Claims (12)
- Un pistolet (10) de distribution de carburant gazeux comprenant une poignée (11), un corps (14) associé à la poignée (11) et ayant une chambre (15) destinée à recevoir le carburant,
une tête (16) de distribution du carburant associée au corps (14) et communiquant avec la chambre (15),
la tête (16) étant destinée à s'accoupler avec un goulot (17) de remplissage du carburant dans un réservoir,
des moyens d'accouplement (19) pour maintenir la tête (16) en position sur le goulot de remplissage (17) pendant la distribution du carburant,
des moyens obturateurs (19a) associés à la tête (16) pour permettre ou empêcher la distribution de carburant,
un manchon (13) mobile par rapport au corps (14) pour actionner les moyens d'accouplement (19), le manchon (13) étant mobile dans une direction « D » entre une première position non opérationnelle dans laquelle la distribution de carburant est inhibée et la tête (16) est dégagée du goulot de remplissage (17), et une deuxième position opérationnelle dans laquelle la tête (16) est accouplée avec le goulot de remplissage (17) et la distribution de carburant est habilitée,
un levier (18), qui peut être actionné par un opérateur, associé au manchon (13) pour déplacer ce dernier entre les deux positions, non opérationnelle et opérationnelle, des moyens à came (20) situés entre le levier (18) et le manchon (13) et destinés à transmettre le mouvement entre ledit levier (18) et ledit manchon (13),
le pistolet de distribution étant caractérisé en ce que le manchon (13), dans sa position opérationnelle, est plus près de la poignée (11) qu'il ne l'est dans sa position non opérationnelle. - Le pistolet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens à came (20) déterminent un rapport de transmission variable entre le levier (18) et le manchon (13).
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens à came (20) situés entre le levier (18) et le manchon (13) déterminent un rapport de transmission variable croissant, de sorte qu'un mouvement prédéterminé du levier (18) détermine un mouvement correspondant plus réduit du manchon (13).
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens à came (20) situés entre le levier (18) et le manchon (13) déterminent une transmission avec un rapport de 1:1 environ jusqu'à un rapport de 1:0,3 environ.
- Le pistolet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier (18) est articulé sur le corps (14), les moyens à came (20) comprennent au moins une surface (21) à profil de came située sur le manchon (13) ou sur le levier (18) et un suiveur de came (22) solidaire du levier (18) ou du manchon (13).
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le suiveur de came (22) est réalisé avec au moins un galet (23) ou avec des moyens antifriction, par exemple des patins réalisés dans un matériau antifriction comme le polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE) ou des résines à l'acétal.
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface (21) est inclinée de 72 degrés par rapport à la direction « D » de déplacement du manchon (13).
- Le pistolet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier (18) a un bras (25) qui agit sur le manchon (13), ledit bras (25) étant incliné d'un angle (A) de 40 degrés environ par rapport à la direction « D », quand le manchon (13) est dans la première position non opérationnelle dans laquelle la distribution de carburant est inhibée.
- Le pistolet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier (18) a un bras (25) qui agit sur le manchon (13), ledit bras (25) étant incliné d'un angle (A) de 2 degrés environ par rapport à la direction « D » ou ledit bras (25) étant parallèle à la direction « D », quand le manchon (13) est dans la deuxième position opérationnelle dans laquelle la distribution de carburant est habilitée.
- Le pistolet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de blocage (50) destinés à stabiliser le levier (18) quand le manchon (13) est dans la position opérationnelle dans laquelle la distribution de carburant est habilitée.
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (50) sont automatiquement activés quand le levier (18) a déplacé le manchon (13) dans la position opérationnelle dans laquelle la distribution est habilitée.
- Le pistolet selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (50) comprennent une goupille de retenue (51) introduite dans le levier (18) et passant transversalement à travers un trou pratiqué dans ce dernier, un balancier (52) pivotant en un point intermédiaire sur un pivot (53) et ayant, à une extrémité, une dent d'accouplement (54) destinée à venir en prise avec la goupille (51), la dent (54) ayant un profil chanfreiné ou arrondi au niveau de la goupille (51) de manière à ce que, quand approché de cette dernière, le balancier (52) se mette automatiquement en prise pendant le mouvement du levier (18).
