Der Revisionsstutzen 1 kann somit in verschiedenen Drehstellungen jeweils gestuft um 90° entweder an der Oberseite oder an der Mantelseite wahlweise befestigt werden.
Beim Transport und während der Lagerung kann der Revisionsstutzen 1 als Behältnis für Anschlussteile verwendet werden, die bei der Installation des Wandeinbau-Spülkastens auf der Baustelle benötigt werden.

Claims (12)

  1. In-wall flushing cistern, having
    - a cistern body (2),
    - - in which at least one inspection opening (20) is provided,
    - - - which is joined to the outside of the wall by means of a tubular inspection port (1),
    characterized in that
    - the inspection opening (20) is square in cross-section and
    - the inspection port (1) is rectangular in cross-section, the shorter side of the rectangle being smaller than the length of a side of the inspection opening, and
    the inspection port being provided with a square flange (10) so that it entirely covers the inspection opening and can be mounted on the cistern body in different rotated positions.
  2. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inspection port (1) can be mounted on the cistern body (2) in positions each rotated through 90°.
  3. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an inspection opening (20) is provided on the cistern body (2) on the top and on the enveloping wall, so that the inspection port (1) can be mounted by means of the flange (10) in the region of one of the inspection openings (20) as desired.
  4. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flange (10) is formed integrally with the inspection port (1).
  5. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the end face of the inspection port (1) remote from the flange (10) is closed with a base (11).
  6. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inspection port (1) can be trimmed to length, for example cut to length, at the projecting end region to match the individual installation depth.
  7. In-wall flushing cistern according to claim 6, characterized in that relatively finely graduated reinforcing ribs (13) are constructed on the outer surface of the inspection port (1) in such a way that simple cutting-off between the reinforcing ribs (13) can be effected to match the necessary installation length.
  8. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that four means for mounting on the cistern body (2), equally spaced apart from one another, are provided on the flange (10).
  9. In-wall flushing cistern according to claim 8, characterized in that as each means a bore is provided in the flange, through which bore mounting on the cistern body is effected using a respective screw.
  10. In-wall flushing cistern according to claim 8, characterized in that as each means a pin (15) having a locking head (16) is provided on the flange (10), the cistern body (2) being provided with corresponding insertion bores (21) for the locking heads (16), which bores each merge radially into a relatively narrow oblong hole (22) in such a way that the four pins (15) are introduced by means of their respective locking heads (16) through the insertion bores (21) into the cistern body (2), and for locking of the inspection port (1) the latter is displaced radially, with the pins (15) in the inserted position, so that the pins (15) are received by the oblong holes (22).
  11. In-wall flushing cistern according to claim 10, characterized in that there is formed in the flange (10) an opening or a plurality of openings (12) through each of which a respective screw (3) can be introduced, which screw can be screwed into the cistern body (2) and secures the inspection port (1) in the locked position on the cistern body (2).
  12. In-wall flushing cistern according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flange (10) and the inspection port (1) are made in one piece from plastics material.
