Description

Beschreibungdescription
Geschirrspülmaschine mit einer UmwälzpumpeDishwasher with a circulation pump
The invention relates to a dishwasher with a circulating pump and at least one spray system provided in the washing compartment with at least two groups of spray nozzles on a rotatably mounted nozzle arm, wherein the groups of spray nozzles are each independently controllable by flowing liquid.
Sufficient spray systems for dishwashers are known from the prior art, which have nozzle arms with channels arranged separately from one another, the corresponding channels being equipped with nozzle outlets. The nozzles associated with a channel are also referred to as a group of spray nozzles. For example, DE 38 16 408 discloses a spray nozzle system which has a nozzle arm on which different groups of spray nozzles are arranged, each of which can be supplied with irrigation fluid independently of one another by means of a freely selectable reversing device. In this way, the jet effect or the direction of rotation of the nozzle arm can be influenced. The control takes place here in a freely selectable sequence on the reversing device, which is in accordance with the different groups via separate supply lines in combination. Another embodiment for the control of groups of spray nozzles is known from DE 696 18 563, wherein here the control of the individual groups in the nozzle arm is also done via a freely selectable reversing device, but according to the method described there, two pumps are provided for feeding which are operated independently of each other to also feed the first distributor and the second distributor via separate lines.
In this known in the prior art control of arranged on a nozzle arm spray nozzle groups, it is considered disadvantageous that the known embodiments only allow the control of the individual groups only via separate supply lines with additional pumps or freely selectable reversing devices.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a cheap and simple switching device with which the flow path can be unlocked to one or the other group of spray nozzles.
The object of the invention is solved by the features of claim 1, wherein developments of the invention are reproduced by the dependent claims. By arranging a provided in the region of the nozzle arm means which randomly either randomly releases either one or the other group of spray nozzles on a nozzle arm for the rinsing liquid, it is achieved that subsections of the spray arm are supplied with rinsing liquid following the random principle. The available volume flow is thus passed through a small number of nozzles, which has an increase in the spray jet height at the individual nozzles result. In addition, less water is circulated through the distribution of the volume flow, whereby water is saved. The means which arbitrarily influences the volume flow of the rinsing liquid is arranged in an advantageous manner in the axis of rotation of the nozzle arm and here in the feed channel of the rinsing liquid. Due to this design is achieved that no additional supply paths and means for feeding the individual groups of spray nozzles are required. In addition, such a design lacks a reversing device and the accommodation of additional pumps in the housing.
The means as such, either by the pressure of the rinsing liquid and / or the rotation of the nozzle arm takes different layers to release the one or other group of spray nozzles. In this case, the means advantageously comprises a ball which is arranged in a chamber-like cage through which flushing fluid flows. With the chamber-like cage act - in each case separately - the groups of spray nozzles together, so that the volume flow is guided either over the left or the right side of the chamber. The chamber-like cage has a depression in the center, wherein a first and a second limited translatory guide track for the ball adjoin the depression on both sides. Thus, there is the possibility that in each case the first guideway communicates with the one group of spray nozzles, the second guideway communicating with the other group of spray nozzles. Due to the arbitrary position of the ball in each case the channel is released on the opposite side, so that the volume flow reaches the subregion of the arm. For reasons of equilibrium, the subregions are designed in such a way that either the inner or the outer region is flowed through.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird an Hand der nachstehenden Figuren 1 bis 3 näher erläutert, dabei zeigen:The alternating flushing between the upper / lower level and the middle level results in a regular purging break in the middle flushing room, in which no volume flow is available. The ball then runs back into the slightly lowered recess of the chamber-like cage. When switching the flush level, the ball then again has the opportunity to be pressed into one of the two sides, in order to block in this way again one or the other group of spray nozzles, so that over the course of the program, an interaction between the two groups of spray nozzles. An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures 1 to 3, in which:
Figur 1 : eine Draufsicht auf einen Düsenarm in der Neutralstellung der Kugel,FIG. 1 is a plan view of a nozzle arm in the neutral position of the ball;
Figur 2: eine Draufsicht auf den Düsenarm, wobei die Kugel in einer ersten sperrenden Lage angeordnet ist undFigure 2 is a plan view of the nozzle arm, wherein the ball is arranged in a first locking position and
Figure 3: a further plan view of the nozzle arm, in which case the ball is arranged in a second blocking position.
Figures 1 to 3 show in isolation in plan view each have a nozzle arm 1, on which two groups 2 and 3 of spray nozzles 4 and 5 are arranged.
In this case, the groups 2 and 3 are controlled by spray nozzles 4 and 5, each independently of each other by flowing through rinsing liquid. As can be seen from the synopsis of Figures 1 to 3, a means 6 is provided in the region of the nozzle arm 1, which independently of control either randomly either one group 2 Figure 2 or the other group 3 Figure 3 of spray nozzles 4 and 5 at the Nozzle arm 1 for the rinsing liquid releases. As can be seen from Figures 2 and 3, in this case the in each case with respect to the position of the means 6 marked with arrows nozzles are released.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the means 6 is arranged in the axis of rotation 7 of the nozzle barrel 1. The means 6 lies in the supply channel of the rinsing liquid, which is also held in the axis of rotation 7 of the nozzle arm 1.
From the synopsis of Figures 1 to 3, in particular also with respect to the arrow 8, which represents the direction of movement of the means 6, it can now be seen that the means 6 occupies different positions, the corresponding end position by the pressure of the rinsing liquid and / or the rotation of the nozzle arm 1 is effected to release one or the other group 2, 3 of spray nozzles 4, 5. Thus, FIG. 2 shows the release of the inner nozzle group 2, FIG. 3 representing the release of the outer nozzle group 3. If no rinsing liquid is conveyed by means of the circulating pump into the spray system and the nozzle arm 1 is stationary, the means 6 is located centrally in the axis of rotation 7, shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 3, the means 6 preferably comprises a ball 9, which is held in a chamber-like cage 10 through which flushing fluid flows. As can be seen from the top view, the groups 2 and 3 of spray nozzles 4 and 5 interact with the chamber-like cage 10, each separated from each other. In this case, a not-shown recess is provided in the axis of rotation 7 of the nozzle arm 1 in the chamber-like cage 10, wherein in each case on both sides to recess a first and a second limited translational guide track 11 and 12 is arranged for the ball 9. It It will now be seen from Figures 2 and 3 that the first guideway 11 communicates with one group 2 of spray nozzles 4, the second guideway 12 communicating with the other group 3 of spray nozzles 5.
As explained in more detail above, this results in an arbitrary control mechanism, which in particular can escape the rinsing liquid jets emerging from the two groups 2, 3 with a particular intensity, so that a mutual cleaning of the dishes is carried out. This also due to the fact that the webs of spray jets change.
