Definitions
- the invention relates to a locking device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a key according to the preamble of claim 9.
- a generic locking device or a generic key is of the US 5,784,910 described.
- the key has a key shank whose broad side has a broadside opening. In the broad side opening inserted a head and a shaft having insert, which cooperates with a supplementary locking part of the lock cylinder.
- a closure device wherein the insert is a recessed in the broadside surface disc, which protrudes with a segment-shaped portion of its surface over the edge of a rib of the key.
- the disk-shaped insert is arranged between two outgoing from the key chest locking notches. Accordingly, the bore of the cylinder core is also located between two core pins.
- the supplementary locking member is displaced by the segment-shaped portion of the disc-shaped insert so that its end facing away from the insert is located in the fulcrum of the cylinder core.
- a cushioned, arranged in a bore of the cylinder housing housing pin is displaced by the respective end so that the parting line between the supplementary locking member and the housing pin in the fulcrum of the cylinder core, which allows to rotate the cylinder core. If a key is used, although correctly arranges the tumbler pairs, but does not have the insert, the housing pin enters spring-loaded in the bore of the supplementary locking member and prevents a closing rotation.
- the EP 1 106 756 A2 describes a key with mounted in wide side openings of the key shank balls.
- the invention has for its object to make a generic locking device with an associated key manufacturing technology simpler and easier to unlock.
- a closing device of the type in question is given by manufacturing technology simple design.
- supplementary locking part now serves over the broad side surface of the key shank projecting head whose shaft is immovably anchored in the broad side opening of the key shank.
- the projection of the head over the broadside surface determines the displacement path of the supplementary locking part.
- the keyway has a groove extending from it. This is adapted to the contour of the head. The groove does not need to be worked over the entire length of the keyway, starting from the insertion side ago. It is sufficient such a degree that the head displaces the supplementary locking part when inserting the key in the unlocked position.
- the supplementary locking part is a ball.
- the ball With appropriate alignment of the supplementary locking member or ball receiving bore then the ball always has the desire to roll in the direction of the key channel into the region of the local groove for the head of the introduced into the key shank shank. The opening of the lock cylinder according to the Schlag finallylmethode is therefore largely unsuccessful.
- the procedure is such that the ball can be displaced from the head of the insert within the bore designed as a radial bore into an alignment position with the cylinder core circumferential surface.
- a key whose broad side surface is not surmounted by such a head, so can not control the ball to the escape position to the cylinder core peripheral surface.
- the safety value of the locking device is further increased by the fact that the radial bore is located in the same cross-sectional plane of the cylinder core as a tumbler, so that a housing pin of a Kernw and housing pin existing Zuroissstattpases is caught in a key with missing insert in the radial opening.
- An additional cushioned housing pin which cooperates with the spherical supplementary locking part, can be omitted accordingly.
- a proper key which has the insert, is brought in the key insertion position of the head of the insert to the escape position to the cylinder core peripheral surface. This prevents that during the closing rotation of the lying in the same cross-sectional plane housing pin can enter into the radial bore. The closing rotation is not affected. But missing on a key such a head, it can be done by means of the key, although all tumbler pin pairs according to regulations, only a limited closing rotation. The limitation is that the relevant tumbler pin dips into the radial bore and thereby displaces the ball in the inward direction. The key is thus trapped, and the closing rotation can not continue.
- the insert is a screw, a rivet, in particular a rivet or nail, in particular a notched nail. It is thus always ensured that the recessed into the broad side opening insert remains in its proper position. It proves to be particularly favorable that the broad side opening of the key shank is a through hole. This can be generated easily and quickly. By the end face of the shaft of the insert is aligned with the opposite broad side surface, this results in a continuous smooth surface. In order not to reduce the number of possible permutations, the wide-side opening is arranged so far away from the key-chest that it lies outside the key-bridge notches.
- the key for the locking device is characterized in that the insert piece has a shaft firmly inserted into the broad side opening and a head projecting over the broad side surface.
