische Säuren sein, wie z.B. Schwefelsäure, Phosphonsäuren, Zitronensäure. Alkalische Stoffe sind z.B. Natronlauge, Kalilauge und Soda.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel sind bevorzugt flüssig und klar. Durch den Zusatz weiterer Ingredentien, wie sie für solche Produkte üblich sind, können aber auch opake oder milchig trübe Formulierungen oder solche mit einem Perlglanzeffekt resultieren.
Die folgenden, weiteren üblichen Bestandteile können zusätzlich in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln enthalten sein: Anionische, nichtionische, kationische, zwitterionische oder amphotere Tenside sowie Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe wie Emulgatoren, Überfettungsmittel, biogene Wirkstoffe, Filmbildner, Konservierungsmittel, Perlglanzmittel, Farbstoffe.
Anionische Tenside sind insbesondere die folgenden Verbindungen sowie deren Mischungen:
Alkalisalze, Ammoniumsalze, Aminsalze und Salze von Aminoalkoholen folgender Verbindungen: Alkylamid-sulfate und -ethersulfate, Alkylarylpolyethersulfate, Monoglyceridsulfate, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylamidsulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate, α-Olefinsulfonate, Alkylsulfosuccinate, Alkylethersulfosuccinate, Alkylamidsulfosuccinamate, Alkylsulfoacetate, Alkylpolyglycerin-carboxylate,
Alkylphosphate, Alkyletherphosphate, Alkylsarcosinate, Alkylpolypeptidate, Alkylamidopolypeptidatθ, Alkyläthionate, Alkyltaurate. Salze von gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren, wie Oleinsäure, Ricinoleinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Kopraölsäuresalz oder hydrierte Kopraölsäuresalze sowie Alkylpolyethoxycarboxylate.
Kationische Tenside sind insbesondere quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen mit langer Kette, Alkylpyridiniumsalze, Fettamine von Polyethern, Imidazolinderivate.
Nichtionische Tenside sind insbesondere polyethoxylierte, polypropoxylierte oder polyglycerinierte Ether von Fettalkoholen, polyethoxilierte, polypropoxylierte und polyglycerinierte Fettsäureester, polyethyloxylierte Ester von Fettsäuren und von Sorbit, polyethoxilierte oder polyglycerinierte Fettamide
Weitere amphotere bzw. zwitterionische Tenside zusätzlich zu den eingangs erwähnten Carbobetainen und Sulfobetainen, sind Aminoglycinate und amphotere Imidazolinium-Verbindungen, Cycloimidiniumverbindungen, wie Alkylimidazoline, Asparaginderivate, wobei die Alkylgruppe in diesen oberflächenaktiven Mitteln vorzugsweise 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist.
Der Gesamttensidgehalt der erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel beträgt vorzugsweise 5 bis 40, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30, insbesondere 15 bis 25 Gew.-%.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel können als Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe Emulgatoren wie etwa nichtionische Emulgiermittel, beispielsweise oxyethylierte oder polyglycerinierte Fettalkohole, z.B. Oleinalkohol, polyoxyethylierte mit 10 bis 30 Mol Äthylenoxid, Stearylalkohol mit 10 bis 15 oder 20 Mol Ethylenoxid, Oleinalkohol, polyglyceriniert mit 4 Mol Glycerin, synthetische Fettalkohole mit 9 bis 15 C-Atomen, polyoxyethyliert mit 5 bis 10 Mol Ethylenoxid, Sorbitanester, Monoglyceride, Polysorbate, Polyethylenglycolmono/difettsäureester, hochethoxilierte Fettsäureester sowie hochmolekulare Siliconverbindungen, wie z.B. Dimethylpolysiloxan und Phosphorsäureester in einer Menge von 1 bis 25 Gew.-% enthalten oder ionische Emulgiermittel, wie gegebenenfalls
oxyethylierte Alkylsulfate, z.B. Natriumlauryl-sulfat, Ammoniumlaurylsulfat, Ammoniumlaurylsulfat, Natriumcetylstearylsulfat, Triethanolaminstearylsulfat, Monoäthanolaminlaurylsulfat, Natriumlaurylethersulfat, und Monoethanolaminlaurylethersulfat, wobei diese letzteren Emulgiermittel in Konzentrationen zwischen 0.5 und 15 Gew.-% vorliegen. Als Überfettungsmittel können Substanzen wie beispielsweise polyethoxilierte Lanolinderivate, Lecithinderivate und Fettsäurealkanolamide verwendet werden, wobei die letzteren gleichzeitig als Schaumstabilisatoren dienen. Als Verdickungsmittel werden bevorzugt gehärtetes Rizinusöl, Salze von langkettigen Fettsäuren, vorzugsweise in Mengen bis zu 5 Gew.-% und insbesondere in Mengen von 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-%, eingesetzt, beispielsweise Natrium-, Kalium-, Aluminium-, Magnesium- und Titan-Stearate oder die Natrium und/oder Kalium-Salze der Behensäure, sowie Polysaccharide, insbesondere Xanthan-Gum, Guar-Guar, Agar-Agar, Alginate und Tylosen, Carboxymethylcellulose und Hydroxyethylcellulose, ferner höher-molekulare Polyethylenglycolmono- und diester von Fettsäuren, Polyacrylate, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon sowie Elektrolyte wie Kochsalz und Ammoniumchlorid.
Unter biogenen Wirkstoffen sind beispielsweise Pflanzenextrakte, Eiweishydrolysate und Vitaminkomplexe zu verstehen. Gebräuchliche Filmbildner sind beispielsweise Chitosan, mikrokristallines Chitosan, quarterniertes Chitosan, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Vinylporrolidon-Vinylacetat-Copolymerisate, Polymere der Acrylsäurereihe, quaternäre Cellulose-Derivate und ähnliche Verbindungen. Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich beispielsweise Phenoxyethanol, Formaldehydlösung, Parabene, Pentadiol oder Sorbinsäure. Als Perlglanzmittel kommen beispielsweise Glycoldistearinester wie Ethylenglycoldistearat, aber auch Fettsäuremonoglycolester oder Triethylenglykoldistearat in Betracht. Als Farbstoffe können die für kosmetische Zwecke geeigneten und zugelassenen Substanzen verwendet werden, wie sie beispielsweise in der Publikation „Kosmetische Färbemittel" der Farbkommisision der Deutschen
Forschungsgemeinschaft, veröffentlicht im Verlag Chemie, Weinheim, 1984, S. 81 - 106 zusammengestellt sind. Diese Farbstoffe werden üblicherweise in Konzentrationen von 0,001 bis 0,1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Mischung,
eingesetzt. Die gewünschte Viskosität kann durch Zugabe von Wasser und/oder organischen Lösungsmitteln oder durch Zugabe einer Kombination aus organischen Lösungsmitteln und Verdickungsmitteln eingestellt werden.
Mit den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel lassen sich der Glanz, die Trockenkämmbarkeit und die Reduzierung der Rückfettung der Haare verbessern. Außerdem sind eine antistatische und griffverbessernde Wirkung und ein angenehmes Hautgefühl festzustellen. Sie bewirken, dass trockene Haare locker, glänzend und leicht zu entwirren sind.
Ferner sind die erfindungsgemäßen Haarshampoos besonders gut für coloriertes, getöntes oder gefärbtes Haar geeignet, da sie eine bessere Fixierung der Haarfärbung bewirken und ihr Auswaschen reduzieren.

