Abstract
Pipettiervorrichtung mit einer Verdrängungskammer, einer die Verdrängungskammer begrenzenden, flexiblen Membran, einer den Randbereich der Membran bedeckenden Blendeneinrichtung mit mindestens einer einstellbaren Blendenöffnung, durch die der Zentralbereich der Membran hindurch verformbar ist, einer Antriebseinrichtung zum Verformen der Membran, einer Kopplungseinrichtung zwischen der Antriebseinrichtung und der Membran zum Koppeln der Antriebseinrichtung mit der Membran, einer Einrichtung zum lösbaren Halten einer Pipettenspitze und einem Verbindungskanal zwischen der Verdrängungskammer und der Einrichtung zum lösbaren Halten der Pipettenspitze. A pipetting device comprising a displacement chamber, a flexible membrane delimiting the displacement chamber, an aperture device covering the edge region of the membrane with at least one adjustable aperture through which the central region of the membrane is deformable, a drive device for deforming the membrane, a coupling device between the drive device and the A membrane for coupling the driver to the membrane, means for releasably holding a pipette tip, and a communication channel between the displacement chamber and the means for releasably holding the pipette tip.
