Présentoir d'articles tels que des produits cosmétiques.
La présente invention se rapporte à un présentoir d'articles tels que des produits cosmétiques. Les présentoirs connus comprennent généralement une surface de présentation plane, qui peut être inclinée vers le bas ou à l'horizontale, et sur laquelle sont disposés les produits cosmétiques à présenter à la clientèle. Néanmoins, ces présentoirs ou plus exactement la surface plane de présentation ne peut généralement pas avoir des dimensions trop importantes afin d'éviter que la surface d'encombrement d'occupation au sol ne soit également trop importante. Cet aspect des présentoirs connus limite donc le nombre d'articles pouvant être présentés sur un même présentoir. Par ailleurs, la surface plane de présentation peut également être surmontée d'un miroir disposé généralement à la verticale. Néanmoins, avec cette configuration connue, si une personne souhaite se rendre compte de l'effet de l'application d'une couleur d'un produit cosmétique donné sur sa peau, par exemple sur son visage, cette personne est nécessairement obligée de retirer le produit cosmétique du présentoir pour l'amener près de son visage afin de visualiser, par reflet dans le miroir, l'effet éventuel que la couleur donnée du produit cosmétique pourrait avoir sur la peau de la dite personne. Cette configuration connue des présentoirs, oblige donc la clientèle à manipuler constamment les produits cosmétiques pour les amener en regard du miroir* afin d'évaluer l'effet éventuel que pourrait avoir la couleur dudit produit cosmétique sur la peau. La présente invention a notamment pour but de pallier les inconvénients précités. A cet effet, selon l'invention, le présentoir est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un panneau vertical qui présente une face arrière et une face avant formée au moins en partie par une pluralité-: de premiers pans et une pluralité de deuxièmes pans inclinés par rapport aux premiers pans, les premiers et deuxièmes pans étant réalisés d'une seule pièce avec le panneau, en ce que chaque premier pan est interposé entre deux deuxièmes pans et chaque deuxième pan est interposé entre deux premiers pans en définissant ainsi un .relief sensiblement en forme de crête, et en ce que les premiers pans sont adaptés pour recevoir lesdits articles, et au moins l'un des deuxièmes pans disposé en regard de l'un des premiers pans présente une surface réfléchissante de telle sorte qu'une personne placée en face du panneau observe soit directement lesdits articles soit indirectement sxir le deuxième pan précité l'image desdits articles rapportés sur le premier pan disposé en regard. Grâce à ces dispositions, la présence des premiers et deuxièmes pans qui forment au moins en partie la face avant du panneau vertical permettent d'augmenter de manière substantielle le nombre d'articles à présenter tout en diminuant la surface d'occupation au sol du présentoir uniquement formé par un panneau vertical . Dans des modes de réalisations préférés de l'invention, on peut éventuel-lement avoir recours, en outre, à l'une ou à l'autre des dispositions suivantes : - les deuxièmes pans présentent chacun une surface réfléchissante ; - les premiers et deuxièmes pans s'étendent sur toute la largeur de la face avant du panneau ; - chaque surface réfléchissante est formée par un miroir plan directement rappo té sur le deuxième pan correspondant ; chaque premier pan comprend une pluralité d'évidements dans lesquels sont destinés à être disposés les articles ; - une plaque transparente est rapportée de manière pivotante sur chaque premier pan pour permettre de recouvrir les articles disposés dans la pluralité d'évidements ; - chaque premier pan présente également une surface réfléchissante ; et - le panneau s'étend sensiblement verticalement, les premiers pans étant inclinés vers le bas et les deuxième pans étant inclines vers le haut. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre d'un mode de réalisation, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif en regard des dessins joints. Sur les dessins : la figure 1 repr-ésente une vue en perspective du présentoir conforme à l'invention, et la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe partielle du profil du présentoir représenté sur la figure 1. Sur les deux figures, les mêmes références désignent des éléments identiques ou similaires. La figure 1 représente un présentoir 1 sur lequel est destiné à être rapporte plusieurs articles 10 pouvant notamment être formés par des produits cosmétiques, des parfums ou autres . Ce présentoir 1 se présente sous la forme d'un panneau vertical qui s'étend verticalement entre une extrémité supérieure 2 et une extrémité inférieure 3 destinée à prendre directement appui sur le sol ou sur un socle quelconque . Le présentoir 1 présente également une face arrière 4 et une face avant 5 qui sont délimitées par deux bords latéraux 6. La face avant 5 du panneau vertical 1 présente, d'une part, une pluralité de premiers pans 7 qui peuvent être inclinés vers le bas ou à l'horizontale en formant ainsi un angle de 90° par rapport à la face arrière 4 du panneau vertical, et d'autre part, une pluralité de deuxièmes pans 8 qui peuvent être inclinés vers le haut ou alors être disposés à l'horizonta-le. Dans l'exemple considéré ici, les premiers et deuxièmes pans 7 et 8 s'étendent sur toute la largeur du présentoir. Néanmoins, il est également envisageable que lesdits premiers et deuxièmes pans 7 et 8 s'étendent uniquement sur une portion de la largeur du présentoir. Chaque pan incliné vers le bas 7 