  4. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the plate like sealing elements (17, 18) of adjacent transmission elements (12) are contiguous to each other.
  5. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that between the sealing elements (19, 20) of adjacent transmission elements (12) there are provided stationary plate or strip like sealing elements (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27).
  6. Shaft drive according to claim 5, characterized in that stationary sealing elements (21, 22, 25, 27) are provided in a zone where the plate like sealing elements (19, 20) of the adjacent transmission elements (12) overlap.
  7. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that stationary sealing elements (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27) are provided spaced apart in longitudinal direction of the linear guides (13, 14).
  8. Shaft drive according to claim 1, characterized in that the end portions of the transmission elements (12) that can be moved out of the linear guides (13, 14) are tightened by means of bellow like sealing elements (31) towards the interior of the housing (10, 16).
  9. Shaft drive according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (10, 16) is closed by a cap (33) near the ends of the linear guides (13, 14), which cap is provided with passageways (34) for the transmission elements (12"), which passageways are provided with sealing elements (35).
  10. Shaft drive according to claim 9, characterized in that the transmission elements (12") have rounded sides (36) at least in those portions they use to pass through the passageways (34).
  11. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that sealing elements are provided within the linear guides (13, 14).
  12. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that sealing strips are provided within the linear guides (13, 14).
  13. Shaft drive according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the transmission elements (12a) are surrounded by a circumferential sealing element (38).
