Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Überwachung von Personen, die einer ständigen Betreuung bedürfen. Mit ihrer Hilfe sollen beispielsweise geistig verwirrte Menschen, welche in Heimen für ein betreutes Wohnen untergebracht sind, sich möglichst nicht unbemerkt aus diesem geschützten Bereich entfernen, aber jedenfalls schnell wieder einer angemessenen Betreuung zugeführt werden können. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, derartige Personen mit einer von ihnen zu tragenden, nicht selbständig abzulegenden oder zu deaktivierenden Vorrichtung auszustatten, welche im Falle eines Entfernens der Person aus dem Betreuungsbereich automatisch eine zur Hilfeleistung befähigte Stelle alarmiert. Das Verlassen des Betreuungsbereichs wird mittels einer Ortserfassungseinheit der genannten Vorrichtung festgestellt. Erfindungsgemäß werden, im Falle des Verlassen Betreuungsbereichs, die Vitalwerte der Person festgestellt und in Abhängigkeit der festgestellten Vitalwerte über ein Mobilfunknetz eine Verbindung zu einer von mehreren zur Hilfe befähigter Stellen aufgebaut und an diese Informationen zu den Vitalwerten und zum Aufenthaltsort der betroffenen Person übermittelt.The invention relates to a method for monitoring persons who require constant care. With their help, for example, mentally disturbed people, who are housed in homes for assisted living, should not go unnoticed out of this protected area, but at least be quickly returned to a proper care. For this purpose, it is proposed to provide such persons with a device to be carried by them, not to be deposited or deactivated independently, which automatically alerts a person capable of assisting in the event of removal of the person from the area of care. Leaving the care area is determined by means of a location detection unit of said device. According to the invention, in the case of leaving the care area, the vital signs of the person found and established depending on the detected vital signs via a mobile network connection to one of several competent to help bodies and transmitted to this information on the vital signs and the whereabouts of the person concerned.
