Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés de réduction de la tendance au boulochage de surface et d'amélioration de la résistance à l'abrasion de tissus susceptibles de boulocher, comportant les étapes suivantes: se procurer un tissu boulochable comportant des fibrilles saillant de ses surfaces; placer le tissu sur un support; et soumettre le tissu à un processus d'hydroliage lui conférant une énergie d'au moins 4000 à 5000 KJoules/Kg sous des pression de 200 bar ou plus. On réduit ainsi la présence des fibrilles à la surface du tissu à moins d'environ 20 % après 5000 cycles d'abrasion sur une machine Martindale en suivant la norme d'essai ASTM D4970, alors que la masse restante est d'au moins environ 80 % à 90 % après 50 000 cycles d'abrasion sur une machine Martindale en suivant la norme d'essai ASTM D4966.
