Abstract

Zur Förderung der Motorik von Parkinsonkranken ist bereits bekannt, diese mit Hilfsmitteln laufen zu lassen, beispielsweise an Geländern oder auch an den bekannten Gehwagen. Es hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass das Selbstvertrauen derartiger Parkinsonpatienten auch bei Übung mit Gehwagen oder auch am Geländer nicht ausreichend ist, um diese in die Lage zu versetzen, ohne derartige Hilfsmittel selbstständig zu laufen.
