Definitions

  • the invention relates to a new partition comprising plasterboard, which provides improved acoustics.
  • Partitions comprising plasterboard, as well as these plates, have been known for many years. Partitions are described in particular in Unified Technical Document DTU 25.41; these partitions are defined as a wall distribution or wall lining, free standing, non-bearing, reigning on the height between floor and ceiling. These walls comprise metal frames, generally having a substantially U-shaped profile, consisting for example of a steel sheet of nominal thickness greater than or equal to 0.60 mm. Appropriate wooden frames are also described.
  • the partitions comprise low and high rails (the rails) between which are arranged amounts. The amounts can be doubled, nested or backed. As an example of a partition, the DTU in question mentions the partitions obtained with uprights of 48 mm and a single facing of plates 12.5 mm thick and the partitions obtained with uprights of 48 mm and a double siding. plates 12.5 mm thick.
  • solutions such as sandwiches (for example with expanded polystyrene, possibly made elastic), if they are suitable for doubling, are not transposable to the case of the wall with uprights and plates.
  • the invention solves the problems mentioned above.
  • the invention therefore provides a partition as defined by claim 1.
  • the unit spaces are divided into 200 to 1000, and preferably 200 to 600, volumes per m 2 .
  • the unit spaces are divided by a network, this network being bonded at most on one side of the plate assembly, having a thickness less than the gap between the plates.
  • the network is a honeycomb network.
  • the network is made of cardboard.
  • the unit spaces are divided by a network, this network not being glued to the set of plates.
  • the plates are gypsum board.
  • the partition comprises high and low rails maintaining the amounts and between which the network is maintained.
  • the high and low rails comprise pre-cut tabs foldable inwards and inserted into the network.
  • the invention also provides a method of manufacturing a partition according to the invention, comprising providing a plurality of posts and a plurality of plates, and dividing the unit spaces delimited by the posts and plates.
  • the method is intended for the manufacture of a partition, in which the unit spaces are divided into 200 to 1000, and preferably 200 to 600, volumes per m 2 , by a network that is not glued.
  • the partition comprising high and low rails maintaining the amounts and between which the network is maintained, wherein the network is attached to one of the rails, the network is extended to Another rail and it is fixed on the latter, in particular by folding pre-cut tabs present in the rails to insert them in the network.
  • the unclaimed partition 1 comprises a plurality of uprights (2a, 2b), here metallic, which support plasterboard 3.
  • Two high and low rails (4a, 4b) block the amounts, conventionally.
  • Between the uprights are strips (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) of expanded polystyrene, locked between the uprights. These bands thus divide the unit spaces delimited by the uprights and the plates.
  • the air gap in this case 48 mm (the gap between the plates) can be divided in several ways, for example with Z-forming strips or any other arrangement.
  • the thickness of the strips is typically less than the thickness of the air gap, for example 40 mm to 46 mm.
  • the polystyrene strips are preferably held by blocking between the uprights.
  • the strips are polystyrene strips.
  • Other types of strip for example metal strips or strips of open or closed porosity material provide the same phenomenon.
  • the amounts are metallic amounts of 48 mm classically spaced 60 cm.
  • the strips used are strips of 1000 x 50 x 40; there are about 3.5 volumes per m2.
  • the bands used are 560 x 100 x 46 strips; there are about 6 volumes per m2.
  • the respective gains of these partitions compared to the partitions according to the prior art are 2 and 4 dB.
  • the partition 1 comprises the same amounts (2a, 2b), gypsum board 3 and high and low rails (4a, 4b) blocking the amounts. Between the amounts is disposed a network 6, here in honeycomb. Nevertheless, any type of elementary cell network, in particular a substantially oblique, substantially square network, substantially rectangular or substantially hexagonal, would be acceptable.
  • Advantageously used cardboard network the type of one already used for the dubbing partitions which include a sandwich of two plates and a cardboard honeycomb between the two. The network extends between the high and low rails, between the uprights. It is possible to choose a network such that once unfolded it substantially fills the space between the amounts.
  • Such a network tolerates very well variations in height of a few tens of cm without losing its effectiveness.
  • This network thus divides the unit spaces delimited by the amounts and the plates.
  • a grating having a pitch of eg 55 mm can be used. It is possible to cut a cardboard network easily, by hand or machine.
  • the thickness of the network is typically less than the thickness of the air gap, for example 40 mm to 46 mm.
  • This network is preferably independent of the two plates (ie it is not adhered to any plate). It is advantageously "stretched” between the high and low rails, but it could also be stretched or put in compression between the amounts, or glued on one of the plates.
  • the amounts are metallic amounts of 48 mm classically separated by 60 cm.
  • the network used has a pitch of 55 mm and a thickness of 40 mm. There are about 500 volumes per m2 (number of cells of the network per m2). The gain compared to the partitions according to the prior art is 5 dB.
  • the number of cells per m 2 varies according to the inverse square of the pitch of the grating. It would be fully conceivable to provide any cell network, with a pitch included, for example, in the range 40 to 100 mm, which would correspond approximately to an interval of 200 to 1000 volumes per m 2 .
  • the high or low rail (4a, 4b) has precut tabs (7a, 7b) which are foldable inwards and thus fit into the network (1a reference 7a indicates the folded tab while reference 7b in dashed lines). dotted line indicates the tongue before folding).
  • these rails provided with these tabs, it is easy to manufacture partitions according to the invention. In one first time we insert the network folded in the rail, for example high, then folds the tongues inward. This has the effect of keeping the network in this rail. Then, “tend” and “unfold” the network to the other rail, and proceed as before with the folding of the corresponding tabs of this rail.
  • Such an embodiment is very simple, robust and efficient.
  • the material used for the plates may be cement or plywood, as is known in the art.
  • tests have shown that it is possible to use strips of a metal material or a material with open or closed porosity, rather than polystyrene, to divide the unit spaces delimited by the uprights and the plates. .
