Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Darbieten von lichtempfindlichen Lebensmitteln, insbesondere von Chicoree, ist durch ein Behältnis (11) mit rahmenartig umlaufenden Seitenwänden (12 bis 15) und mit einem Zugriffselement (17) zum Entnehmen des betreffenden Lebensmittels gebildet. Die Seitenwände (12 bis 15) und das Zugriffselement (17) sind aus einem lichtundurchlässigen Material. Hiermit ist einerseits das Lebensmittel lichtgeschützt dargeboten und andererseits optisch eine zusagende und für den Kunden akzeptable Darbietung des Lebensmittels für den Verkauf ermöglicht.
