- Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the
container 1 of the invention, employed for the collection of used household oil by means ofreceptacles 3, shown in figure 2, for its subsequent recycling. Saidcontainer 1 comprises afirst opening 4 through which thereceptacles 3 with used household oil are inserted, a storage tank (not shown in the figures) in which saidreceptacles 3 are disposed for their subsequent collection, astorage facility 5 in whichempty receptacles 3 are stored and asecond opening 7 through which saidempty receptacles 3 are provided outside. Saidcontainer 1 also comprises anintermediate storage tank 8 with at least onecavity 80 which holds thereceptacles 3 with used household oil that are inserted into saidcontainer 1 through thefirst opening 4, at least oneintermediate storage facility 9 disposed below thestorage facility 5, with acavity 90 for holding anempty receptacle 3 proceeding from thestorage facility 5, and a rotatingshaft 10, saidintermediate storage tank 8 and saidintermediate storage facility 9 rotating solidary with said rotatingshaft 10. In a preferred embodiment, theintermediate storage tank 8 and theintermediate storage facility 9 are substantially cylindrical, and thecavities intermediate storage facility 9. In said preferred embodiment, thecavity 80 of saidintermediate storage tank 8 comprises a substantially V-shaped surface, saidcavity 80 holding solelyreceptacles 3 with used household oil with a substantially V shape. - When operating the rotating
shaft 10 by means of a lever (not shown in the figures), for example, with areceptacle 3 with used household oil disposed in thecavity 80 of theintermediate storage tank 8, said rotatingshaft 10 rotates in a specific direction causing saidintermediate storage tank 8 to rotate in said specific direction, such that thereceptacle 3 with used household oil disposed in saidcavity 80 falls into the storage tank of saidcontainer 1 by means of afirst slope 14. Likewise, said rotation of the rotatingshaft 10 causes theintermediate storage facility 9 to rotate in said specific direction, theempty receptacle 3 disposed in thecavity 90 of saidintermediate storage facility 9 being provided outside through thesecond opening 7, by means of asecond slope 15 that communicates saidintermediate storage facility 9 with saidsecond opening 7. - The
container 1 of the invention also comprises at least one storagetank sensing device 82 shown in figure 34 and which is attached to astructure 16 of saidcontainer 1 by means of asupport 81, to prevent theintermediate storage tank 8 from rotating in the specific direction when there is noreceptacle 3 with used household oil in saidintermediate storage tank 8, the rotatingshaft 10 being prevented from rotating in said specific direction. Accordingly, the dispensing of areceptacle 3 is prevented if anempty receptacle 3 with used household oil has not previously been inserted into saidcontainer 1. With thecavity 80 on theintermediate storage tank 8 empty, when a user operates the rotatingshaft 10 causing said rotatingshaft 10 to rotate in the specific direction, saidintermediate storage tank 8 rotates in said specific direction, said storagetank sensing device 82 being inserted into thecavity 80 of saidintermediate storage tank 8. If the rotation of said rotatingshaft 10 in said specific direction continues to be actuated, a wall 80' of saidcavity 80 comes into contact with said storagetank sensing device 82, said storagetank sensing device 82 preventing theintermediate storage tank 8 from continuing to rotate in said direction. The storagetank sensing device 82 may comprise, for example, a substantially wedge shape, such that if the rotation of the rotatingshaft 10 is actuated in the opposite direction to that specified, said storagetank sensing device 82 is released from saidcavity 80, resting on the outside surface 8' of saidintermediate storage tank 8. - With a
receptacle 3 with used household oil disposed in thecavity 80 of theintermediate storage tank 8, when a user operates the rotatingshaft 10 causing said rotatingshaft 10 to rotate in the specific direction, saidintermediate storage tank 8 rotates in said specific direction, saidreceptacle 3 interacting with said storagetank sensing device 82, saidreceptacle 3 preventing said storagetank sensing device 82 from being inserted in saidcavity 80, and therefore allowing said rotatingshaft 10 to rotate in said specific direction. If the rotation of said rotatingshaft 10 continues to be actuated in said specific direction, thereceptacle 3 disposed in saidcavity 80 is deposited in the storage tank incontainer 1. - The
container 1 comprises a plurality of storage tank sensing devices 82 (preferably three) arranged on theintermediate storage tank 8 at different axial distances from the front of saidintermediate storage tank 8, in order to admit onlyreceptacles 3 with a predetermined shape. In the preferred embodiment, thereceptacle 3 arranged to be inserted into thecontainer 1 has a width that gradually decreases, taking as reference a lid 3' of saidreceptacle 3. Thus, if areceptacle 3 of a different shape is inserted, said storagetank sensing devices 82 are not released from saidcavity 80, the rotation of said rotatingshaft 10 being prevented. - The
