Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for storing bottles.
- Non-production bottles in this context are those that are not produced, ie not filled. These can be bottles from your own company, but also from other companies.
- the faulty bottles of the at least one defective bottle type are removed after detection by a detection device by a removal device the box on the box web, the removed waste bottles are set in at least one other, second box, which is located next to the box track.
- this second box serves as a buffer store, wherein after a certain number of faulty bottles collected in the buffer, such defective bottles are taken from the buffer box and set in a box on the box track by the picking means, this box occupied with defective bottles being discharged from the box track , Not only is such a first temporary storage box for receiving defective bottles located on this shelf next to the box conveyor, but also, in addition to further intermediate storage boxes for other types of defective bottles, also such a temporary storage box for receiving product bottles.
- This good bottles serve namely to fill the bottle crate located on the crate, the wrong bottles have been removed, to fill up with bottles of good, so that ultimately only those boxes are found on the crate track, which are completely filled.
- the invention is now - as described above - a device for storing miss bottles.
- commercial crates have heretofore been used as latches in bottle storage facilities during sorting.
- the device for sorting the bottles from the one box into the temporary storage box or from the temporary storage box in a further box consists in detail of several grippers, which are each individually controllable. That is, such a removal device, consisting of several grippers is quite capable of selectively pick out individual bottles.
- the pattern of the bottles to be picked up is basically determined by the filling of crates with bottles by the pattern of voids or voids in the box to be filled.
- the pattern of good bottles in the intermediate storage box does not correspond to the pattern of empty or defective areas of the bottle crate on the box web with the goods bottles.
- the removal device may have to perform several strokes and traverses movements to implement the bottles from the buffer box in the located on the box track box with the bottles, to finally fill this bottle crate with bottles of Gutsorte completely.
- This problem is ultimately not resolved by several boxes are arranged side by side as storage boxes, because the distance between the bottles of two adjacent boxes is different from the distance between the bottles within a box. Since the removal device with the plurality of grippers always has the same distance between the individual grippers, thus a cross-box removal of bottles from several temporary storage boxes is not possible.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device for storing bottles, in which bottles can be removed in any pattern by the removal device with the plurality of grippers to these bottles then with the pattern removed the bottle crate on the box track with the goods bottles to be able to supply.
- the object of the invention is thus to minimize the number of strokes and movements of the removal device for filling crates on the crate with goods bottles.
- the means for storing bottles comprises a bottom with thereon arranged vertical guide rods, wherein the diagonal distance x between two guide rods approximately corresponds to the bottle diameter, wherein the edge adjacent to the edge of the bottom guide rods a diagonal distance to the edge have in the direction of the corresponding guide rods of the adjacent storage device, which corresponds approximately to half the bottle diameter, so that in two juxtaposed storage devices again a distance in the order of about the bottle diameter measured between the guide rods of the two storage devices results that the edge of the soil are immediately adjacent. From this it is immediately clear that, in the case of several such storage devices according to the invention, the bottles which are located in these storage devices always have the same distance from one another. This has the consequence that the removal device can take over any pattern of bottles of the storage device across. It is thus hampered by any box walls, as well as in the transition region from one storage device to the next, the recording pattern formed by the guide rods for bottles is continued uninterrupted.
- the guide rods are formed tapered at its upper free end to facilitate the insertion of the bottles by the individual grippers of the removal device.
- the floor in the area between four guide rods for inserting a rod on an opening which allows the shards of a broken bottle can be disposed of immediately through this opening.
- the bottom end has means for fixing them, for example on a table.
- the designated 1 table receives the bottom plate 10 of the memory device 10; the fixing of the bottom plate 11 on the table 1 is effected by laterally arranged clamping plates 2, which are held by means of bolts 3.
- the invention is now the formation of the memory device 10.
- the bottom 11 of the memory device 10 has the guide rods 12 which are secured by screws 13 to the bottom 11.
- the guide rods 12 are arranged in a certain grid on the bottom plate 11.
- the grid is in this case selected such that the diagonal distance x between two guide rods ( FIG. 2 ) corresponds approximately to the diameter of a bottle at its thickest point.
- each bottle is fixed by the storage device.
- marginal edge 15 of the bottom 11 immediately adjacent guide rods 12a a diagonal distance y to Have marginal edge, which corresponds approximately to half the bottle diameter, so that the total diagonal distance between two guide rods 12a, which are arranged immediately adjacent to the peripheral edge 15 of the respective bottom 11 of two adjacent storage devices 10, in turn corresponds to the bottle diameter.
- the individual guide rods 12, 12a are each end conical.
- the bottom plate 11 also has in the space between the guide rods, which serves to accommodate the bottles, an opening 16 to possibly dispose of the glass smashed bottles hereby.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for storing bottles.

The invention is now - as described above - a device for storing miss bottles. As also previously described, commercial crates have heretofore been used as latches in bottle storage facilities during sorting. The device for sorting the bottles from the one box into the temporary storage box or from the temporary storage box in a further box consists in detail of several grippers, which are each individually controllable. That is, such a removal device, consisting of several grippers is quite capable of selectively pick out individual bottles. The pattern of the bottles to be picked up is basically determined by the filling of crates with bottles by the pattern of voids or voids in the box to be filled. However, it may well be that the pattern of good bottles in the intermediate storage box does not correspond to the pattern of empty or defective areas of the bottle crate on the box web with the goods bottles. The consequence of this is that the removal device may have to perform several strokes and traverses movements to implement the bottles from the buffer box in the located on the box track box with the bottles, to finally fill this bottle crate with bottles of Gutsorte completely. This problem is ultimately not resolved by several boxes are arranged side by side as storage boxes, because the distance between the bottles of two adjacent boxes is different from the distance between the bottles within a box. Since the removal device with the plurality of grippers always has the same distance between the individual grippers, thus a cross-box removal of bottles from several temporary storage boxes is not possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device for storing bottles, in which bottles can be removed in any pattern by the removal device with the plurality of grippers to these bottles then with the pattern removed the bottle crate on the box track with the goods bottles to be able to supply. The object of the invention is thus to minimize the number of strokes and movements of the removal device for filling crates on the crate with goods bottles.
The object is achieved in that the means for storing bottles comprises a bottom with thereon arranged vertical guide rods, wherein the diagonal distance x between two guide rods approximately corresponds to the bottle diameter, wherein the edge adjacent to the edge of the bottom guide rods a diagonal distance to the edge have in the direction of the corresponding guide rods of the adjacent storage device, which corresponds approximately to half the bottle diameter, so that in two juxtaposed storage devices again a distance in the order of about the bottle diameter measured between the guide rods of the two storage devices results that the edge of the soil are immediately adjacent.
Further advantageous features of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.
Thus, it is provided in particular that the guide rods are formed tapered at its upper free end to facilitate the insertion of the bottles by the individual grippers of the removal device. In addition, advantageously corresponds to the length of the guide rod with the bottle length. This means that the length of the guide rod thus corresponds approximately to the length of the bottle, but at least the length of the belly of the flat. This ensures that the bottles can not hit each other during insertion into the openings provided for them the storage device.
Advantageously, the floor in the area between four guide rods for inserting a rod on an opening, which allows the shards of a broken bottle can be disposed of immediately through this opening.
To ensure that the storage devices do not move, the bottom end has means for fixing them, for example on a table.
