Claims (21)

  1. Electric domestic appliance, particularly dishwashing machine, with a door (95) and a door lock (101) for the door (95), with: a frame (10) with an opening (36) for a hook (38), a closing element (12), such as a closing lever (12), in the frame (10), a closing spring (10) which is arranged between the closing element (12) and a counterbearing (18) in the frame (10), wherein the closing element (12) is connected with a gripping device (20), characterised in that the movement of the closing element (12) is blocked by a pin (70) or slide, which is movable between two positions, in a first position for activation of a child-proof lock and the movement of the closing element (12) is not blocked in a second position of the pin (70) for deactivation of the child-proof lock.
  2. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the movable pin (70) in the first position with activated child-proof lock is inserted into a recess (71) of the closing lever (12) or rests on the edge of the closing lever (12) and the movement of the closing lever (12) is thereby blocked in shape-locking manner.
  3. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a locking head (74) is arranged at the movable pin (70) and in the first position of the pin (70), with activated child-proof lock is introduced into a recess (73) of a part of the door (95), for example a side wall (72) of the frame (10) or a control panel, so that through a shape-locking connection between the locking head (74) and the boundary of the recess (73) the forces applied to the pin (70) are predominantly transmissible to the boundary of the recess (73).

Electric domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the movable pin (70) in the second position with deactivated child-proof lock is arranged outside the recess (71) or the edge of the closing lever (12) and thereby the movement of the closing element (12) is not blocked.
  5. Electric domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pin (70) is movable preferably in a movement direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the closing element (12) and the pin (7'0) has a conical form with increasing diameter beginning at the free end of the pin (70), so that in the case of very high forces at the closing element (12) the pin (70) by virtue of a small angle of inclination, for example 20°, between the circumferential surface of the pin (70) and the support surface at the pin (70), for example the boundary surface of the recess (71), is movable into the second position by normal forces, which result therefrom, in the pin (70).
  6. Electric domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the closing spring (16) is stressed in an open setting of the door lock (101), the gripping device (20) in the open setting of the door lock (101) is urged by the closing spring (16) at a contact point (28) against a part (26) of the frame (10) or in the frame and thus prevents relaxation of the spring, the gripping device (20) has a gripping latch (34) into which the hook (38) is introducible on entry through the opening (36) of the frame and which has a contact surface (42) against which the entering hook (38) presses and in that case causes a movement of the gripping device (20) and the gripping device is so shaped that on movement of the hook (38) it loses contact with the contact point and the closing spring (16) can thereby relax.
  7. Electric domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pin (70) is fastened to a pivot shaft (76) by way of a pivot lever (75) so that a rotational movement from the first position to the second position and conversely can be executed by the pin (70).
  8. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 7, characterised in that a restoring moment can be exerted on the pivot shaft (76) by a restoring lever (80), which is connected with the pivot shaft (76), and a spring (81) on the pivot shaft (76) so that the pin (70) can be urged into the first position for activating the child-proof lock.
  9. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that a preferably rectangular plate (86) of plastics material with a detent lug (87) and a boundary lug (88) is formed at a setting lever (82) connected with the pivot shaft (76), wherein due to the thickness of the plate (86) the plate is resiliently deformable already on application of small forces.
  10. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 8, characterised in that the setting lever (82) beginning with the free end partly projects beyond a slot-shaped cut-out in a grip shell (93) into a handle of the door (95) so that through a movement of the setting lever (82) the pin (70) is movable from the first position to the second position for activation and deactivation of the child-proof lock, wherein the movement direction of the setting lever (82) in the handle is preferably lateral and horizontal.
  11. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 10, characterised in that the setting lever (82) is releasably fixable in the second position of the pin (70) for continuous deactivation of the child-proof lock in that the setting lever (82) rests on a planar region, for example the control panel shell, by a boundary strip and the movement of the setting lever (82) to the first position can be blocked by the detent lug (87) at the boundary strip.
  12. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 11, characterised in that for activation of the child-proof lock the detent lug (87) can be raised above the boundary strip by a pointed object via a small cut-out in the grip shell (93) of the handle so that due to the force of the spring (81) the setting lever (82) is movable into the first position and for continuous deactivation of the child-proof lock the detent lug (87) is raisable above the boundary strip by a pointed object with simultaneous actuation of the setting lever (82) in the handle.
  13. Electric domestic appliance according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the pin (70) is arranged at an actuating slide (90) in a slide housing (91) and the pin (70) is movable, by a translational movement of the actuating slide (90) in the slide housing (91), between the first position and the second position and conversely, preferably between two abutment points.
  14. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 13, characterised in that an actuating lever (19), by way of which a slot in the grip shell (93) of the handle projects into this and thereby the actuating slide (90) is movable from the handle by the actuating lever (92) between the first and second position, is formed at the actuating slide (90), wherein the actuating slide (90) can be urged into the first position by a spring.
  15. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 14, characterised in that a detent lug (94) is formed at the actuating slide (90), which detent lug in the second position of the actuating slide (90) detents in a recess of the slide housing (91) and preferably either the displacement of the actuating slide (90) from the second position to the first position can be executed only by the actuating lever (92) or additionally the detent lug (94) has to be pressed in by a pointed object via a recess at the grip shell (93) of the handle.

Electric domestic appliance according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the movement of the pin (70) from the first to the second position and conversely for activation and deactivation of the child-proof lock is adjustable from the upper side (96) of the door (95) by an actuating element (97).
  17. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 16, characterised in that the actuating element (97), for example a lever, a plate-shaped disc or a part actuable by a screwdriver, is arranged fixedly or removably at the upper side (96).
  18. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 17, characterised in that the actuating element (97) is connected with an actuating shaft (98), at which a cam 30 (99) is formed, and the pivot lever (75) with pin (70) is movable by the cam (99) at the actuating shaft (98) from the first to the second position and conversely.
  19. Electric domestic appliance according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the movement of the pin (70) from the first to the second position and conversely for activation and deactivation of the child-proof lock can be carried out by a preferably electric actuator, for example a wax expansion element, a bimetallic part, an electromagnet or an inserted/withdrawn memory part.
  20. Electric domestic appliance according to claim 19, characterised in that the control of the actuator can be carried out by an electric, electronic or mechanical control with a specific drive control logic system, wherein, for example, the child-proof lock is continuously activated, is activated only during operation or for deactivation of the child-proof lock a defined button or button combination has to be pressed.
