Description

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a pouring cap with retainer, of among the different caps for serving liquids.
  • This invention is characterised in a special construction of the cap in two pieces, the main piece, for pouring, incorporating an external groove in the adapting conical area, this groove being constituted in A return channel to the interior of the receptacle of the drops coming from the collection funnel configured in the upper area of the secondary closing piece.
    • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The applicant is unaware of the existence of other caps which resolve the need for aeration and the recovery of drops, with the simplicity and effectiveness of the two pieces of the invention that are disclosed hereafter.
    • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention is characterised in a special construction, in two pieces, of this cap, so that the main piece incorporates a pouring spout with curved end and an external groove, diametrically opposite, inside the ensuing section of the cap, specifically the conical area for inserting inside the neck of the bottle.
  • This groove determines a return channel of drops to the interior of the dispensing receptacle, this channel being internal to the closing piece, configured conically and with a top rim, as well as having an oblique internal recess for collecting the drops, arranged in its most internal part.
  • Thus, since the pouring orifice and the groove are diametrically opposite, pouring is facilitated by simultaneously introducing air into the interior of the receptacle through the internal groove of the conical section of the cap.
    • DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present descriptive specification is completed, with a set of drawings, by way of illustration but without restricting the preferred embodiment of the invention.
  • Figure 1 shows an exploded perspective of the cap of the invention, in order to show the location of the aeration groove.
    • PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • In the light of the foregoing, the present invention relates to a pouring cap with retainer, of among the different serving caps, essentially characterised in that it incorporates a cap piece (1) with a pouring spout (2) having a curved end (3) and a groove (4) in the lower conical area (5), diametrically opposite to the curved end (3), for the return of drops to the interior of the dispensing receptacle.
  • It is also characterised in that it has a closing piece (6), conical, with an upper rim (7) and an internal oblique recess (8), for collecting the drops and, alternately, for air to penetrate to the interior of the receptacle when serving.
  • The cap piece (1) can be fitted or not with a conventional hood, for closing the assembly, adapted to the form of the curved end (3) and which engages over the edges of the rim (7) of the closing piece (6).
  • The essential nature of this invention is not altered by variations in materials, form, size and arrangement of the component elements, described in a non-restrictive manner, sufficient for an expert to proceed to the reproduction thereof.

Claims (2)

  1. Pouring cap with retainer, of among the different serving caps, essentially characterised in that it incorporates a cap piece (1) with a pouring spout (2) of curved end (3) and a groove (4) in the lower conical area (5), diametrically opposite to the curved end (3), for the return of drops to the interior of the dispensing receptacle, as well as another closing piece (6), conical, with an upper rim (7) and an internal oblique recess (8), for collection of the drops and, alternately, for air to penetrate to the interior of the receptacle when serving.
  2. Pouring cap with retainer, according to the previous claim, characterised in that the cap piece (1) is fitted with a hood for closing the assembly, adapted to the shape of the curved end (3) and which engages on the edges of the rim (7) of the closing piece (6).
