Abstract

Angegeben wird eine reibungsarme und präzise auslösende Flügelmechanik mit einem Hebeglied (1), das mit einem Hebegliedsattel (2) auf einer Pilote (3) eines Tastenhebels (4) aufliegt und an dem ein Repetierschenkel (5) sowie eine Stoßzunge (6) schwenkbar gelagert sind, deren Oberende (7) in eine durchgehende Repetierschenkelöffnung (8) in dem Repetierschenkel (5) hineinragt und deren Unterende (18) gegenüber einer Auslösepuppe (20) angeordnet ist, einer Repetierfeder (9), die mit ihrem unteren Federschenkel (10) auf das Unterende (11) der Stoßzunge (6) und mit ihrem oberen Federschenkel (12) auf den Repetierschenkel (5) drückt, sowie mit einem Hammerstiel (13), an dem sowohl eine um die eigene Achse drehbar gelagerte Hammerrolle (14) angeordnet ist, die auf dem Repetierschenkel (5) ruht und dem Oberende (7) der Stoßzunge (6) gegenüberliegt, als auch eine Hammerkapsel (15) angebracht ist, an der gegenüber einem Ende (16) des Repetierschenkels (5) eine Abknickschraube (17) angeordnet ist. Die Besonderheit der Flügelmechanik besteht darin, daß der obere Federschenkel (12) der Repetierfeder (9) an einer Repetierfederaufnahmerolle (21) anliegt, die an dem Repetierschenkel (5) befestigt und um die eigene Achse (22) drehbar gelagert ist.
