Die so zusammengesetzte und elektrisch bzw. magnetisch verbundene Baugruppe wird bei der Herstellung in ein Werkzeug eingelegt und dann mit dem Elastomer 62 ausgefüllt bzw. umhüllt. Bei diesem Arbeitsschritt entsteht eine Fixierung bzw. Einbettung 64 für den Eisenkern 14, ein Schutzmantel 66 für eine mit der Stabzündspule 60 zu verbindende Zündkerze, eine Dichtung bzw. Halterung 68, welche in Einbaulage der Zündspule 60 an dem Motorblock der Brennkraftmaschine anliegt, eine Einbettung 70 für die Primärwicklung 26 sowie eine mechanische Fixierung des Rückschlußblechs 34 und des Steckverbinders 28.
