Claims (13)
- Procédé dans un système de télécommunication pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception concernant des événements de Service basé sur la localisation impliquant un abonné/équipement mobile (MSA), ledit système fournissant des informations à une Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU), collectées à partir d'un Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC) qui est associé à l'abonné/équipement surveillé, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :- recevoir, au niveau du Point d'accès d'interception (IAP; MUSC, GMLC), une demande de surveillance de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA) provenant de l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU) ; le procédé étant caractérisé par :- l'enregistrement, dans le Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC), d'un événement de Service basé sur la localisation impliquant l'abonné/équipement surveillé ; et- l'envoi, du Point d'accès d'interception (IAP; MSC, GMLC) à l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU), de l'événement de Service basé sur la localisation comprenant l'identification d'un client demandant des informations de positionnement de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA).
- Procédé pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'événement fourni à l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU) depuis le Point d'accès d'interception comprend en outre une localisation géographique pour l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA).
- Procédé dans un système de télécommunication mobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU) comprend un Organisme d'application de la loi (LEA) associé à une Fonction d'administration (ADMF), le procédé comprenant les étapes supplémentaires suivantes, consistant à :- envoyer la demande de surveillance de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA) de l'Organisme d'application de la loi (LEA) à la Fonction d'administration (ADMF) ;- transmettre la demande de la Fonction d'administration au Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC).
- Procédé pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, ledit abonné/équipement mobile surveillé étant situé sur un premier Réseau Mobile Terrestre Public (PLMN1) dans le système de télécommunication, et dans lequel le Point d'accès d'interception est un Centre d'abonné mobile (MSC) situé sur le premier Réseau mobile (PLMN1).
- Procédé pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 4, le système de télécommunication comprenant un client externe (LCS) associé au Centre d'abonné mobile (MSC), et dans lequel l'événement de Service basé sur la localisation comprend l'une quelconque des étapes suivantes :- Réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant du client externe (LCS) ;- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS) ;- Réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant de l'abonné cible (MSA) ;- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (MSA) ;- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation à l'abonné cible (MSA) ;- Déclenchement de la demande de positionnement à partir du réseau (PLMN1) ;- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation à un centre d'urgence du réseau ;
- Procédé pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le Point d'accès d'interception est un Centre de Localisation Mobile Passerelle (GMLC1) situé sur un premier Réseau Mobile Terrestre Public (PLMN1), ledit abonné/équipement mobile surveillé étant situé sur un second réseau (PLMN2) dans le système de télécommunication.
- Procédé pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 6, le système de télécommunication comprenant un client externe (LCS2) associé au Centre d'Abonné Mobile Passerelle (GMLC1), et dans lequel l'événement de Service basé sur la localisation comprend l'une quelconque des étapes suivantes :- Réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant du client externe (LCS2)- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS2)- Réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant de l'abonné cible (MSA)- Fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS2)
- Agencement dans un système de télécommunication pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception concernant des événements de Service basé sur la localisation impliquant un abonné/équipement mobile (MSA), le système fournissant des informations à une Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU), collectées à partir d'un Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC) qui est associé à l'abonné/équipement surveillé, l'agencement comprenant:- des moyens pour recevoir, au niveau du Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC), une demande de surveillance de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA) provenant de l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU), l'agencement étant caractérisé par :- des moyens pour enregistrer, dans le Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC), un événement de Service basé sur la localisation impliquant l'abonné/équipement surveillé ;- des moyens pour envoyer, du Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC, GMLC) à l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU), l'événement de Service basé sur la localisation comprenant l'identification d'un client demandant des informations de positionnement de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA).
- Agencement dans un système de télécommunication mobile selon la revendication 8, l'Unité de configuration d'interception (ICU) comprenant un Organisme d'application de la loi (LEA) associé à une Fonction d'administration (ADMF), ledit agencement comprenant en outre:- des moyens pour envoyer la demande de surveillance de l'abonné/équipement mobile (MSA) de l'Organisme d'application de la loi (LEA) à la Fonction d'administration (ADMF) ;- des moyens pour transmettre la demande de la Fonction d'administration au Point d'accès d'interception (IAP ; MSC).
- Agencement pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, l'abonné/équipement mobile surveillé étant situé sur un premier Réseau Mobile Terrestre Public (PLMN1) dans le système de télécommunication, et dans lequel le Point d'accès d'interception est un Centre d'abonné mobile (MSC) situé sur le premier Réseau mobile (PLMN1).
- Agencement pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 10, le système de télécommunication comprenant un client externe (LCS) associé au Centre d'abonné mobile (MSC), l'agencement comprenant au moins l'un des moyens suivants :- des moyens de réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant du client externe (LCS) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS) ;- des moyens de réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant de l'abonné cible (MSA) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation à l'abonné cible (MSA) ;- des moyens de déclenchement de la demande de positionnement à partir du réseau (PLMN1) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation à un centre d'urgence du réseau.
- Agencement pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel le Point d'accès d'interception est un Centre de Localisation Mobile Passerelle (GMLC1) situé sur un premier Réseau Mobile Terrestre Public (PLMN1), et ledit abonné/équipement mobile surveillé étant situé sur un second réseau (PLMN2) dans le système de télécommunication.
- Agencement pour générer des Informations relatives à une Interception d'un abonné/équipement surveillé selon la revendication 12, ledit système de télécommunication comprenant un client externe (LCS2) associé au Centre d'Abonné Mobile Passerelle (GMLC1) et ledit agencement comprenant au moins un des moyens suivants :- des moyens de réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant du client externe (LCS2) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS2) ;- des moyens de réception d'une demande de positionnement provenant de l'abonné cible (MSA) ;- des moyens de fourniture du résultat de la localisation au client externe (LCS2).
