Claims (18)

  1. Une boîte en carton (10) pour être utilisée avec des caisses ayant des montants d'espacement (P1), la boîte en carton (10) comprenant une série de parois verticales et ayant, au moins, une paire de languettes flexibles coopérantes (82a, 112), chaque languette flexible de la ou de chaque paire étant formée sur et articulée à l'une de ces parois verticales (78a), les languettes flexibles de la ou de chaque paire étant situées l'une sur l'autre et étant situées en alignement avec un espacement entre une paire d'articles (a) très proches l'un de l'autre contenus à l'intérieur de la boîte en carton (10), lesdites languettes flexibles (82a, 112) étant pivotées successivement vers l'intérieur de la boîte en carton (10) par un montant d'espacement de la caisse pour créer une zone en retrait que le montant d'espacement occupe alors.
  2. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1 dans laquelle au moins une languette flexible (82a) de la paire (82a, 112) est articulée à la paroi verticale (78a) à partir de laquelle elle est formée tout le long d'une ligne de pliure généralement verticale (88a).
  3. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 2 dans laquelle la ligne de pliure généralement verticale (88a) s'étend à partir d'une paroi inférieure de la boîte en carton (10).
  4. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 3, dans laquelle la paroi inférieure (36a) a une encoche tout le long d'un bord de celle-ci, dans laquelle l'encoche est alignée de façon verticale avec cette languette flexible (82a).
  5. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans laquelle ladite paire de languettes flexibles (120, 122) est formée à partir de languettes d'extrémité latérales opposées pour former un côté vertical ou une paroi d'extrémité de la boîte en carton (10).
  6. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans laquelle le bord d'extrémité libre desdites languettes flexibles (82a, 112) de ladite paire est adapté pour faire butée contre une partie en saillie dudit montant d'espacement (P1).
  7. Une boîte en carton (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans laquelle ladite une paroi verticale a une partie inférieure (20) et une partie supérieure (66), l'une desdites languettes flexibles (82a) de ladite paire étant formée dans la partie inférieure et l'autre desdites languettes flexibles (112) étant formée dans la partie supérieure (66).
  8. Une boîte en carton (10) selon la revendication 7 dans laquelle une paire additionnelle de languettes flexibles coopérantes (82d, 114) est formée dans ladite une paroi verticale, une languette flexible (82d) de ladite paire additionnelle est formée dans la partie inférieure (78d) et l'autre languette flexible (114) de ladite paire additionnelle est formée dans la partie supérieure (66), la paire additionnelle de languettes flexibles (82d, 114) étant formée tout le long de la première paire de languettes flexibles (82a, 112) de sorte que les paires de languettes flexibles coopèrent entre elles pour former la zone en retrait.
  9. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 8 dans laquelle la partie supérieure (66) de ladite une paroi verticale est séparée de la partie inférieure (78a/78d).
  10. La boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 8 comprenant une paroi verticale additionnelle opposée à ladite une paroi verticale, ladite paroi verticale additionnelle comprenant deux paires de languettes flexibles situées de sorte que les deux paires de languettes flexibles de ladite paroi verticale additionnelle coopèrent pour former une zone en retrait de sorte qu'un montant en étoile puisse être reçu dans chacun des deux côtés de la boîte en carton.
  11. La boîte en carton selon la revendication 10 dans laquelle la paroi inférieure de la boîte en carton comprend une ouverture, ladite ouverture étant façonnée de sorte qu'un montant en étoile puisse être reçu à l'intérieur de la boîte en carton.
  12. Un emballage comprenant un groupe d'articles cylindriques de dimensions similaires (a) situés côté à côté sur leur extrémité inférieure et une boîte en carton (10) située tout le long de la partie extérieure du groupe, dans lequel la boîte en carton (10) inclut une paroi verticale située tout le long de, au moins, deux articles (a) du groupe et ayant une paire de languettes flexibles coopérantes (120, 122), chaque languette flexible de la paire étant formée sur et articulée à ladite paroi verticale, les languettes flexibles étant situées l'une sur l'autre et situées en alignement avec un espacement entre lesdits au moins deux articles, lesdites languettes flexibles étant pivotées successivement vers l'intérieur de la boîte en carton (10) par un montant d'espacement de la caisse pour créer une zone en retrait que le montant d'espacement occupe alors.
  13. L'emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 12 dans lequel les bords d'extrémité libres des languettes flexibles (82a, 112) de ladite paire sont adaptés pour faire butée contre une partie en saillie dudit montant d'espacement.
  14. L'emballage tel que revendiqué dans les revendications 12 ou 13 comprenant une paroi verticale additionnelle opposée à ladite une paroi verticale, la paroi verticale additionnelle comprenant deux paires de languettes flexibles situées de sorte que les deux paires de languettes flexibles coopèrent pour former une zone en retrait de sorte qu'un montant en étoile puisse être reçu dans chacun des deux côtés de l'emballage.
  15. L'emballage selon la revendication 14 dans lequel une paroi inférieure de la boîte en carton comprend une ouverture et quatre articles cylindriques sont contenus à l'intérieur de la boîte en carton, la disposition des articles et la forme de l'ouverture étant de sorte que le montant en étoile puisse être reçu à l'intérieur de la boîte en carton entre lesdits articles.
  16. Une boîte en carton (10) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 ou un emballage tel que revendiqué dans les revendications 10 à 14 dans lequel ladite boîte en carton (10) est formée et située pour être compatible pour être utilisée à l'intérieur de caisses avec des montants en étoile.
  17. Une découpe pour former une boîte en carton (10), la découpe comprenant une série de panneaux principaux pour former les parois verticales de la boîte en carton, l'un desdits panneaux principaux comprenant une paire de languettes flexibles coopérantes (82a, 112), chaque languette flexible de la paire étant formée à partir de et articulée sur ledit un panneau principal, chaque languette flexible de la paire étant formée en alignement avec l'autre languette flexible de la paire de sorte que, lorsque la découpe est assemblée en une boîte en carton, les languettes flexibles sont situées l'une sur l'autre, lesdites languettes flexibles s'adaptant successivement pour pivoter vers l'intérieur par un montant d'espacement lorsque la découpe est assemblée en une boîte en carton (10), de sorte que la zone en retrait est formée par le montant en étoile entre deux articles à l'intérieur de laquelle le montant d'espacement d'une caisse est recevable.
  18. Une caisse étoile incluant une pluralité d'emballages, de boîtes en carton (10) ou d'emballages enveloppants tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 ou 12.
