Claims (28)

  1. Système pour la fixation d'afficheurs d'informations électroniques (8) sur un rayonnage, comprenant une moulure profilée (1) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend sur toute la longueur du rayonnage ou une section de rayonnage et qui a une partie de montage (2) adaptée pour permettre le montage de la moulure profilée sur le bord avant du rayonnage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la moulure profilée a une partie de support (3) destinée à pouvoir supporter plusieurs petits dispositifs de retenue d'afficheur (4), chaque dispositif de retenue d'afficheur comprenant une partie de fixation (4') pour fixer le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur à diverses positions au choix le long de la moulure profilée et une partie de retenue (4") pour retenir un afficheur d'informations électroniques,
    la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée et la partie de fixation (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur ont des organes coopérants (5, 6, 7, 7', 9, 9', 10, 11, 11') destinés à la fixation par emboîtement de la partie de fixation (4") à la partie de support (3),
    la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) est agencée de manière à être articulée à la partie de fixation (4') le long d'une charnière (13) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend essentiellement parallèlement à la moulure profilée (1) afin de permettre la rotation de la partie de retenue autour de la charnière et

Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle (20) peut être fixé entre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) et la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) afin d'empêcher la rotation de la partie de retenue en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur et la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  3. Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle comprend une partie d'un couvercle qui peut être fixé à la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur ou à un afficheur (8) reçu dans la partie de retenue, laquelle partie du couvercle empêche la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  4. Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle comprend une partie d'un insert, qui peut être reçu dans la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur, laquelle partie de l'insert empêche la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  5. Système selon la revendication 1, comprenant des moyens qui sont conçus pour empêcher un afficheur (8) dans le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) d'être retiré du rayonnage sans l'aide d'un outil.
  6. Système selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les organes coopérants (5, 6, 7, 7', 9, 9', 10, 11, 11') destinés à la fixation par emboîtement de la partie de fixation (4") à la partie de support (3) sont conçus pour empêcher le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) d'être séparé de la moulure profilée (1) sans l'aide d'un outil.
  7. Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) a une face bombée vers l'avant (5), une partie inférieure arrondie (6) et une extension supérieure en forme d'écran (7), et la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a une partie supérieure (9) agencée pour pouvoir s'étendre en dessous de l'extension en forme d'écran et une partie inférieure arrondie (11) agencée pour pouvoir être emboîtée fermement par-dessus la partie inférieure arrondie (6) de la partie de support (3).
  8. Système selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la partie de fixation (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a un module d'élasticité tel que quand elle est emboîtée sur la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1), la partie de fixation ne peut pas en être séparée sans l'aide d'un outil.
  9. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) ou la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) comprend une matière augmentant le frottement afin d'empêcher le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4), à l'état assemblé, d'être déplacé le long de la moulure profilée (1).
  10. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, dans lequel le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a un organe de verrouillage qui empêche un afficheur fixé d'être séparé du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur sans l'aide d'un outil.
  11. Système selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a un profil général en U (30) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend essentiellement parallèlement à la moulure profilée (1) et qui, sur ses pattes (31, 32), est pourvu d'organes d'emboîtement (31a, 32a) qui sont destinés à coopérer avec des organes d'emboîtement correspondants (8a) sur l'afficheur d'informations électroniques (8) afin d'empêcher l'afficheur d'être dégagé du profil en U dans une direction perpendiculaire au fond du profil en U et dans lequel des moyens sont agencés pour empêcher l'afficheur d'être dégagé du profil en U en étant déplacé axialement le long du profil en U.
  12. Système selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les moyens pour empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur (8) comprennent un insert (40) qui a une plaque (41) qui, à l'état assemblé, est placée dans le profil en U (30) entre le fond du profil en U et l'afficheur (8), et qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du profil en U au-delà des deux extrémités (33) du fond du profil en U, lequel insert (40) possède en outre une paire de premières brides de verrouillage (42) qui, axialement à l'extérieur de l'extrémité respective du fond du profil en U, s'étendent depuis la plaque (41) en direction du fond du profil en U de telle façon qu'elles puissent s'appuyer contre la surface d'extrémité respective (33) du fond du profil en U afin d'empêcher le déplacement axial de l'insert (40) par rapport au profil en U (30), et une paire de secondes brides de verrouillage (43) qui, axialement à l'extérieur de l'extrémité respective de l'afficheur (8), s'étendent essentiellement perpendiculairement depuis la plaque (41) en direction de l'afficheur de telle façon qu'elles puissent s'appuyer contre la surface d'extrémité respective de l'afficheur afin d'empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur (8) par rapport à l'insert (40) et donc par rapport au profil en U (30).
  13. Système selon la revendication 12, dans lequel au moins une des premières brides de verrouillage (42) comprend un organe de réglage d'angle qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend en direction de la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) afin d'empêcher la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur en direction de la moulure profilée (1) quand l'organe de réglage d'angle s'appuie contre la partie de support (3) ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  14. Système selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les moyens pour empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur comprennent un couvercle (50) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend par-dessus au moins une partie de la face supérieure de l'afficheur (8) et des surfaces d'extrémité (33) de l'afficheur et du profil en U (30), lequel couvercle (50) a des organes d'emboîtement (54) qui sont destinés à coopérer avec des organes d'emboîtement correspondants (8a) sur l'afficheur (8) pour verrouiller le couvercle sur l'afficheur.