est directement interposé entre deux pans incl±nés vers le haut 8, et chaque pan incliné vers le bas 8 est directement interposé entre deux pans inclinés vers le bas 7. Chaque pan 7 forme avec le pan 8 qui lui est directement supérieur un angle qui est strictement inférieur à 180° et généralement compris entre 90° et 30°. Ainsi, les pans inclinés vers le bas 7 et les pans inclinés vers le haut 8 forment sur la face avant 5 du panneau vertical X une pluralité de dièdres saillants et rentrants définissant ainsi un relief sensiblement en forme de crête. Dans l'exemple considéré ici, chaque premier pan 7 forme le prolongement d'un deuxième pan 8. Néanmoins, on peut également prévoir qu'un pan vertical puisse être disposé entre des premier et deuxième pans 7, 8 disposés en regard. Comme on peut le voir plus en détail sur la figure 2, les pans 7 sont destinés à recevoir les articles 10 devant être présentés à la clientèle. A cet effet, chaque pan 7 incliné vers le bas ou à l'horizontale peut être pourvu d'une pluralité d' évidements 71 de manière à recevoir et à maintenir les articles qui y seront disposés. Par ailleurs, comme représenté sur la figure 2, chaque pan 7 peut être pourvu d'une plaque --> réalisée par exemple à partir de matière plastique transparente dont l'une des extrémités 9a est rapportée de manière pivotante sur la portion supérieure de chaque pan 7. Cette plaque transparente 9 peut pivoter entre une position ouverte permettant de placer un article dans l'évidement 71 correspondant ou de le retirer de cet évidement 71, et une position fermée permettant de recouvrir l'ensemble des articles disposés sur un même pan 7 tout en permettant leur visualisation. Par ailleurs, chaque deixxième pan 8 incliné vers le haut ou à l'horizontale et qui est disposé directement en regard d'un premier pan 7, est pourvu d'une surface réfléchissante 8a. La surface réfléchissante 8a d'un deuxième pan 8 déterminé permet ainsi à une personne disposée en face de la face avant 5 du panneau vertical d'observer directement l'image ou le reflet des articles rapportés sur le premier pan "7 directement inférieur et adjacent . Cette surface réfléchissante 8a peut être formée par un revêtement tel que de 1 ' acier inoxydable ou tout autre revêtement réfléchissant rapporté sur chaque deuxième pan 8. Cette surface réflëchissa-nte 8a peut être également formée par un miroir s 'étendant sur l'ensemble de la surface de chaque deuxième pan 8. Par ailleurs, les premiers pans 7 peuvent également être partiellement pourvus d'une surface réfléchissante. La face avant 5 du panneau vertical peut également être partiellement pourvue de premiers et deuxièmes pans 7 et 8, par exemple sur la portion supérieure en laissant ainsi la portion inférieure sous la forme d'une surface plane et verticale pourvue ou non d'une surface réfléchissante. Dans l'exemple représenté sur la figure 1, la totalité de la face avant 5 du panneau vertical est pourvue de pans 7 inclinés vers le bas ou à l'horizontale et de pans 8 inclinés vers le haut ou- â l'horizontale. Il est également possible que les premiers et deuxièmes pans 7 et 8 soient disposés verticalement de telle sorte que bords latéraux 6 forment les extrémités supérieure et inférieure du panneau vertical 1.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Présentoir d'articles tels que des produits cosmétiques, caractérisé en c& qu'il comprend un panneau vertical (1) qui présente une frace arrière (4) et une face avant (5) formée au moins en partie par une pluralité de premiers pans (7) et une pluralité de deuxièmes pans (8) inclinés par rapport aux premiers pans (7) , les premiers et deuxièmes pans (7, 8) étant réallisés d'une seule pièce avec le panneau (1) , en ce que cliaque premier pan (7) est interposé entre deux deuxièmes pans (8) et chaque deuxième pan (8) est interposé entre deux premiers pans (7) en définissant ainsi un relief sensiblement en forme de crête, et en ce que les premiers pans (7) sont adaptés pour recevoir lesdits articles (10), et au moins l'un des deuxièmes pans (8) disposé en regard de l'un des premiers pans présente une surface réfléchissante (8a) de telle sorte qu'une personne placée en face du panneau (1) observe soit directement lesdits articles soit indirectement sur le deuxième pan (8) précité l'image desdits articles rapportés sur le premier pan (7) disposé en regard.
2. Présentoir selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les deuxièmes pans (8) présentent chacun une surface réfléchissante (8a) .
3. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les premiers et deuxièmes pans (7,8) s'étendent sur toute la largeur de la face avant (5) du panneau (1) .
4. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque surface réfléchissante (8a) est formée par un miroir plan directement rapporté sur le deuxième pan (8) correspondant.
5. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque premier pan (7) comprend une pluralité d' évicléments (71) dans lesquels sont destinés à être disposés les articles.
6. Présentoir selon la revendication 5, dans lequel une plaque transparente (9) est rapportée de manière pivotante sur cha-que premier pan (7) pour permettre de recouvrir les articles disposés dans la pluralité d'évidéments (71) 7. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque premier pan (7) présente également une surface réfléchissante. 8. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le panneau (1) s'étend sensiblement verticalement, les premiers pans (7) étant inclinés vers le bas et les deuxième pans (8) étant inclinés vers le haut.
