Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verbindung zweier Substratflächen (12,32), umfassend Mittel zum Bewegen der Substratfläche relativ zu mindestens einer Beschichtungsdüse (50) mit einer Düsenöffnung; Mittel zum Zuführen eines Reaktionsktebstoffs zu der mindestens einen Beschichtungsdüse (50); Mittel zum Auftragen des Reaktionsklebstoffs aus der mindestens einen Beschichtungsdüse auf die Substratfläche, und Mittel (60,61,70,71) zum Aufeinanderpressen der beiden Substratflächen (12,32). Erfindungsgemäß wird die Düsenöffnung beim Beschichtungsvorgang so gering von der Substratfläche (32) beabstandet, dass die Beschichtung im Semikontaktmodus oder im Kontaktmodus erfolgt.
