  • This invention relates to a container, and to a blank for forming the container, for use in the storage, transportation and display of a product.
  • Such containers are typically formed of a cardboard material. It is known to provide such a container with a separable lid and base, formed from a single blank. It is desirable that such containers can be assembled quickly and efficiently. It is also desirable that such containers be supplied to users in quantities, ensuring that equal quantities of lids and bases are provided. Further improvements in these criteria are desirable.

Claims (10)

  1. Behälterzuschnitt (2) mit einer Vielzahl von Seitenwandfeldern (4, 6, 8, 10, 12), die nebeneinander angeordnet und über Falzlinien (14) des Zuschnitts miteinander verbunden sind, einer teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18), die über die Seitenwandfelder (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) verläuft und die Wandfeld-Falzlinien (14) kreuzt, so dass auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der teilweise eingeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) ein Bodenteil (22) und ein Deckelteil (20) definiert werden, und so dass jedes Seitenwandfeld (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) jeweils in ein Bodenwandfeld (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) und ein Deckelwandfeld (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) unterteilt wird, mit einer Vielzahl von Deckelklappen (28), die über Falzlinien (30) zur Ausbildung einer Behälteroberseite mit den Deckelwandfeldern (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) verbunden sind, einer Vielzahl von Bodenklappen (24), die über Falzlinien (26) zur Ausbildung eines Behälterbodens mit den Bodenwandfeldern (4, 6, 8, 12) verbunden sind, sowie mit ausgesparten Bereichen (32) an Kreuzungen der teilweise eingeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) und den Wandfeld-Falzlinien (14), wobei der Deckelteil (20) vom Bodenteil (22) entlang der teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) trennbar ist, so dass es die ausgesparten Bereiche 32, 42) bei der Montage des Zuschnitts (2) möglich machen, die Deckel-Wandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) über den Bodenwandfeldern (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) zu platzieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) auf beiden Seiten der teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) an entsprechenden Wandfeld-Falzlinien (14) entlang verlaufen.
  2. Behälterzuschnitt (2) gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der die ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) so ausgebildet sind, dass nach dem Abtrennen des Deckelteils vom Bodenteil entlang der teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) die Kanten der Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) nach außen und die Kanten der Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) nach innen gestellt werden können, so dass der Deckel bequem auf das Bodenteil aufgesetzt werden kann.
  3. Behälterzuschnitt (2) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Höhe der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) entlang den Wandfeld-Falzlinien (14) gleich der Höhe der Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) entlang der Falzlinien (14) ist.
  4. Behälterzuschnitt (2) gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, der um die Wandfeld-Falzlinien (14) umgelegt flach zusammengefaltet ist.
  5. Behälterzuschnitt (2) gemäß Anspruch 4, bei dem die freien Kanten der Vielzahl von Wandfeldern (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Ein teilweise montierter, aus einem Zuschnitt (2) hergestellter Behälter, bestehend aus einem Bodenteil (22) und einem Deckelteil (20), wobei das Bodenteil (22) eine Vielzahl von Bodenwandfeldern (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) aufweist, die über Falzlinien (14) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, eine Vielzahl von Bodenklappen (24), über Falzlinien (26) mit den Bodenwandfeldern (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) in Verbindung stehen, und eine Oberkante der Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) eine Trennstelle entlang der teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) markiert, der Deckel (20) eine Vielzahl von Deckelwandfeldern (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) aufweist, die über Falzlinien (14) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, und eine Vielzahl von Deckelklappen (28), die über Falzlinien (30) mit den Deckelwandfeldern (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, und eine Unterkante der Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) eine Trennlinie (18) markiert, die der Trennlinie (18) des besagten Bodenteils (22) entspricht, wobei sowohl das Bodenteil (22) und der Deckel (20) flach zusammengefaltet und die Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 12c) so angeordnet sind, dass sie die Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) umschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausgesparte Bereiche (32, 42) sowohl an der Unterkante der Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) als auch an der Oberkante der Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) angeordnet sind, die deren jeweilige Falzlinien (18) kreuzen, und dass der Deckel (20) so auf dem Bodenteil (22) angeordnet ist, dass die Oberkanten der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) des Deckels (20) in die unteren Teile der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) des Bodenteils (22) eingreifen, so dass Deckel in seiner Lage auf dem Bodenteil (22) gehalten wird.
  7. Teilweise montierter Behälter gemäß Anspruch 6, bei dem die Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) über die Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) geschoben werden, bis die Oberkanten der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) im Deckelteil (20) an den gefalzten Wandfeldlinien (14) entlang gegen die Unterkanten der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 42) im Bodenteil (22) zu liegen kommen.
  8. Teilweise montierter Behälter gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem Ober- und Unterkanten der ausgesparten Bereiche (32, 34) miteinander verklemmt werden, so dass das Deckelteil (20) ausreichend fest mit dem Bodenteil (22) verkeilt wird, um sichere Handhabung und Transport zu erlauben.
  9. Aus einem Zuschnitt (2) hergestellter Behälter, der aus einem Bodenteil (22) und einem Deckel (20) besteht, wobei das Bodenteil (22) Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) aufweist, die über Bodenwand-Falzlinien (14) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, und einen Boden mit Bodenklappen (24), die über Falzlinien (26) mit Bodenwandfeldern (4b, 6b, 8b 10b und 12b) in Verbindung stehen, und eine Oberkante der Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b 12b) eine Trennstelle entlang einer teilweise angeschnittenen oder perforierten Linie (18) kennzeichnet und der Deckel über Deckelwandfeld-Falzlinien (14) miteinander in Verbindung stehenden Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) und ein mit den Deckelwandfeldern (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) über Falzlinien (30) verbundenes, Deckelklappen (28) aufweisendes Oberteil aufweist, während eine Unterkante der Deckelwandfelder (4c, 6c, 8c, 10c, 12c) eine Trennlinie (18) kennzeichnet, die der Trennlinie (18) für das besagte Bodenteils (22) entspricht und der Deckel so auf dem Bodenteil angebracht wird, dass die Oberkante des Bodenteils gegen das Deckeloberteil zu liegen kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberkante des Bodenteils ausgesparte Bereiche an Kreuzungen mit den Falzlinien (14) des Bodenwandfelds, und die Unterkante des Deckels ausgesparte Bereiche (32, 42) an Kreuzungen mit den Deckelwandfeld-Falzlinien aufweist und die ausgesparten Bereiche im Bodenteil und im Deckel ineinander eingreifen, wobei die Oberkante (46) des ausgesparten Deckelbereichs (44) in die Unterkante (50) eines ausgesparten Bereichs (48) im Bodenteil eingreift.
  10. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 9, bei dem die Oberkanten der Bodenwandfelder (4b, 6b, 8b, 10b, 12b) gegen die Unterseite des Deckeloberteils zu liegen kommen und der Behälterkonstruktion zusätzliche Steifigkeit verleihen, wenn der Deckel (20) auf dem Bodenteil (22) aufliegt.
