Abstract
Vorrichtung (10; 20; 30; 40) zur kontaktlosen Beseitigung einer elektrostatischen Ladungsdoppelschicht von einem geförderten flächigen, elektrisch im wesentlichen isolierenden Material (11; 21), enthaltend
eine dem flächigen Material in einem ersten Bereich benachbart angeordnete kontaktlose Kompensationseinrichtung (16-19; 26-29) zur Zuführung von Ladungsträgern zum flächigen Material im ersten Bereich zur mindestens teilweisen Kompensation der Ladungen mindestens in einer Schichtebene der Ladungsdoppelschicht; ein dem flächigen Material (11; 21) in einem zweiten Bereich benachbartes elektrisch leitfähiges Element (13; 24; 313; 424) zur Ausbildung eines elektrischen Nahfeldes, wobei der zweite Bereich und der erste Bereich voneinander entfernt sind, und
eine dem zweiten Bereich zugeordnete Feldstärkemesseinrichtung (15; 25) zur Erfassung der Feldstärke des Nahfeldes,
wobei die Kompensationseinrichtung (16-19; 26-29) eingangsseitig mit der Feldstärkemesseinrichtung (15; 25) verbunden und zur gesteuerten Zuführung von Ladungsträgern zum Material auf das Erfassungsergebnis ausgebildet ist.

a field strength measuring device (15; 25) assigned to the second area for detecting the field strength of the near field,
wherein the compensation device (16-19; 26-29) is connected on the input side to the field strength measuring device (15; 25) and designed for the controlled supply of charge carriers to the material to the detection result.