  15. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) pour un système destiné à retenir des afficheurs d'informations électroniques sur un rayonnage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une partie de retenue (4") pour retenir un afficheur d'informations électroniques (8) et caractérisé en ce que
    une partie de fixation (4") possède des organes (9, 9', 10, 11, 11') qui sont conçus pour coopérer avec des organes correspondants (5, 6, 7, 7') d'une partie de support (3) d'une moulure profilée (1) qui a une partie de montage (2) pour attacher la moulure profilée au bord avant du rayonnage, de sorte que lesdits organes coopérants permettent à la partie de fixation de s'emboîter fermement sur la partie de support de la moulure profilée, en ce que la partie de retenue (4") est agencée de manière à être articulée à la partie de fixation (4') le long d'une charnière (13) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend essentiellement parallèlement à la moulure profilée (1) afin de permettre la rotation de la partie de retenue autour de l'articulation, et
    par un organe de réglage d'angle fixable séparément qui, en contact avec la moulure profilée (1) et la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) ou un afficheur (8) dans la partie de retenue, est agencé pour empêcher la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") en direction de la moulure profilée (1).
  16. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 15, dans lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle (20) peut être fixé entre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) et la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) afin d'empêcher la rotation de la partie de retenue en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur et la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  17. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 15, dans lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle comprend une partie d'un couvercle qui peut être fixé à la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur ou à un afficheur (8) reçu dans la partie de retenue, laquelle partie du couvercle empêche la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  18. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 15, selon lequel l'organe de réglage d'angle comprend une partie d'un insert, qui peut être reçu dans la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur, laquelle partie de l'insert empêche la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") en direction de la moulure profilée (1) en s'appuyant contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée ou contre la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur.
  19. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 15, comprenant des moyens conçus pour empêcher un afficheur (8) reçu dans le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) d'être retiré du rayonnage sans l'aide d'un outil.
  20. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 19, dans lequel des organes (9, 9', 10, 11, 11') destinés à la fixation par emboîtement de la partie de fixation (4") à la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1) sont conçus pour empêcher le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) d'être séparé de la moulure profilée (1) sans l'aide d'un outil.
  21. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 20, dans lequel la partie de fixation (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a une partie supérieure (9) agencée pour pouvoir s'étendre en dessous d'une extension supérieure en forme d'écran (7) sur la moulure profilée (1) et une partie inférieure arrondie (11) agencée pour pouvoir être emboîtée par-dessus une partie portante de support (3).
  22. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 21, dans lequel la partie de fixation (4") a un module d'élasticité tel que quand elle est emboîtée sur la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée (1), la partie de fixation ne peut pas en être séparée sans l'aide d'un outil.
  23. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22, dans lequel la partie de fixation (4") comprend une matière augmentant le frottement afin d'empêcher le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4), à l'état assemblé, d'être déplacé le long de la moulure profilée (1).
  24. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 21, dans lequel le dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a des organes de verrouillage qui empêchent un afficheur fixé d'être séparé du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur sans l'aide d'un outil.
  25. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 24, dans lequel la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) a un profil général en U (30) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend essentiellement parallèlement à la moulure profilée (1) et qui, sur ses pattes (31, 32), est pourvu d'organes d'emboîtement (31a, 32a) qui sont destinés à coopérer avec des organes d'emboîtement correspondants (8a) sur l'afficheur d'informations électroniques (8) afin d'empêcher l'afficheur d'être dégagé du profil en U dans une direction perpendiculaire au fond du profil en U et dans lequel des moyens sont agencés pour empêcher l'afficheur d'être dégagé du profil en U en étant déplacé axialement le long du profil en U.
  26. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 25, dans lequel les moyens pour empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur (8) comprennent un insert (40) qui a une plaque (41) qui, à l'état assemblé, est placée dans le profil en U (30) entre le fond du profil en U et l'afficheur (8), et qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du profil en U au-delà des deux extrémités (33) du fond du profil en U, lequel insert (40) possède en outre une paire de premières brides de verrouillage (42) qui, axialement à l'extérieur de l'extrémité respective du fond du profil en U, s'étendent depuis la plaque (41) en direction du fond du profil en U de telle façon qu'elles puissent s'appuyer contre la surface d'extrémité respective (33) du fond du profil en U afin d'empêcher le déplacement axial de l'insert (40) par rapport au profil en U (30), et une paire de secondes brides de verrouillage (43) qui, axialement à l'extérieur de l'extrémité respective de l'afficheur (8), s'étendent essentiellement perpendiculairement depuis la plaque (41) en direction de l'afficheur de telle façon qu'elles puissent s'appuyer contre la surface d'extrémité respective de l'afficheur afin d'empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur (8) par rapport à l'insert (40) et donc par rapport au profil en U (30).
  27. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 26, dans lequel au moins une des premières brides de verrouillage (42) comprend un organe de réglage d'angle qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend en direction de la partie de fixation (4') du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur (4) afin d'empêcher la rotation de la partie de retenue (4") du dispositif de retenue d'afficheur en direction de la partie de fixation (4') quand l'organe de réglage d'angle s'appuie contre la partie de fixation (4') ou contre la partie de support (3) de la moulure profilée.
  28. Dispositif de retenue d'afficheur selon la revendication 25, dans lequel les moyens pour empêcher le déplacement axial de l'afficheur comprennent un couvercle (50) qui, à l'état assemblé, s'étend par-dessus au moins une partie de la face supérieure de l'afficheur (8) et des surfaces d'extrémité (33) de l'afficheur et du profil en U (30), lequel couvercle (50) a des organes d'emboîtement (54) qui sont destinés à coopérer avec des organes d'emboîtement correspondants (8a) sur l'afficheur (8) afin de verrouiller fermement le couvercle sur l'afficheur.
