Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Abkühlen einer Trocknungsvorrichtung für ein Tabakgut mit einer Trocknungseinrichtung (11), in die das Tabakgut zum Trocknen eintritt, wobei zum Abkühlen die Trocknungsvorrichtung leergefahren wird und eine Heizeinrichtung (14) der Trocknungsvorrichtung abgeschaltet wird, gekennzeichnet durch
Zuführen von zerstäubter Kühlflüssigkeit in die Trocknungseinrichtung im Leerbetrieb. - Abkühlverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlflüssigkeit in die Trocknungseinrichtung (11) eingesprüht wird.
- Abkühlverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trocknungsvorrichtung eine Stromtrocknungsvorrichtung ist.
- Abkühlverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen der Kühlflüssigkeit in Stromrichtung vor dem Eintritt des Tabakgutes in die Trocknungseinrichtung erfolgt.
- Abkühlverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlflüssigkeit mit einer Tröpfchengröße zugeführt wird, die eine im wesentlichen vollständige Verdampfung in der Trocknungseinrichtung (11) ermöglicht.
- Abkühlverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlflüssigkeit mit einer Tröpfchengröße zugeführt wird, die eine im wesentlichen vollständige Verdampfung nach einer Strecke von höchstens 200 cm, vorzugsweise höchstens 100 cm, weiter vorzugsweise höchstens 50 cm ermöglicht.
- Abkühlverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlflüssigkeit mit einer Tröpfchengröße von weniger als 250 µm, vorzugsweise weniger als 150 µm, weiter vorzugsweise weniger als 100 µm eingesprüht wird.
- Abkühlverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einsprühen der Kühlflüssigkeit mittels einer einzigen Zweistoffdüse (20) erfolgt.
- Trocknungsvorrichtung zum Trocknen eines Tabakguts mit einer Steuerungseinrichtung, die zur Steuerung eines Abkühlverfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 eingerichtet ist.