- a further obfuscation component is preferably realized in that in the broad side several, in particular in witchschafterstreckungscardi one behind the other broad side openings are provided, which can be optionally equipped with inserts.
- the number of inserts used also has the lock cylinder at the relevant points the supplementary locking parts.
- the variety of variations in a key for a closing device can be increased by heads of one or more insert pieces that protrude beyond both wide side faces of the key shank facing away from each other. There is the possibility that an insert piece forms two heads pointing away from each other. Each head is always assigned its own supplementary blocking part.
- the embodiment of the invention is also suitable for locking systems, which include lock cylinder and associated keys with hierarchical closure, with a parent key at least one, preferably more inserts and at least one subordinate key has no insert.
- a parent key at least one, preferably more inserts and at least one subordinate key has no insert.
- FIG. 14 a representation according to Figure 11 a further embodiment of the invention.
- the closing device designated as a whole with the number 1 includes a lock cylinder 2 and an associated key 3.
- the lock cylinder 2 is designed as a profile half-cylinder.
- the latter has a circular-cylindrical housing section 4 with a flange section 5 aligned radially thereto. From the circular-cylindrical housing section 4, a cutout 6 reaching into the flange section 5 extends to receive a closing element 7.
- the closing member 7 is seated on the inner end of a cylinder core 8. This is mounted in a core hole 9 of the circular cylindrical portion 4.
- a plurality of tumbler pin pairs P arranged one behind the other extend.
- Each tumbler pin pair P is composed of a core pin 10 and a housing pin 11.
- Kernrichbohrept 12 are provided in the cylinder core, which are aligned with housing pin bores 13 for receiving the housing pins 11.
- the core pin holes 12 have a length which is slightly larger than the radius of the cylinder core 8, so that thereby the core pins 10 experience a stop limit.
- the cylinder core 8 has a cross-sectional profiled key channel 15, formed from grooves and ribs.
- the keyway 15 extends from the cylinder core peripheral surface and has a length which is less than the diameter of the cylinder core eighth
- At an obtuse angle to the core pin bore 12 at least one radial bore 16 is provided in the cylinder core 8, whose diameter is as large as that of the pin holes 12,13.
- the cylinder core 8, as it has FIG. 5 shows three such radial holes 16 in a row.
- These radial bores 16 open above the inner ends of the core pins in the key channel 15.
- a special Sch Strukturkanalwandungsprofil 17 The latter is designed like a circular arc.
- This closing channel wall profile is produced by producing an axial bore B, starting from the key insertion side of the cylinder core 8, before the key channel 15 is cleared. After clearing the keyway 15 then remains exclusively the Sch Strukturkanalwandungsprofil 17, in which the radial bore 16 opens.
- the radial bores 16 extend in the cross-sectional plane at the level of the core pins 10th
- the supplementary locking member 18 is a ball having a diameter which corresponds to the inner diameter of the radial bore 16.
- the radial bores 16 are not completely drilled through to the keyway 15, so that the supplementary blocking member 18 can protrude into the keyway 15 only with a dome-shaped section.
- the keyway 15 facing inward end of the radial bore 16 forms a shoulder 16 ', which prevents the further entry of the supplementary locking member 18 in the keyway 15.
- the supplementary locking member 18 In the installed state of the lock cylinder 2 has due to the inclined sloping course of the radial bore 16, the supplementary locking member 18 the desire to immerse in the keyway 15, see. FIG. 2 and 3 , Then, the spherical supplementary lock member 18 has a distance a from the core hole 9. The distance a of the opposite pole region of the ball ends near the broad side surface of the relevant Schlußkanalwand.
- the key 3 is a flat key, consisting of a key shank 19 and a key handle 20.
- the cross-sectional profile of the key shank 19 corresponds to that of the key channel 15.
- the key shank 19 is the opposite broad side surfaces 21 and 22. These are connected by a key back 23 and a key breast 24. From the latter go out of the Quiönsstattfare P.
- the key shank 19 has three broad side openings 26, one behind the other in the key member extension direction, in the form of through holes.