Es wurde ein Haarshampoo mit einem Gesamttensidgehalt von 26 % (Wirkstoff) hergestellt.
Als Aniontenside wurden Alkylethersulfat und sekundäres Alkansulfonat, ein Betain, das nichtionische Tensid Ci2/u-Alkyl-7EO-ethoxylat und das kationische Poly-Dadmac KP 1 verwendet.

Claims
1. Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend a1 ) Alkylethersulfat oder a2) Alkylsulfat oder deren Mischung, b) sekundäres Alkansulfonat, d) Betain oder c2) Ethercarboxylat oder deren Mischung, d) ein oder mehrere nichtionische Tenside und e) ein kationisches Polymer aus der Gruppe der
Homo- bzw. Copolymere von Diallyl-dimethyl-ammoniumchlorid oder der Reaktionsprodukte von Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Ammoniumsalzen oder Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Monoaminen oder Monoaminen und/oder Polyaminen mit Epichlorhydrin oder Polyaminen mit Cyanamiden und Amidoschwefelsäure.
2) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , enthaltend die Komponenten a1 und/oder a2, in Konzentrationen von 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zu 2 bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt zu 3 bis 12 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt zu 4 bis 10 Gew.-% eingesetzt.
3) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1, enthaltend sekundäre Alkansulfonat zusätzlich zu den Komponenten a1 und/oder a2, wobei das Mischungsverhältnis sek. Alkansulfonat : (a1 und/oder a2) im allgemeinen 9,9 : 0,1 Gew. -Teile, bevorzugt 9,8 bis 5 : 0,2 bis 5 Teile, bevorzugt 4,9 bis 2,5 : 5,1 bis 7,5 Gew.-Teile, und besonders bevorzugt 2,4 bis 0,1 : 7,6 bis 9,9 Gew. -Teile beträgt.
4) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , enthaltend die Komponenten d und/oder c2 in einer Konzentration von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zu 1 bis 10 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt zu 2 bis 7 Gew.-%. 5) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , enthaltend 1 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 20 Gew.-%. eines nichtionischen Tensids.
6) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , enthaltend als nichtionisches Tensid ein Ethoxylat eines synthetischen oder nativen Alkohols mit einem HLB- Wert von 10 bis 15, bevorzugt von 11 bis 14.
7) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , bei welchen das Massenverhältnis Aniontenside : Nichtionische Tenside 1 : 4 bis 4 : 1 , bevorzugt 1 : 2 bis 2 : 1 , und ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,8 : 1 bis 1 ,5 : 1 liegt.
8) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , bei welchen der Gesamttensidgehalt zwischen 5 bis 40 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 10 bis 30 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 15 bis 25 Gew.-% ist.
9) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie klar sind.
10) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie als Lösungsmittel Propandiol, Glyzerin, Ethanol, n-Propanol und/oder iso- Propanol in einer Menge von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% und bevorzugt zu 1 bis 5 Gew.-% enthalten.
11) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie auf einen pH-Wert zwischen 4,5 und 7,5, bevorzugt zwischen 5 und 7 eingestellt sind.
12) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie eine konditionierende Wirkung ausüben.
13) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie die Kämmbarkeit von nassen und trockenem Haar verbessern. 14) Haarbehandlungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie Haar einen besseren Glanz verleihen.

Auswaschen verzögern.
16) Verwendung einer Mischung aus a1 ) Alkylethersulfat oder a2) Alkylsulfat oder deren Mischung, b) sekundäres Alkansulfonat, d) Betain oder c2) Ethercarboxylat oder deren Mischung, d) einem oder mehreren nichtionischen Tensiden und e) einem kationischen Polymer aus der Gruppe der
Homo- bzw. Copolymere von Diallyl-dimethyl-ammoniumchlorid oder der Reaktionsprodukte von Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Ammoniumsalzen oder Cyanamiden mit Aldehyden und Monoaminen oder Monoaminen und/oder Polyaminen mit Epichlorhydrin oder Polyaminen mit Cyanamiden und Amidoschwefelsäure als Tensidsystem in Haarbehandlungsmitteln.
