Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an antenna rod for an antenna, in particular a roof antenna, of a vehicle according to the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.
Various methods have already become known in order to produce the antenna rod, in particular to connect the plastic carrier with corresponding components of the assembly area. However, these are all not satisfactory. For in the previous contact between a spiral spring in the mounting area and a coil usually a rotating part is provided, which is conductively connected to the bending spring and on which the end of the coil is killed. This is indeed a kontaktmäßig and high frequency technically safe, but costly and therefore costly solution available. A cheaper alternative would be to solder the end of the coil directly to the bending spring. Since the bending spring is made of stainless steel in order to avoid corrosion, in order to realize the electrical and high-frequency properties, such a stainless steel bending spring can not be soldered, and if there is a risk that by movements of the antenna rod, to which it Operation of the vehicle comes forcibly, the solder joint could rise, so that the function of the antenna rod fails.
The invention is therefore based on the object to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide an antenna rod, which is simple in terms of design and manufacturing technology and can be produced inexpensively.
This object is solved by the features of patent claim 1.
According to the invention it is provided that one end of the coil is arranged in a recess in the carrier and an end portion of a bending spring is pressed over the arranged in the recess end of the coil. In the contacting region of the carrier, therefore, a recess, for example a cutout, is introduced in the longitudinal direction, which in its geometric extent, in particular with regard to its width or depth, is dimensioned so that the wire of the coil can completely dip into this recess. Subsequently, the end of the Curved coil, in particular bent slightly sloping downwards. On this bending end, in particular the ramp thus formed, which forms the coil end, the end portion of the bending spring is pressed. This has the advantage that the coil is applied wound on the carrier wound or wound by means of a winding process on the support and then, after the carrier has been previously provided with the recess, one end of the coil is brought into this recess. Subsequently, the bending spring is mounted via the coil end in such a way that an end region of the already completed bending spring is guided over the coil end seated in the recess and pressed there.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the carrier of the antenna rod consists of a glass fiber rod, which is particularly stable, inexpensive and has the required non-dielectric properties. The coil itself extends over a smaller or larger or the entire axial region of the carrier. Should the winding wire from which the coil is made be an enameled wire, it is necessary to previously remove this lacquer layer in the region in which the bending spring is pressed onto the winding wire.
However, an embodiment to which the invention is not limited is shown in the figure and described below.
The figure shows an antenna rod 1, which is bolted to a roof antenna, in particular, wherein the roof antenna and its arrangement on a roof of a vehicle for the sake of simplicity is not shown. The antenna rod 1 has an assembly area 2, at the end of which, for example, there is a threaded area. In the axial direction, the mounting region 2 is followed by a rod-
While it is shown in the figure that the length of the mounting area 2 is chosen to be significantly smaller than the length of the
