- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one sound transmission means is at least one sound discharge opening (320; 320'; 320") of at least one acoustical guide channel (310) which is arranged in or on the pivot arm (300; 300'; 300") and which is connected, in sound conducting fashion, with at least one loudspeaker (240) arranged in or on the pivot arm (320; 320'; 320").
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in Claim 5 or Claim 6, characterized in that the at least one sound discharge opening (300; 300'; 300") is covered by a sound-permeable material.
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in Claim 7, characterized in that the sound-permeable material is an expanded plastic material, a grid or a tissue.
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that there are provided a plurality of sound discharge openings (320; 320'; 320"), preferably arranged in the longitudinal direction of the pivot arm (300; 300'; 300"), that can be closed by blanking plugs (321, 322) at least in part.
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one sound recording means is at least one microphone (410).
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in Claim 10, characterized in that the at least one microphone (410) has directive efficiency.
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot arm (300; 300'; 300") is connected with the holder means in detachable fashion, both electrically and mechanically.

- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that electronic circuits are arranged in the pivot arm (300; 300'; 300") and/or in the holder means.
- The electro-acoustic transducer as defined in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot arm (300; 300'; 300") can be arranged on the holder means in pre-determinable locations.
