Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Glühzündelements einer Fahrzeugheizeinrichtung in einer Startphase der Fahrzeugheizeinrichtung wird für das Glühzündelement eine Soll-Heizleistung (L) vorgegeben und die Heizleistung des Glühzündelements wird derart eingestellt, dass sie im Bereich der Soll-Heizleistung (L) liegt, wobei für ein erstes Heizintervall (I1) der Startphase eine geringere Soll-Heizleistung (L1) vorgegeben wird, als für ein darauf folgendes zweites Heizintervall (I2).
