En effet, il est tout à fait possible dans le cadre de l'invention de se passer de la pièce de matériau élastique souple 4 disposée à l'intérieur du logement 106, au cas où la matière plastique constitutive de la jupe 10 présente une caractéristique de deformabihté élastique permanente ou durable, c'est à dire si elie n'est pas sujette à un fluage de matière comme c'est le cas bien souvent avec la plupart des matériaux plastiques. Dans le cas où la matière plastique constitutive de la jupe 10 est fluable, il est préférable de remplir partiellement le logement 106 avec un tel matériau élastique souple 4. Ce matériau permet de pousser en permanence la jupe 10 contre la paroi interne du col par réaction sur le corps de pompe 20.
