Abstract

The invention discloses a fan assembly comprising a rotatably mounted cross flow fan for blowing air in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cross flow fan, blowing members associated with the cross flow fan operable to blow air in an axial direction towards each end of the cross flow fan.
