Abstract
Description

Haftverschlußteile dieser Art, bei denen sich an der Verhakungs- oder Vorderseite des Trägerbandes eine Vielzahl von einstückig ausgebildeten Verhakungselementen in Form von Verdickungen aufweisenden Stengeln befindet, sind handelsüblich. Ein Herstellverfahren zum Herstellen des Trägerbandes solcher Haftverschlußteile ist in der
Derartige Haftverschlußteile werden vielfältig eingesetzt, beispielsweise in der Kraftfahrzeugtechnik, der Bodenverlegetechnik, für Bekleidung jedweder Art und für spezielle Anwendungen im Maschinenbau. Die Haftverschlußteile haben sich auf diesen Gebieten als eine lösbare und funktionssichere Verbindungs- und Verschlußtechnik bewährt. Sofern solche Haftverschlußteile für Flug- oder Fahrzeugsitze eingesetzt werden, dienen sie unter anderem dazu, Sitzbezüge an Schaumkörperteilen, bestehend aus einem Formschaum, zu befestigen, wobei die einen Haftverschlußteile in das Polsterschaummaterial beim Herstellen des jeweiligen Sitzes mit eingeschäumt werden und das Haftverschlußteil mit den korrespondierenden Verhakungselementen am Polsterbezugsmaterial festgelegt, insbesondere festgenäht wird. Für die Herstellung der Schaumkörperteile werden die Haftverschlußteile in sog. Aufnahmepfeifen einer Einschäumform eingelegt und durch Einbringen von Schaummaterial in die freien Querschnitte der Einschäumform, vorzugsweise von Polyurethan(PU)-Schaum, werden die Haftverschlußteile beim Einschäumvorgang an den Schaumkörperteilen befestigt. Die eingesetzten Teile stehen in der Regel über die sonstigen Wandungen in der Einschäumform vor und bilden so später im Schaumkörperteil nutartige Vertiefungen, in die der Polsterbezugsstoff mit dem anderen korrespondierenden Haftverschlußteil dann eingreift. Das Klebstoffmittel kann beispielsweise aus einem feuchtigkeitsvernetzenden PU bestehen. Das Klebstoffmittel 18 deckt vollständig die eine Seite des Trägerbandes 10 ab und ist mit diesem fest verbunden. Die Durchmesserverhältnisse sind dabei derart gewählt, dass die Dicke des Klebstoffmittels 18 der Dicke des Drahtes 16 entspricht. Es wäre aber auch denkbar, dass das Klebstoffmittel 18 von seiner Dicke her den Draht 16 mit seinem vorgegebenen Durchmesser nur teilweise aufnimmt.The

- The adhesive fastener component according to Claim 2 or 3, characterised in that each individual rod (38) has a height of approximately 200 to 600 µm, and preferably of approximately 400 µm, and a diameter of approximately 200 to 250 µm.
