Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes de carte de paiement. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de traitement de transactions par carte de paiement dans une conversion de monnaie dynamique et/ou un schéma à plusieurs monnaies. Des transactions fantômes sont utilisées de manière à obtenir un fonctionnement correct. Cependant, afin d'empêcher une duplication de débits à l'encontre du détenteur de la carte, des transactions </= DE COPIE FANTôME >/= ne doivent pas être traitées dans les schémas de carte avec les transactions normales. Par conséquent, les systèmes hôtes de l'acquéreur et/ou de tierces personnes doivent être modifiés, en plus des modifications apportées à la comptabilité associée. Afin de palier à cette nécessité, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'effectuer la performance d'une transaction par carte de crédit dans une première somme de transaction dans une première monnaie, entre un premier marchant et un premier détenteur d'une carte de paiement. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant a) à créer un premier enregistrement d'une transaction par carte de paiement entre le premier marchant et un second détenteur de carte pour la première somme de la transaction, b) à créer un second enregistrement d'une transaction par carte de paiement entre un second marchant et le premier détenteur de la carte, le second enregistrement de la transaction identifiant une seconde somme de la transaction dans une seconde monnaie étant égale à la première somme de la transaction convertie dans la seconde monnaie, et à soumettre le premier enregistrement de la transaction et le second enregistrement de la transaction, aux fins d'exécution du traitement sous la forme de transactions par carte de paiement.
