Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to a gripping pliers with two mutually elastically bendable, consisting of a wood material gun arms, which are inclined to each other used in a head piece bending resistant.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

For gripping food a grasping forceps is known ( DE 442 855 B ), which has two mutually elastically bendable, made of a wood material pliers arms, which are inserted into a conical head piece made of metal. Due to the shape of the head piece and with a provision of a transverse pin on the open conical base results for the forceps arms when inserted into the inside hollow head on the one hand a mutually inclined course and on the other hand a rigid support in the head. A disadvantage of this gripping tongs, however, that the gun arms are comparatively easy to solve, since the gun arms rest in the head piece only on small contact surfaces. When repeated eating food this leads comparatively quickly to an increase in the bearing clearance, whereby the necessary rigid support is no longer given. In addition, the production of a conical head piece is complicated and costly, since in addition to the structurally complex shape and a transverse pin must be provided on the open conical base.

Furthermore, from the US 5054835 B a gripping tongs are known in the cutlery pieces are held together by means of a trained as a sleeve head piece. For this purpose, the cutlery parts are parallel to each other inserted into the head piece, which head piece holds the cutlery with a spring-loaded snap closure. The disadvantage of such gripping tongs that with a use of gripping tongs a decrease in the spring tension of the snap closure is to be feared, so that when grasping food loosening the cutlery from the head piece can not be excluded. In addition, with the spring-loaded snap closure a rigid support of the cutlery in the head piece is not given, which does not allow a sensitive grasping of food with the gun arms. In addition, for the head piece renewable materials, such as wood materials, can only be used with high production costs, which does not allow a cost-effective production of such tongs.

Furthermore, a grasping forceps is known ( DE 75 02 395 U ), which consists of a headboard and two cutlery pieces. Thus, a head part is shown (FIG. 9), which receives two pieces of cutlery inclined to one another in a bending-resistant manner. For this purpose, two hole-like recesses or holes are provided in the head piece, which enforce the entire head piece and then the cutlery parts are used. The disadvantage is that the force exerted by the cutlery on the head bending forces only need to be absorbed by the lateral side portions of the headpiece to the holes, which in addition to an increased cost of materials for the head piece and the head requires a greater width than the width of the gun arms. In, the ready narrow tongs are not produced with such a head piece. In addition, such rectangular recesses are made in wood-based headboards only with relatively high cost, so that such gripping tongs are not suitable for cost reasons as disposable gripping tongs.

OF THE INVENTION A grasping forceps according to the preamble of Ansprusche 1 is known WO 97/41762 A1 , The invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a gripping tongs of the type described above and a method for producing such a gripping tongs so that in addition to a reduction of. Materialaufwands for the preparation of the head piece also allows particularly slim gripping tongs.

The invention solves the problem by a gripping tongs according to claim 1, and a method according to claim 4.

With indentations in the front part of the gripper and on the inside of the pliers arms, the food to be gripped can be improved. Carries the gripping pliers on the gun arms each one of the inside of the gun arms outgoing and falling in the direction of the forceps jaw ramp, so adjoining food can be separated from each other easier as well as food with a pushing the forceps arms under the food can be better understood.

The inventive provision of grooves in the head piece, the gripper tongs can be made particularly easy and inexpensive from a wood material. Thus, only in a first step, an elastically bendable wooden plate in each one of the two V-shaped tapered grooves of a wooden profile strip used and undetachably connected. What can be separated in a further step, at least one grasping forceps, with a corresponding to the width of the forceps arms, transverse to the profile strip led separating cut.

Weg zur Ausführung der ErfindungWay to carry out the invention

The illustrated Ausführungsbeispief a gripping tongs 1 (according to the invention) Fig. 1, Fig. 2 ) has two mutually elastically bendable, consisting of a wood material gun arms 2 and a wooden head piece 3. The pliers arms 2 are mutually inclined running in a respective groove of the head piece 3 used rigid. The grooves of the wooden head 3 are for this purpose tapered V ( Fig. 2 ) And separated from each other, so that a web for sufficient strength in the head piece 3 is formed. In order to prevent displacement of the gun arms 2 in the respective groove, the gun arms 2 are permanently connected to the head piece 3, for example via a wood adhesive. The gripping tongs 1 has in the open front part on the inside of the gun arms notches 4 and also carries one of the inside of the gun arms 2 outgoing and sloping towards the forceps jaw ramp 5, so as to improve the gripping of food. In addition, the head piece 3 has the same width as the forceps arms 2, so that the gripping tongs 1 is particularly comfortable in iber handling. Since the Kopfistück 3 is made of a wood material, the head piece 3 can be advantageously separated from a profile strip, are milled into the two grooves. The pliers arms 2 must then be used only in the head piece 3. But especially simple and inexpensive is the production of gripper tongs 1 by a method in which wood panels have already been used in the head piece 3 before the separation cut, since thereby the individual manufacturing of the gun arms 2 and the insertion of the respective two gun arms 2 in the head piece. 3 can be avoided.