container 1 of the invention also comprises astorage facility actuator intermediate storage facility 9 from rotating in the specific direction whenever there is noempty receptacle 3 in saidintermediate storage facility 9, the rotatingshaft 10 being prevented from rotating in said direction. Accordingly, when there are noempty receptacles 3 in thestorage facility 5 it is not possible for thereceptacle 3 with used household oil that a user disposes in theintermediate storage tank 8 to pass through to the storage tank in saidcontainer 1, said user being able to recover saidreceptacle 3 with used household oil. When anempty receptacle 3 is disposed in thecavity 90 of saidintermediate storage facility 9, saidreceptacle 3 cooperates with saidstorage facility actuator intermediate storage facility 9. With thecavity 90 on theintermediate storage facility 9 empty, when a user operates the rotatingshaft 10 causing said rotatingshaft 10 to rotate in the specific direction, saidintermediate storage facility 9 rotates in said specific direction, saidstorage facility actuator cavity 90. If further actuating is applied to rotate said rotatingshaft 10 in said specific direction, a wall 90' of saidcavity 90 comes into contact with saidstorage facility actuator storage facility actuator intermediate storage facility 9 from continuing to rotate in said direction, said rotatingshaft 10 being prevented from rotating in said direction. - With a
receptacle 3 disposed in thecavity 90 of theintermediate storage facility 9, when a user operates the rotatingshaft 10 causing the rotation of said rotatingshaft 10 in the specific direction, saidintermediate storage facility 9 rotates in said specific direction, saidreceptacle 3 cooperating with saidstorage facility actuator receptacle 3 preventing saidstorage facility actuator cavity 90, the rotation of said rotatingshaft 10 in said specific direction being allowed. If further actuating is applied to rotate said rotatingshaft 10 in said specific direction, thereceptacle 3 disposed in saidcavity 90 is provided outside through thesecond opening 7. - In a first embodiment of the
container 1, thestorage facility 5 comprises a plurality of slopingcavities 51 arranged one over the other and separated by separators 51', where theempty receptacles 3 are stored in a row, as shown in figure 4. Saidreceptacles 3 are transferred from said slopingcavities 51 to avertical cavity 52, passing from saidvertical cavity 52 to theintermediate storage facility 9 when thecavity 90 of saidintermediate storage facility 9 faces saidvertical cavity 52. In said first embodiment, aratchet 12 interacts with acogwheel 11 attached to the rotatingshaft 10 to prevent said rotatingshaft 10 from rotating in the opposite direction to the specific direction, as shown in figure 5. When theratchet 12 interacts with thecogs 11a of saidcogwheel 11, the rotating of saidcogwheel 11 in the specific direction is allowed, but the rotation of saidcogwheel 11 in the opposite direction is prevented. In the preferred embodiment, theintermediate storage tank 8 comprises threecavities 80, saidcogwheel 11 comprising three notched areas that correspond to saidcavities 80. Accordingly, when the storagetank sensing devices 82 prevent saidintermediate storage tank 8 from rotating in the specific direction, saidratchet 12 does not interact with thecogs 11a in any notched area, saidintermediate storage tank 8 being able to rotate in the opposite direction to that specified. If, on the other hand, the storagetank sensing devices 82 allow theintermediate storage tank 8 to rotate in the specific direction, theratchet 12 interacts with thecogs 11a on one of the notched areas, preventing saidintermediate storage tank 8 from rotating in the opposite direction to that specified. Thecogwheel 11 comprises at least onegroove 11b and awheel actuator 13 attached to thestructure 16, saidwheel actuator 13 comprising a wheel sensing device 13' which fits into said groove 11b. Saidgroove 11b is arranged in such a manner on saidcogwheel 11 that when the wheel sensing device 13' fits into saidgroove 11b, thecavity 80 is facing thefirst opening 4, allowing a user to insert areceptacle 3 into saidcavity 80. - In the first embodiment, the
receptacles 3 are triangular shaped, whereby they may jam when they are disposed in thevertical cavity 52 and not pass through to theintermediate storage facility 9, and not being provided outside. In order to avoid this situation, each slopingcavity 51 comprises ahatch 53 which is opened to allow the passage of anempty receptacle 3 from said slopingcavity 51 to thevertical cavity 52. Saidstorage facility 5 also comprises actuating means 54 for eachsloping cavity 51 shown in figures 6 and 7, said actuating means 54 allowing or not for the opening of thecorresponding hatch 53, allowing or not for the passage of anempty receptacle 3 from the slopingcavity 51 corresponding to thevertical cavity 52. The actuating means 54 comprise a secondrotating shaft 54a, asensing device 54b and asemicircular piece 54c, saidsensing device 54b andsemicircular piece 54b being attached to the secondrotating shaft 54a. When areceptacle 3 disposed in thevertical cavity 52 comes into contact with an actuating mean 54, saidreceptacle 3 acts upon thesensing device 54b causing a rotation of the second rotating shaft 54a. Said rotation causes thesemicircular piece 54c to rotate, saidsemicircular piece 54c preventing thehatch 53 from opening. When saidreceptacle 3 ceases to be in contact with saidactuator 54, saidsensing device 54b rotates in the opposite direction causing the rotation of said secondrotating shaft 54a and therefore of saidsemicircular piece 54c, allowing for the opening of saidhatch 53. - In a first embodiment, preferably, the
container 1 comprises threestorage facilities 5, comprising oneintermediate storage facility 9 for eachstorage facility 5. Thus, saidcontainer 1 comprises threestorage facility actuators 91, each one of saidstorage facility actuators 91 interacting with one of saidintermediate storage facilities 9 as it is shown in figure 8. - In a second embodiment of the
