Abstract
Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung eines Analyten in einer Flüssigkeit, wobei das zu untersuchende Flüssigkeitsvolumen (19,20) auf ein Substrat (1) einer Transportebene aufgebracht wird, das zu untersuchende Flüssigkeitsvolumen (19,20) auf diesem Substrat (1) an den Ort der Untersuchung bewegt wird, wobei die Flüssigkeit ausschließlich mit dem Substrat der Transportebene in Kontakt ist, die zu untersuchende Flüssigkeit am Ort der Untersuchung zusätzlich mit einem sensorischen Element (21) in Kontakt gebracht wird, welches sich in einer dem Substrat gegenüberliegenden Nachweisebene befindet, und der Analyt im zu untersuchenden Flüssigkeitsvolumen direkt oder indirekt durch das sensorische Element bestimmt wird. Die Anmeldung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung eines Analyten in einer Flüssigkeit entsprechend den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.
