Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Dichtheitsprüfung einer Abgasanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugmotors, oder eines Teils hiervon, wobei die in der Abgasanlage oder dem Teil hiervon befindliche Luft abgepumpt und der dabei erzeugte Unterdruck überprüft wird und das Ergebnis der Überprüfung zur Beurteilung der Dichtheit verwendet wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine entsprechende Vorrichtung.
