Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil, notamment des produits programmes informatiques, permettant de contrôler des projets. Une structure logistique et une structure financière sont spécifiées pour un projet. La structure logistique comprend de multiples objets logistiques représentant des activités liées au projet, et la structure financière comprend des collecteurs de coûts représentant des responsabilités financières liées au projet. La structure financière est indépendante de la structure logistique. Une mise en correspondance des responsabilités est définie pour associer chaque activité représentée dans la structure logistique à un agent de recouvrement des coûts qui est responsable des aspects financiers de l'activité. La mise en correspondance des responsabilités est indépendante de la structure logistique représentant les activités.
