Abstract

A microphone has a microphone capsule housing, a diaphragm, an electrode, and an insulating part which is arranged between the diaphragm and the electrode in the microphone capsule housing. The insulating part has a spacer ring.

Description

Herkömmlicherweise wird dazu ein Isolierteil sowie ein separater Abstandsring vorgesehen, welche beide entsprechend zwischen der Elektrode und der Membran in der Mikrofonkapsel angeordnet werden.   • Figur 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen Isolierring 1 zur Isolation einer Membran von einer Elektrode in einem Mikrofonkapselgehäuse. Wenn jedoch der Abstandsring 2 aus einem anderen Material als der Isolierring 1 gefertigt werden soll, so kann ein Zweikomponenten-Spritzgussverfahren verwendet werden.