- the broad side openings 26 are provided so removed from the key chest 24 that they are outside of the Whybrusteinterrorisme 25. Only one of the wide-side openings 26 is equipped with an insert 27 in this first embodiment. Again FIG. 6 can be seen, the broad side openings 26 extend between the Whybrusteinterrorismen 25.
- the insert 27 is received by the widest remote from the key handle 20 broadside opening 26. Thus, then the insert 27 extends in inserted into the keyway 15 key 3 at the level of the supplementary locking member 18th
- the insert 27 is designed in the form of a semi-circular notched nail. This has a permanently driven into the broad side opening 26 shaft 28 and the broad side surface 21 superior, semi-circular shaped head 29.
- FIG. 4 it can be seen that the end face 30 of the shank 28 opposite the head 29 is aligned with the opposite broad side face 22.
- the semicircular head 29 corresponds to the course of the Sch thoroughlykanalwandungsprofils 17. Accordingly, the key shank 19, which is provided on the insertion side with a key tip 31, are inserted into the keyway 15.
- FIG. 8 shows a rotational intermediate position of the cylinder core, in which the supplementary locking member 18 is opposite to the housing pin 11. This spring-loaded can not dive into the radial bore 16 and affect the rotational displacement of the cylinder core 8.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 is a key 3 'used, which corresponds to the key 3, but has no insert.
- Thelichteckte key 3 'thus does not displace the supplementary locking member 18, so that after a partial rotation of the cylinder core 8 of the respective housing pin 11 can dip into the radial bore 16, locks the rotary displacement and the key 3' captures.
- the cylinder core 8 could form only a single radial bore 16.
- the key shank 19 could have only a single opening 26 at the appropriate location. Accordingly, the Sch thoroughlykanalwandungsprofil 17 would be incorporated only correspondingly far.
- the locking device as part of a locking system in which several lock cylinders and associated keys allow a hierarchical closure. It is then important to ensure that a parent key at least one, preferably several inserts 27 and at least one minor key has no insert.
- FIG. 11 shows an example not belonging to the invention, in which the key shank 19 receives in such a broad side opening 26 such insert 27, in which the shaft 28 continues at its over the broad side surface 21 projecting end in a semicircular head 29.
- the opposite end face 30 of the shaft 28 is flush with the local broadside surface 22 from. It would be possible to design the insert 27 in such a way that it protrudes on both sides over the broad side surfaces 21, 22 and forms corresponding forces there. Then the keyway 15 would have to have corresponding Fantasykanalwandungsprofile 17 on both sides.
- the insert 27 designed similar to that in the first embodiment.
- the shaft 28 projects beyond deviating with its opposite end 27 of the head there wide side surface 22.
- the respective end of the shaft 28 has a toothing 32, on which a separate, half-round shaped head 29 'is fitted in press fit.
- the associated lock cylinder has a correspondingly designed keyway form.
- the third embodiment according to FIG. 13 differs from FIG. 4 in that now two inserts 27 are used in the form of semi-circular notched nails whose heads 29 abut opposite key broadside surfaces 21, 22. Then, with respect to the height offset of the inserts 27 provided to each other such that the distance between the inserts 27 to the key-chest varies. Accordingly, the key channel 15 is to be designed. This means that then the Sch Strukturkanalwandungsprofile must be arranged vertically offset one above the other.
- the Fig. 14 shows a further embodiment of the invention.
- the broad side 22 of the key 3 has here a blind hole 26 with a bottom 26 '.
- the insert 27 also has a round head here, which rests on the broad side 22.
- the shaft 28 has a plurality of barb-like rings 32 surrounding the shaft. These rings have a sloping flank which terminates in an edge acting in the direction of exit of the shaft 28.
- the end face 28 'of the shaft 28 is slightly spaced from the bottom 26' of the blind hole 26.
- the insert can be made of stainless steel.
- the pine cone-like shape of the pin has an anti-fuse effect.

The invention has for its object to make a generic locking device with an associated key manufacturing technology simpler and easier to unlock.
