Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Mikrofon sowie ein Isolationsteil für ein Mikrofon.The present invention relates to a microphone and an isolation part for a microphone.
In Mikrofonen sind üblicherweise Mikrofonkapseln vorgesehen, welche eine Elektrode sowie eine Membran aufweisen können. Hierbei muss jedoch die Elektrode von der Membran isoliert werden. Ferner ist ein definierter Abstand zwischen der Membran und der Elektrode wünschenswert. Herkömmlicherweise wird dazu ein Isolierteil sowie ein separater Abstandsring vorgesehen, welche beide entsprechend zwischen der Elektrode und der Membran in der Mikrofonkapsel angeordnet werden. Der benötigte Abstandsring wird typischerweise aus einer Folie gestanzt, was jedoch keine einwandfreie Reinigung der Abstandsringe gewährleistet, da Abstandsringe aufgrund der Reinigungsflüssigkeit aneinander haften, so dass Schmutzrückstände u. a. nicht wie gewünscht abfließen können.In microphones usually microphone capsules are provided which may have an electrode and a membrane. Wenn der Abstandsring 2 aus dem gleichen Material wie derIsolierring 1 gefertigt werden soll, kann ein Einkomponenten-Spritzgussverfahren verwendet werden. Wenn jedoch der Abstandsring 2 aus einem anderen Material als derIsolierring 1 gefertigt werden soll, so kann ein Zweikomponenten-Spritzgussverfahren verwendet werden. -

Der Abstandsring 2 weist ein erstes Ende 2c auf, welches eine Abschrägung von vorzugsweise 45° aufweist. Ferner weist der Abstandsring 2 ein weiteres Ende 2a auf, welches zum Inneren des Abstandsringes hin weist.

FIG. 1 shows a plan view of aninsulating ring 1 for isolating a membrane from an electrode in a microphone capsule housing. At the outer edge of the insulating ring, a spacer ring 2 is provided.
