Bei diesem Verfahren wird vorzugsweise ein thermoplastischer Kunststoff, insbesondere Polyolefin oder Polyamid, in plastischem oder flüssigem Zustand einem Spalt zwischen einem Druckwerkzeug und einem Formwerkzeug zugeführt, wobei als formgebendes Element am Formwerkzeug ein durchgehende Hohlräume aufweisendes Sieb verwendet wird und die Verhakungselemente dadurch gebildet werden, dass der thermoplastische Kunststoff in den Hohlräumen des Siebes zumindest teilweise erhärtet. Auf diese Weise wird ein sog. Mikrohaftverschluß mit 200 bis 400 Verhakungselementen pro cm2 gebildet. Anstelle der hierbei geformten pilzartigen Verhakungselemente kann auch ein Trägerband in Form eines textilen Materials vorgesehen sein, bei dem die Verhakungselemente durch ein beispielsweise mit dem textilen Trägerband einstückiges Schlaufenmaterial gebildet sind. Dergestalt entsteht eine Art Brettmuster und an den Verbindungsstellen zwischen Längsreihen 48 und Querreihen 50 ist jeweils ein Einzelstäbchen 38 angeordnet. Insoweit macht die Fig.4 deutlich, dass die Abstände zwischen den benachbarten Einzelstäbchen 38 von einer Längsreihe 48 und einer zuordenbaren Querreihe 50 im wesentlichen gleich sind. Die Abstände der benachbart gegenüberliegenden Einzelstäbchen betragen dabei 400 bis 700 µm, vorzugsweise etwa 600 µm. Der Durchmesser des Mittelteils 40 beträgt etwa 200 µm, wobei die Größenverhältnisse mit dem Maßstab X verdeutlicht werden, der in der Fig.3 links oben ein Längenverhältnis von etwa 200 µm wiedergibt. Claims (11)

  1. An adhesive fastener component having a support tape (10) with hook elements (12) disposed on one side of the latter, and having at least one covering tape (20) which forms at least one free lateral edge region (21) which extends over the assignable longitudinal edge (33) of the support tape (10), it being possible to fold the respective free lateral edge region (21) of the respective covering tape (2) back on itself towards the support tape (10) along a fold line (29) extending in the longitudinal direction such that the end edge (31) of the respective free lateral edge region (21) of the covering tape (20) faces towards the assignable longitudinal edge (33) of the support tape (10), connection means (36) for a moulding foam being provided on the side of the adhesive fastener component facing away from the hook elements (12), characterised in that the connection means (36) is formed from a plurality of protruding individual rods (38) which implement the adhesion of the moulding foam free from any additional projections.
  2. The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 1, characterised in that each individual rod (38) has a cylindrical centre portion (40) which on the head side passes into a convexly formed head portion (42) and on the foot side opens out via a concavely formed foot portion (44) into a tape-type support part (46) and is connected to the latter in one piece such as to form the connection means (36).
  3. The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 2, characterised in that the individual rods (38) are disposed in longitudinal (48) and lateral rows (50) and that the distances between the adjacent individual rods (38) of a longitudinal (48) and a lateral row (50) are equal.
  4. The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 2 or 3, characterised in that each individual rod (38) has a height of approximately 200 to 600 µm, and preferably of approximately 400 µm, and a diameter of approximately 200 to 250 µm.
  5. The adhesive fastener component according to any of Claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the tape-type support part (46) is itself the support tape (10) or can be connected to the support tape (10) or the covering tape (20).
  6. The adhesive fastener component according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the respective free lateral edge region (21) is part of a covering tape (20) which is wider than the support tape (10) and which extends along the rear side of the latter.
  7. The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 6, characterised in that the covering tape (20) is disposed between the connection means (36) and the support tape (10).
  8. The adhesive fastener component according to any of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the part of the respective free lateral edge region (21) which can be folded back has a height which is greater than the height of the hook elements (12).
  9. The adhesive fastener component according to any of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it has ferromagnetic properties and a metal wire (16) which is embedded as a stiffener profile into a layer of adhesive which holds the support tape (10) and the covering tape (20) together.
  10. The adhesive fastener component according to any of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that in order to improve the adhesion of the moulding foam to the individual rods (38) the latter have at least partially a coating.
  11. The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 10, characterised in that the coating can be applied by means of a plasma or corona process or by a gas fluorination process.