The problem is solved by the closure device specified in
According to such a configuration, a closing device of the type in question is given by manufacturing technology simple design.
Hieraus resultieren geringere Fertigungskosten. This results in lower production costs. These advantages result without reducing the safety of the locking device. To control the guided in the bore of the cylinder core supplementary locking part now serves over the broad side surface of the key shank projecting head whose shaft is immovably anchored in the broad side opening of the key shank. The projection of the head over the broadside surface determines the displacement path of the supplementary locking part. Where the head protrudes over the broad side surface of the key shank, the keyway has a groove extending from it. This is adapted to the contour of the head. The groove does not need to be worked over the entire length of the keyway, starting from the insertion side ago. It is sufficient such a degree that the head displaces the supplementary locking part when inserting the key in the unlocked position. As a result of the shank introduced into the width opening of the key shank, essentially the key shank is not weakened so that, despite the arrangement of an insert piece in the key shank, a great stability of the same is realized. A further manufacturing simplification and therefore saving on manufacturing costs results from the fact that the supplementary locking part is a ball. With appropriate alignment of the supplementary locking member or ball receiving bore then the ball always has the desire to roll in the direction of the key channel into the region of the local groove for the head of the introduced into the key shank shank. The opening of the lock cylinder according to the Schlagschlüsselmethode is therefore largely unsuccessful. In detail, according to the invention, the procedure is such that the ball can be displaced from the head of the insert within the bore designed as a radial bore into an alignment position with the cylinder core circumferential surface. A key whose broad side surface is not surmounted by such a head, so can not control the ball to the escape position to the cylinder core peripheral surface. The safety value of the locking device is further increased by the fact that the radial bore is located in the same cross-sectional plane of the cylinder core as a tumbler, so that a housing pin of a Kernstift and housing pin existing Zuhaltungsstiftpaares is caught in a key with missing insert in the radial opening. An additional cushioned housing pin, which cooperates with the spherical supplementary locking part, can be omitted accordingly. When a proper key, which has the insert, is brought in the key insertion position of the head of the insert to the escape position to the cylinder core peripheral surface. It is simple in terms of manufacturing technology if the insert is a screw, a rivet, in particular a rivet or nail, in particular a notched nail. The key for the locking device is characterized in that the insert piece has a shaft firmly inserted into the broad side opening and a head projecting over the broad side surface. A further obfuscation component is preferably realized in that in the broad side several, in particular in Schlüsselschafterstreckungsrichtung one behind the other broad side openings are provided, which can be optionally equipped with inserts. According to the number of inserts used also has the lock cylinder at the relevant points the supplementary locking parts. The variety of variations in a key for a closing device can be increased by heads of one or more insert pieces that protrude beyond both wide side faces of the key shank facing away from each other. There is the possibility that an insert piece forms two heads pointing away from each other. Each head is always assigned its own supplementary blocking part. The embodiment of the invention is also suitable for locking systems, which include lock cylinder and associated keys with hierarchical closure, with a parent key at least one, preferably more inserts and at least one subordinate key has no insert. By means of the parent key all supplementary locking parts of the subordinate lock cylinders are properly controlled during closing operation. The subordinate key, on the other hand, is unable to close any superordinate lock cylinder because of missing inserts. To reach by means of the parent key all supplementary lock parts, the plurality of lock cylinder Schließkanalwandungsprofile on the entrance of the head of the insert, which have a different depth. The Schließkanalwandungsprofile can be created by sections of extending in the cylinder core longitudinal direction bores. After drilling, the clearing of the keyway takes place, in such a way that grooves are formed through the remaining remainder of the holes, which are traversed by the head of the insert when inserting the key.

The closing device designated as a whole with the
In a known manner, the closing
In the longitudinal center plane predetermined by the core pins 10, the

With regard to the

Instead of as illustrated, the

Thus, it is also possible to use the locking device as part of a locking system in which several lock cylinders and associated keys allow a hierarchical closure.
